I like the taste of water that has been spinning, its a good water holding vessel. Also looking into copper. Water is something that deserves a lot more research on my part.

I don't do Reiki but I do Qigong and I enjoy my crystals. But I can't say they do a whole lot... still doing work with them. Qigong however is very powerful, I think is also makes use of the same healing energy. Qigong means energy work.
