  1. In the nicest way I remember you posting similar stuff to this years ago. Are you happier since your spiritual journey? If not, may be time to change routes.
  2. Congrats, this is amazing Imo nothing more important from the spiritual path than love, happiness and actually becoming a better Human. I find it funny when the most 'enlightened' are just complete wankers
  3. @Ishanga Thank you for this answer ChatGPT
  4. Well for one because Enlightened beings know there's no such thing as physical reality in actuality lol In all seriousness tho, some sages over the years have & many have psychic powers / intuition beyond comprehension, 'Siddhis'
  5. I haven't been here for a while. When did Solipsism become more popular than Non-Duality / Absolute / Love here lol. Sounds like people are spending too much time alone contemplating and not enough time living LIFE
  6. Conscious Competition = Love = Creativity Greatest musicians, artists, athletes, writers all come from love & pure passion for their craft. But it also has an element of competing with themselves, and 'others' can propel them to new heights I can't remember the video but Rupert Spira made some good points on this regarding Nadal vs Federer rivalry on how it brought the best out of each of them.
  7. You're only ever 'competing' with yourself literally & metaphysically But, yeah conscious competition is what drives the world forward. As does Love. Nothing is usually black & white
  8. you're kinda right, but you're like halfway there to the ultimate truth Everything BS also means Everything = Love / Absolute Therefore, crash everything down, that's cool But, also means you can choose what you build up and give meaning to in this life Tbh I think everything is BS tends to come along with the whole No Self / Nobody is here crowd / nothing matters dive a little deeper and you get everything is Love Even deeper, you get everything is absolute. If everything is absolute, you are then back here, free to live your life from a place of love Infect life with love. that (imo) is the best way to live. Happiest people on earth (spiritual or not) are essentially living a life doing whatever the fuck they love- work wise, music, activites, writing, sports, art, relationships etc etc When you live in love its hard to be depressed TBH
  9. Its chapter 1, the fun is in living
  10. Yes Walk around any western city and its pretty clear lmao Stage Green can go toxic too
  11. @Leo Gura +1 It is quite funny seeing people compare stage red Islam to stage blue fundamental Christianity and finger blame Then you have the stage green SJWs throwing a few points in the mix And the stage orange businessmen likely taking advantage of them all No wonder the world is such a mess
  12. You are it This is it Eating the apple is it. Maybe you're after an exotic experience? For me, transmissions was required
  13. +1 Not only that, its funny how western society thought denouncing religion would just be some easy path without challenges It seems we are reaching the end of stage orange in many cultures and even the pop up of toxic green, its going to be interesting to see how we transition to green and hopefully see a rise of a more mature Yellow in some areas. People took the values & beliefs of 'religious people' for granted. Even something we see as simple as the nuclear family & rights of the individual could be traced back to the Church, and the decay of the former is creating serious issues... Religion is far from perfect, but I agree, its certainly necessary for a lot of people, and provides a much better life foundation than the end goal of Materialistic Individuality.
  14. @Michael569 Will miss you helping stand up for what evidence & actual nutrition science shows! Health & fitness section will be like a graveyard now lol But agree, go expand that business!!
  15. @Jason Actualization Couldn't disagree more haha Gone from 130lbs when I was 15 to now 168lbs (currently bulking to 175-180) @ 5'8 and around 12-13% bodyfat I'd say Idk if I'm optimal, but I feel awesome every day, sleep 7-8 hours, eat wholefoods, have lots of energy and train 5-6 times a week Only time I don't feel awesome is through drinking / partying which I don't think is a vegan issue lol - although new LVDY pils have helped me avoid the hangover, except tiredness Vegan supplement wise- B12, D3, DHA / EPA & basic Vegan multi Vit - that's it really Then creatine and EAAS for gym, sometimes experiment for Gym & stuff too Blue zones = 95% plant based
  16. @Jason Actualization I mean there's a difference between taking supplements as a vegan and optimizing every aspect of your life to maximize longevity lol His test is cos he was on 20% caloric restriction, that's not a vegan thing. Any bodybuilder going through a serious cut tends to fuck their test up I've been vegan 8 years since I was 15. Only ever taken the basics, and @Michael569 can confirm my bloods are all good & test was 750 He is taking every single measure to live as long as possible, like a mad scientist
  17. Can't argue with his data though. Check out what he looked like 3 years ago Remember he basically fucked his body up for 20+ years before Blueprint too
  18. I think BiPolar can be really complex. Probs best talking to professionals about serious mental disorders, not plebs on an internet forum...
  19. Have you considered.... It may just be his personality? Nisgardatta used to scream at students Eckhart Tolle / Ramana are as soft as baby shit Go with what relates to you and what you need
  20. Lol that sounds boring as shitttt Good story that relates to this.... Californian guy wants to start 'awakening school' goes to India to find teachers & receive teaching etc Knocks on guys door, let's him in, gets chatting He's sitting there watching cricket for like 2 days Guy gets bored and is like I want the teaching He just goes- THIS is the teaching- I'm enjoying life- what more do you want ? I think a lot of spiritual teachings tend to negate life. Sure that's cool if you're into that. Personally I prefer 'love life' teachings- makes much more sense to me & my way of living Each to their own Staring at a wall is no more superior than being at a bar with friends or watching TV absolutely speaking
  21. @Michael569 This is an awesome response. Tbh if you can follow this 80-90% even without Long Covid you're majority of the way there for overall health and longevity!
  22. Depends what you're after. If you just want plain old awakening & happiness there's plenty of teachers on YouTube and likely several based near you you can work with In my experience, that is the best way, find one you resonate with and work with them Works much better than watching vague YT videos all day Kinda like if you wanna get good at a sport, having a 1-1 coach is far more effective than sitting listening to that coach lecture to 1000s of people. Although the latter can be useful in places, the former is what will get you further I haven't explored psyches like Leo & others here has, as never felt the urge, so can't comment beyond good old sober awakening
  23. @Michael569 Sunlight avoidance? I think all the Bio-Hackers admit 85% come from the basics. I also think its a lot easier if you have a goal, e.g. you're a pro athlete and want optimal performance
