  1. Can’t say ive experienced an ego death on it. But had lots of great experiences, wrote lots of great tunes
  2. @acidgoofy I had no love as a kid. Weed made me feel something. Now, instead I do Qigong and am cultivating healthy adult relationships
  3. @Vincent S Yeah, that’s all fine and good. I just loved how it made me feel, pleasure, insights, writing music, poems, writing ideas and insights down… but there is a dark side to it. I crave it. So, no more. I don’t want to be high I want to be free other substances I will use this year. With fine moderation. Anyway, I smoked enough of it. I can enjoy not using it for awhile. See the thing is… I love smoking weed. But, I also love my vision for this higher plain and the practice of sobriety, mediation, Qigong and my business.
  4. @acidgoofy This is part of my ambiguity… I think the experience can be great. But, it’s addictive I went 5 months sober in 2022, gonna go for 12 months in 2023. Man, there’s shame in saying this. But I really struggled with this. On and off on and off.
  5. @Rasheed no, not at all. There are far better psychological models out there. I would say if you only read those two you would be a bad psychologist. Buy a book the shows you the big picture of all the psychologists and types of psychology out there. Their are very simple and easy to read books out there. Use that as a starting point.
  6. @no_name I don’t think so? I mean… I’ve eaten them and they’ve made me sleepy but can’t think of strain… I don’t find them consistent enough to know.
  7. That’s a problem? Haha, good observation. It’s called ambiguity. In reality, weed is different for different people. I often hold both opposite opinions on things… When I’m going through a process of weighing pros and cons… as someone who smoked this substance chronically in the past…. Yeah, I am going through a process of figuring something out. Totally normal and healthy process. For me, personally right now not smoking weed is the best thing for ME. However, I also believe that smoking weed is a powerful tool if used properly. I never said anything against that. I am against, right now, smoking weed as it is generally used by stoners in today’s culture. Stop relying on it to feel good. Learn to be sober. Can you be sober without craving for 12 months? Okay, smoke some weed when you want.
  8. I was gonna shoot a video but then I got high la de da de da de da jk, He deserves to enjoy his life, I think it’s fine. Weed is a powerful substance.
  9. @Tyler Durden No, only you know your thoughts. Reality being One… Do you know other people’s thoughts? No…. So, there you go.
  10. @Something Funny Next time it rains make sure you pick up every single worm washed onto the side walk, that is true selflessness.
  11. @Carl-Richard Why call it a room if it’s just sense perception? When I play a video game, why not just call it a screen?
  12. @Carl-Richard to you. I think I know where our understanding/ view differs. All good ?
  13. We will have to explore this more over time. In my understanding they are One and the Same. I've had total cessation, down to what I would say you refer to as "Pure Consciousness" The infinite potential, void, infinity, Nothingness, the "Back drop of all things"... But, I have in my understanding unified that to even the room I am in. When I look at my hand... I see it as pure consciousness. That's what it's "Made of" because all there is is a dream. In a dream, there is not idea of a "sense perception" because you don't consider it to be a physical world like day to day life. It's the same thing. All is myself, all is made of pure consciousness. There is no absolute sense organs or physical world... so for me personally, there is no sense perceptions... Just, consciousness.
  14. I don't think that's exactly what we are arguing. There's been a lot of elements and areas, different use of words, different reference experiences, different models, different fears, different blind spots, different self deceptions.. it's messy stufff. Spirituality is vast... of course there is communication, debate, learning, sharing of different models of understanding. That is part of being human. We don't hate each other, conflict is totally normal and healthy. People tend to take things a bit personally especially with Solipsism because it's threatening down to the core. Also, welcome to the internet. People have many misconceptions of what a spiritual person can be like. It's messy work. There is a time for peaceful contemplation, meditation, Qigong, deep trips... and a time for discussion on a forum. It's all part of the richness of my dream. For me, honestly this is my entertainment and I am also always learning. This is also part of my process.
  15. @Arthogaan I wouldn't say that ahah. Man, so murky is all this. I wouldn't say a purification process is needed for reality to be pure consciousness. If I was totally depressed, ignorant and neurotic it wouldn't change a thing. When I take a shit, that is pure consciousness. However, a purification, and education process is need to REALIZE what is consciousness. That the room you are in isn't a sense perception... but your own mind.
  16. Sounds like it could be really cool in a video game, maybe you can sell it to a developer
  17. They aren't exactly wrong... Oh, Proud Mary keep on burning! See you in 12 months.
  18. @Carl-Richard Is there an external physical world? Does my consciousness come from a brain?
  19. “Solipsism, technically, is an extreme form of skepticism, at once utterly illogical and irrefutable. It holds that you are the only conscious being in existence. The cosmos sprang into existence when you became sentient, and it will vanish when you die.” https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-do-i-know-im-not-the-only-conscious-being-in-the-universe/?amp=true Direct quote.
  20. @Carl-Richard Honestly man, you’ve got this who sense perception thing going on which to me means nothing to me with regards to solipsism. I’m not sharing the links for any reason Other than, the ideas of solipsism shared with Leo, or Jed McKenna, or others is… not unique to them. It’s not purely and actualized bubble. Yes, sense perception. It’s not changing anything in my mind. Why is X, being a sense perception a point of argument for you? What has it to do with consciousness, or solipsism? How does it disprove it?
  21. @Tyler Robinson you didn’t hehe, he’s merely mentioned a shadow.. you have no idea what these actually are.
