If you put out right away... If it's going to be a monogamous relationship I am not likely to think of it as long term tbh. You put out easily ahah.

my response is bold Frank Needs To Grok that he is God. That all is God. That any state or whatever he gets through his meditation practice is just a part of God. God is all there is. I personally no longer want any games. I want the real shit. Then, I will simply serve myself in the highest way.

hmm, I wonder if there is a system of healing. probably being sober, eating healthily and exercise. Suffering is part of your guidance system to being healthy. If you are suffering it's because you are out of alignment with the universe. You are lacking balance, or are living in falsehood. Work to find balance and clarity and health. Do it at all costs! ahah and enjoy the process. I suffer too, but, I am overall on an upward trajectory. -
@Seed My opinion is that it's worth while to shop around. You don't know how amazing a session can be until you have had it. You are paying for a service right? You are not paying to pick up someone elses issues. I am sure she is a lovely person, but her issues are her own and she needs to speak to a therapist herself about these issues not drop them on her patient imo. Sure, sharing your own life experience as therapist can be worth while in the right context. I also don't know you. But, I would shop around. If I am going to pay you, a licensed therapist like 70-150 dollars an hour you WILL NOT leave me with YOUR shit. You deserve the best.

I don't believe him. But, it's life. Time will carry us forward and things will change. Actually, God is an infinite shape shifter, and is illusion. But, God is not an illusion. imo and direct experience. So, they are different 'teachers' or practitioners with different reference experiences. There are world class meditators I have heard that try 5meo and are blown away. I think Frank is an ego but, maybe that is just his muscle posing photos with his deep explanations of his views on meditation on the side. idk. I personally can't take it seriously. Also, opinions of people change, and as my understanding grows its okay.

@levani Stretching is an aspect of Yoga. There are many kinds of yoga. The most prominent in the west focuses on building core strength, stretching and removing stress from the psychical, emotional and energetic body. There are many types of yoga, and yoga actually is a big word that means more than any breathing or physical technique. Every teacher has a dogma. Looking at J. K he could have used a little exercise ahaha. I remember this being a pretty detailed explanation. You can't separate any part of reality from any other part. They yolk. I also recommend Sadhguru's Inner Engineering Leo also has great books on some types of yoga on his booklist. -
Okay... So what is an illusion then? That sounds like the most bullshit thing I've heard ahah I have to learn more about Frank but I am not sure why people take him seriously on topics he doesn't know. What is creating this highly intelligent illusion? An illusion? Like, what are you talking about man.

No rush, remember that. Don't fall into the "I don't feel anything let's take more" trap

Too long ahaha if a book is good it's worth reading. I think in course of miracles they tell you to read it as it calls you

I personally have had a lot of healing through them. Low does of 5meo made me realize I have Qi and then I found Qigong that same day. Been practicing ever since! -
Nice note, I've started it and look to finish it over the coming years.

Okay, sounds good. -
I was wondering if you were vaping 5meodmt and 5meomalt if you would be able to clean out the vape/ oil pipe/ dab rig well enough to use it for both chemicals. Or If you use a dab rig could you simply exchange the dab piece and use the same body? I assume it's dangerous to have them mix and I want to avoid a potential bad reaction. Or, do you recommend entirely different vape/ pipe/ dab rig for each chemical? I assume if you clean it well it shouldn't be a problem. But, I am interested in the most minimal risk. I wont be trying it for months. Just planning it out.

@Leo Gura Okay, that is fine. As long as there is no known negative reactions between the two. I know that MALT is not well known yet. It's on us/ me in the end whatever experience I have. -
Going bald Just shaved my head today However, you can start practicing a lifestyle that promote longevity. Also, the brain doesn't necessarily degrade if you are healthy and keep working.

So, over the recent months my main focus has been on the practice of Qigong. Which a great practice for the facets that it works on. However, during this time my basic sitting practice was done less frequently as I was focused on yoga and Qigong as I am working on developing a healthier overall body by improve Qi flow and removing stress and tension from the body. I had also fallen into some traps of complacency and distratraction at times. Not for Qigong, but for my other practices. I find I do Qigong pretty much everyday usually 2-3 times a day without problem as I enjoy it so much and am seeing the benefit. Me and my roommate do Qigong all the time... it's pretty amazing. After my recent talk with Nahm I have been returning to my 20 minute sitting practice in the morning before I do Qigong and I have to say they are both incredibly important as they work different aspects of the human experience. If you aren't sitting for 20 minutes daily... START!! The relaxation and clarity I am getting is really really great. I especially enjoy using the Qigong mindfulness practices during the sitting practice. I think taking time everyday to come into your body and the present moment is really important. I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age and have long struggled with power and difficult emotions. Sometimes I still do. So for me a practice like this is really important as I am still learning about myself and to train my mind. Right now my morning routine consists of 1. Water first thing 2. A short walk 3. 20 minutes mindfulness meditation 4. 25 minutes Journaling 5. 20-30 minutes Qigong I am very glad to be sitting first thing in the morning again. I find the combination of these practices allows you plenty of time to be with your awareness, your thoughts and to release tension in the body. No phones, email, youtube, etc until this practice is complete! for me anyway. I use the mindfulness practice to come home, relax and scan the body, to calm the mind, note feelings, thoughts as they arrise and to do mindfulness technique I have learned. When I journal I move through a series of different journaling exercises used to increase my awareness, reflect on the day previous, write out to do lists, and do affirmations or just let my mind wonder. As Nahm says "Coming home to grand central station" I do different Qigong exercises depending on how my body is feeling. Some days I do Qigong for spinal health, other days for better breathing, hips, or for more esoteric practices like Microcosmic orbit, 5 elements or three treasures. Mindfulness is an ongoing process for me as I am developing a system that works. I have years of anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts so for me to take time to sit, calm and train the mind then address my thoughts with various journaling exercises I am picking up from self help books and then doing either Qigong or yoga to address body tension I see as really important daily practice, or to have elements of these practices throughout your week.

Thought Art replied to Illusory Self's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Plenty of reasons and a good thing to contemplate. God is a really loaded term. My grandparents for example are roman catholic... They think calling yourself God is way to egoic and selfish. You are a sinner you know.. Saying you are God is only acceptable in the right contexts I think. Be mindful. -

Right now I am releasing short Qigong routines for beginners as I finish up my teacher training program Yeah. Don't underestimate the simplicity of a basic sitting practice. Qigong synergies really well with it for sure as well. Will be releasing Qigong for 10 minute Better Breathing tomorrow morning I believe. -
I really like what this could mean for people. You could help people become integrated, healthy, fit and mature men/women!

@Rilles I definitely still get pissed sometimes and disturbed by what people do. I have resentments etc. I also make mistakes in my life. I know God loves me and will not punish me beyond this life. I will not be doomed to eternal hell fire or something. Any hell I experience will likely be self created due to my own immaturity and ignorance and inability to love myself. However, I realize we are talking about God's love here... Which is my love ultimately and I as a finite human look toward embodying this love intelligently. Liberation is a major part of this work for me. I see this as a very liberating realization. For my life vision and the work I would like to do in my life I think developing this level of love intelligently is really important. Doesn't mean I am a push over, or giving myself or anyone else a free pass to harm others. I realize that the universe and God loves you, but don't fuck with me or harm others. Boundaries, integrity, wisdom and respect are still healthy foundations for a good life. -
