  1. It can go both ways in my experience. You can kind of mess up your energy if you don't really know what you are doing but you also can unlock blockades and release stuck energys if you let it flow.

  3. Sadhguru is shitting on psychedelics of course he is not awake
  4. I have 200+ experiences with various psychedelics. And for me it was true, I needed about 50-100 trips before I slowly starting to get it. The trips still change you even if you dont really get it and do it in a proper way but its only the tip of the iceberg. The hard thing after a while is to keep going in after your last trip mindfucked you so hard that you forgot what you are. Your ego will come up with all sorts of excuses to not trip again. If you want to go deep you need to adjust your whole live to this. agree!
  5. Thats not true. I have a friennd who does it every few months, its pretty easy to do and you dont need much.
  6. For me a complete awakening is when you feel complete in that moment like there is nothing more you want to achieve. Kind of you reached the end, you finished and now just enjoy your being.
  7. From nitrous alone its very unlikely to have ego death. If you combine it with for example LSD you can get a taste of ego death pretty easy but its nothing compared to the full experience. If you let go ego death is not scary at all because there is nothing there to be scared but coming back and the moments before can be very scary for the ego but doenst have to. With LSD you can "work" your way slowly to ego death but it takes time and commitment. Start with normal doses and work your way up till you get there.
  8. You can make of this place whatever you want. I come for interesting ideas and to motivate myself.
  9. Don't be silly.. LSD has infinty to show you there is no limit in what it can teach you. Some LSD trips can be less intense no matter what does you take. I think there is a process that's going on between trips and you have to build up energy and adjust to new levels of experiences and so on. Maybe the next time you take LSD you are on another level. It's possible to breakthrough with way less. And also Chris Bache for example sometimes when he took 500-600ug there wasn't happening much in his session. Not every experience can be a breakthrough experience. At least with LSD you have to build up.
  10. Come! You will love it
  11. https://ozorafestival.eu/ This is only interesting for people living in Europe! Ozora is a beautiful Psy/Trance Festival in Hungary. I've been there the last two years and it's absolutely amazing! It officially starts on 20.06 and ends on 26.06 but you can arrive 3 days earlier and stay 2 days longer (thats how my friends and I do it) there will already be stuff going on before the official start. There are 6 Stages with different kinds of music and a lot of other stuff you can do and learn (yoga, meditation, cooking, qi-gong...) see yourself at the Ozora website. Also people from all over the world come and have talks about psychedelics, spirituality, light work etc.. last year for example kilindi iyi was there (the dude who eats 50grams dried mushrooms). It's a hippie festival and the vibe there is indescribable you literally can get high without taking drugs Also it is very good organized and cheap. You can buy everything there for almost the same price you would buy it in a supermarket. Just check out the ozora website for more info! Normally you can still buy tickets at the entrance. I doubt it will be sold out this year because there are some similar festivals going on at the same time. It would be really cool to meet some people from the forum there and I would be happy to show you everything
  12. That is not true at least for me. Most experiences make me humble and show me I know nothing.
  13. It's my favorite book on psychedelics so far! I couldn't lay it down. Sometimes when I was reading something from my past trips came up that I haven't been conscious of and I had small awakenings that literally changed my life.
  14. beautiful! Seems like a very healing and motivating trip but you should be careful with psychedelics if you take SSRI's.
  15. You dont want to be depend on a substance to experience what you described. I think weed can be useful for people who cant meditate but still dependence and brain fog are not really worth it.
  16. wow I never thought about that! the idea is not bad but most of the time I listen to music from my speakers so would be hard to record Chris bache had a great idea to not forget your insights and I love it. What you do is the day after your trip you sit down and listen to the exact same music that you listened to on your trip and write everything down that comes to your mind. I get a lot out of this!
  17. I read that plugging NN-DMT doesn't work very well. I even think leo tested it and said that. And yeah vaping is probably the best method to consume it. Lots of people use a dab rig + bong to smoke it. I use the glass sherlock.
  18. "The Psychedelic Experience" by Timothy Leary, Ralph Metzner & Richard Alpert It is a manual on how to use LSD. I used it quite a lot when I started using solo and had some great experiences. But honestly I think there is nothing that can really help you at least when you reach a certain point. Just do nothing and the experiences will teach you everything you need to know.
  19. I wouldn't do it more often then twice a month at most to stay save. Personally I never heard of someone having a breakthrough experience with cannabis but I think it should be possible. Maybe this helps:
  20. it affects everyone differently dont try to compare your experiences to others
  21. This will melt your face
