@Annoynymous ok, maybe it is, but what specific points do you have issues with? it seems pretty solid to me -

@Annoynymous do you have specific arguments against the points brought up in the video? -
I am really curious as to why America invaded Iraq. For a while, I assumed that it was simply because it benefitted the military industrial complex and fossil fuel industry. Now, while I am sure there is a partial truth to that, it feels like this feels a bit too simplistic. I am wondering your thoughts and if you had more resources/book suggestions on it

@Leo Gura What would a tier 2 approach look like when it comes to helping a place like iraq develop healthily? -
I love Wilber and there were still some nuggets of wisdom in this, don't get me wrong, but I think he may be watching too many sjw videos... a lot of cringe here

If love is about fully accepting and embracing everything that is, including hate, why stop hitler, why try to "make the world a better place", etc. -

fr, look at how academia treats people like ken wilber -
I think that enough financial stability has potential to make people see the limitations of success and status. My dad has recently grown into green because of this actually. That said, I know many heavily green college kids who are far from financially independent and have not fully integrated orange. Of course, this often manifests in an unhealthy orange shadow and skewed, toxic world views, but it is possible nonetheless. I def think green is probably healthiest and most stable/immune to regression when it is built on a foundation of healthy orange.

y'all are fooling yourselves if you think that russell isn't in the top .001% of people in terms of charisma. He would have his pick of the litter at any social situation.

@Leo Gura could it be possible that survival is only a necessity of life based on how we conceptualize what life is from a human/earthly frame of reference? Like what if the aliens were immortal and/or just didn't have an internalized drive to survive the way that life on earth currently does? -

@Leo Gura Yeah, good luck getting people my age(20ish) to tune into like Noam Chomsky Kyle's and Vaush's styles are like candy for college kids. There's of course negatives to their approach, but I think overall, they are doing a good job at raising awareness of social and economic issues from a green frame and they generally have pretty decent takes imo. -
