I think you need to move the Qi maybe. Try Qigong. Your belly is the Lower Dan Tian which stores a lot of Qi. Maybe the Microcosmic orbit would be useful to move the energy through the governing and conception vessels. You can go see a doctor also in case it is not energy related. You can trying some purging Qigong to rid yourself of excessive energy. Healing sounds are great too as your organs store a lot of Qi. Triple warmer sound may be ideal. Healing sounds let you purge the Qi from the organs which store it. When you start to wake up the energy it's important to be able to open up the pathways throughout the system so things can move around. Doing Qigong you do exercises to open up the energy pathways, move the energy throughout the body, massage the organs, release tension in the muscles system, open up the meridians, purge toxic or stagnant Qi and bring a higher overall balance to the body. Acupuncture could be useful too. You can try rubbing the belly in a circle, gently knocking the belly as well. Shaking is a good exercises too. My personal opinion is that Kyra and Kundalini yoga should be matched with a basic Qigong practice to balance the increased level of energy and to move the energy through the system in a balance and healthy way. Qigong and Kyra yoga use the same basic energy. I think Kundalini is Qi. So, combine them intelligently for maximum results. It's important to develop a tool kit for self diagnosis and treatment of energy problems. Body scans, LSD are useful tools but they aren't likely to fix and energy blockage imo. We need the right tools for the job. You need to actually move, breath, rub, stretch and move the energy through flows and intention. So, body scan is an aspect of it but it needs to be used in combination with other techniques. I will study this issue more and release a Thought Art video exercise in the future. Also, what is your diet like? Do you eat right before bed etc? I am taking Qigong diagnoses course in a few months but, these may help. -
Learning emotional mastery is a skill. There is no shame in it. You will make mistakes but keep working on it everyday until you master your sexuality, relationships, dating, intimacy, shadow sexual elements, self image, skills, etc How To Be An Adult In Love

I recently had an old roommate message me to tell me he was now sober, and was apologizing for his path behaviour. He says the Law of One has changed his life and he now feels life has more meaning. I am wondering for those of you who have read it, what has your experience been like? It's exciting to me to hear that people are doing better and that these texts can have such a profound affect on peoples lives. I look forward to humanity becoming more and more loving, myself included. Despite all the challenges, mistakes, fears, shadow aspects.... I am sure it will be worth it in the end.

Hmm, you can't fully trust the streets either. It depends on the analogue there are like hundreds and often trip reports for each one. Just do research... -

I don't buy it. Personally the maps of spiritual energy healing I am learning have nothing to do with entities and actually make sense in empirical studies. I am not into entities, ghosts, etc -

Agreed. To me that is part of being a mature psychedelic user. The image of buying some illicit, shotty substance from some guy is bad. as are the risks. Though, I do know of people who home cook DMT which I think is safe. Psychedelics are powerful, sacred, and carry many potential risks and benefits. We want to lower risks as much as possible. Only get the real trusted shit. Labs do exist.... Legalization will be AWESOME. ideally. -
Thought Art replied to EntheogenTruthSeeker's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think any common drug that people are using should be legalized and regulated: Marijuana, magic mushrooms, cocaine, LSD, 5meo, DMT etc. It's just stupid they are illegal. Especially something like DMT which I consider pretty benign and non-addictive. It's just neat af. I have many hard working, well educated friends I know do Cocaine (I have not and will not do that) but they do, and seem fine. I would rather them be able to get it from a well respected vendor than potentially buy fentynol by mistake. They seem to have trusted suppliers but still, it's dangerous and illegal. We also have people addicted to opiates, which psychedelics could help. Turning drug addicts into criminals, or drug users in general into criminals is a crime against humanity. If you are addicted its a mental health problem. If you as a mature consenting adult want to alter your consciousness to do personal development, spiritual work, and cure mental illness you should be able too. Mushrooms should not be illegal. Foolish! I would also like for Psychedelics to be understood by the mass culture so they could be legalized, and use to heal millions if not billions of people from everything from stupidity, depression, mental distortions, paradigm lock etc... Then again, it's up to the psychedelic community to do the follow: 1. Be honest with themselves about the potential risks and dangers about these substances and put safety protocols, education, risks, etc first and foremost so newbies don't hurt themselves or others. Though many people will cure themselves, make amazing positive changes in their lives... some people will hurt themselves sometimes. We need to be honest about that and educate as much as possible to make this pursuit for people as safe as possible. Which, it totally can be with the proper grounding and safety protocols. 2. Psychonaut culture must move away from the hippy, dippy, psychedelic abusing image they have of being hippy 'dead heads' who drop out of society and become perma fried stoners on the fringe of society. Psychonaut culture however does include silicon value programmers etc. Psychonaut culture must prove it can work for a mainstream society. 3. Psychedelic users must be mature, responsible, grounded, educated, and willing to learn mistakes and be honest about the realities of these substances. Psychedelics are a field of mastery, not tools or party drugs. Though, maybe they can be depending on the substance and context. I understand that some people may use these substance to cure mental illness which may take months, or years of use of these substances. So, we can't have everyone who uses them be grounded etc right away. But, they should be able to use them in a grounded way, set, setting. 4. Psychedelic culture I think should be mixed in with an overall narrative of life long learning, education, mental health, and overall holistic health. I am only an advocate of "Do what works". I think psychedelics work. Yes. They have their dangers too. But, I think the benefits far outweigh the risks. I am still wrapping my heart and head around the experiences I have head. Most have been very positive, and I have learned a lot. I am in a really mature, grounded place right now in my life in general and I attribute psychedelics to it. I don't smoke weed or trip more than once week. I meditate, do Qigong, journal, read, keep a personal finance book, etc... Psychedelics helped ground me, showed me emotions taught me lessons. Though, I have had some disorienting trips, some scary trips and some immature trips. Like, wanting to hug my friend who has trauma, and do Qigong on them ahaha... embarrassing but part of my process. It's through mistakes we build our protocols. That is science. Some trips were like reading an entire book in 20 minutes. It's just ridiculous. Humanity not taking full advantage of these tools just shows how immature we are as a species. The bottom line is... I want to live in a happy, healthy and loving world and psychedelics are one of the best tools we have for getting there. But, they have risks too. Just like... me showing Qigong to my friend and he passed out recently... Everything has risks. Let's be lighthouses and advocates of mature psychedelic use. -

Gladly there are research chemicals for now I don't do LSD but I wouldn't buy it from the street. I'd love it to be legal so I could. -
Thought Art replied to EntheogenTruthSeeker's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No.... Psychedelics are really valuable medicines. But also, they are often misused and they can be dangerous. Also, yes. It is a crime against humanity because if we are taught proper protocol, proper framing, technique, safety standards, how to integrate, the risks associated etc as well as the potential benefits of these substances we would have a much healthier population. My current state, happiness, career, well being etc I would say is partly due to my psychedelic use. Very very grateful for the lessons, insights, and healing from psychs... But, There have been risks and mistakes along the way as well. So, I get that is a difficult thing for a government. It is happening as it should. More and more people are calling for their legalization, are experimenting, trying them out, pioneering, making mistakes, learning about them, healing themselves, discovery profound truths and lessons etc They should be legalized but if governments are going to do so the also need to match the legalization with strong research, education, products etc And it's not clear what that looks like right now.\ Give the tree time to grow. -

I woke up with the power out, Not really somethin to shout about. Ice has covered up my parents hands, Don't have any dreams don't have any plans. I went out into the night, I went out to find some light. Kids are swingin from the power lines, Nobody's home so nobody minds I woke up on the darkest night, Neighbors all were shouting that they Found the light - "we found the light." - Shadows jumpin' all over the wall, Some of them big, some of them small. I went out into the night I went out to pick a fight with anyone. Light a candle for the kids, Jesus christ don't keep it hid! Ice has covered up my parents eyes, Don't know how to see, don't know how to cry. Growin' up in some strange storm, Nobody's cold, nobody's warm. I went out into the night, i went out to find some light. Kids are dyin' out in the snow, look at them go - look at them go! And the power's out in the heart of man, Take it from your heart put it in your hand. What's the plan? what's the plan? Is it a dream? Is it a lie? I think i'll let you decide. Just light a candle for the kids, Jesus christ don't keep it hid! Cause nothing's hid, From us kids! You ain't foolin' nobody - with the lights out! And the power's out in the heart of man, take it from your heart put it in your hand. And there's something wrong in the heart of man, You take it from your heart and put it in your hand! Where'd you go?! -

The more I am doing Qigong, and developing my awakening practices the more I am enjoying having quit smoking weed. Weed can be a spiritual tool and it has many uses. However, I am making a post about the benefits of not smoking Here are 10 I have noticed. 1. Cleaner sleep 2. Clearer thoughts 3. Actually having to feel how you feel and face yourself 4. For those who smoke... Healthy lungs are so important for having a good mental health and healthy Qi flow. 5. Higher self esteem 6. More productivity 7. Deeper meditation and Qigong practice 8. Savings as you are not buying the stuff 9. Greater connection to emotions and increased confidence 10. It opens a door for a new spirituality chapter. You don't know how healthy you can get! aha

I mean we did legalize marijuana as a country a few years ago. I think magic mushrooms are next over the next decade. The grey market selling baked magic mushroom goods has already began... similar to what happened with pot. Police are also more understanding about personal possession of illegal substances here. They are more and more wanting to help you than harm you. we have 2 or 3 major parties that are in favour of de-criminalization. However, the liberals are moving slow, and are likely to work hand and hand with communities that are dealing with it before they straight up de-criminalize it. Which, i think they should decriminalize all substances that people have for personal use. However, in Canada if its something like mushrooms or weed the government will likely only legalize it if it can control it and sell it. Meanwhile, all these street drugs kill young men and women everyday. I mean, people are going to do drugs. We just need to get them the right ones. Maybe so they don't need them. Plus, drug use is a holistic mental health issue than just the drugs themselves so its really even more complicated. We need to lower the stigma around psychedelics. Especially mushrooms the science is just overwhelming at this point the biggest thing is just education. The public opinion is changing and will continue to do so. We have had years of drug war propoganda that needs to be undone. There is billions to be made off of mushrooms so and billions of people to help with them. So, lets goooo. Note: It may be less to do with spiral dynamics but also the actually law, and regulation structure of the country? I don't know how it is in the states but I think in Canada the substance act is federal. I don't know if provinces can legalize things by themselves. -

Meditation does help. But you can only really know when you are in the state. It's always shocking to a certain degree. Meditation for at least 30 minutes I think is crucial. You want to be already sitting, letting through go by and carry that mindset into the trip. Surrender and enjoy ahah It's going to blow your meditation out of the water as you ramp up and get to see the real side of things. I personally have no had luck with plugging but that may change in future. -

I mean, what you think is petty at sixteen... you often end up seeing the grand importance when you are looking back at your folly when you are older. It's on you in the end. It's your life. You are young and you don't know what it's like until it's too late. But, who knows what will happen. My opinion is to wait and be wise. There is a lot of other things you can do to expand your mind like meditation, yoga, Qigong, breath-work, journaling, reading spiritual and self help books. But you are lazy are you? Acid is only gonna make that worse. I ask because I thought I read that you are not interested in school. No. Take full advantage of being a good student now because it's your education that will make or break you. You are at the age to sink your teeth into building a powerful foundation for your life so you can explore these substance from a safe grounded place when you are older. Without the foundation being built now, and diving into these substance you may be jeopardizing what could be an easier, more enjoyable and grounded future as a young adult. Focus on building skills, discipline, mastery, and a vision for your life. Taking some drugs isn't wise imo at your age. The odds of foolishness or abuse is really high. It was for me, and I tried them in my 20s. I've had to go through a maturing processes of understanding these tools. A passionate, meaningful, joyous life, is built on life long leaning, clarity, patience, balance and wisdom. You already lack those things often at 16. I know it seems like an exciting and novel thing. It's not really. -

No, Ying yang theory is not as simple as yang masculine yin feminine though that is correct. For example Day is yang, night is yin, Up is yang down is ying, hot is yang, cold is yin etc... For example extreme yin makes your thoughts foggy, dull, slow, makes it hard to focus and recall memory etc. I am still learning about yin yang theory and figuring out its applications and possible dogmas etc. The Yin Yang is always contextual I think. There is nothing wrong with being extreme yin from time to time. But, being extreme yin when you need to be balance yin and yang it can create problems. Plus smoking it is hard on the lungs, which makes it really hard to regulate your thoughts, emotions, to think, plan, feel safe etc Yes, really it's all about balancing yin and yang in all areas of life. NOTE: After quitting weed I went through a really really a painful psychological withdraw, Weed can be addictive don't believe the dogma that it isn't -
I find myself at times attaching superstitious meanings to events, objects, etc and I would like to stop doing this. I think I have a tendency to attribute special meaning to things like guitars, yoga mats, tools, books etc when the meaning only exists in my mind. I know from reading David Hawkins books Truth Vs Falsehood he speaks about how objects actually have meaning in and of themselves which I resonate with, and would like to continue being more unattached from objects. Like my books smooshed a bug in the front two pages today, and there is blood and my mind keeps attaching it to future events, making up stories and meanings none of which I really think are true. This way of making up meaning in my life I would like to end as I feel it takes from me my soverignty and power. Also, I read a book called Blue Fishing in which the other mentioned he never understood why people attach meaning to objects and events etc. What are your thoughts on this?
