  1. @Johnny5 Clickbait title should be called frustrated that I can’t explore chemical-induced mysticism.
  2. @Mu_ It’s a pseudoscience.
  3. @Mu_ Don’t really want to spend time doing some hippie yoga, no offence.
  4. @Nahm Derealisation is like the dream paradigm of consciousness. All appearances are recontextualised to be half dream and half reality. I’ve had it for so long now I don’t really know what reality was like before it, lol.
  5. @Mu_ I want to understand the deeper metaphysical structures of life.
  6. @Mu_ I had an actual Psychosis and I was sectioned for a month in a mental health ward on meds. I was on meds for 3 months and was supposed to be on them for a year, but I came off them early and my symptoms haven’t come back a year off them. Derealisation is a condition where reality doesn’t feels dreamlike and unreal. My life is good and I am grateful, however I don’t know how I’m going to further progress on the spiritual path without psychedelics.
  7. @Leo Gura Do a Joe Rogan podcast, please!
  8. @seeking_brilliance Clothing is what helped humans to become more civil and less like chimps that will randomly fuck each other out of their biological desires.
  9. @Max_V You can be addicted to a certain kind of sadness.
  10. @seeking_brilliance Awakening is a false premise, there’s only altering states of consciousness.
  11. Hey @Leo Gura If I’m not mistaken you put more plants in your house. Has it provided any benefits and would you recommend it? I’m very interested did you pick specific ones for air quality?
  12. @WHO IS Because the way reality seems to become aware of itself is through the creation of it’s own witness as a separate entity, a living organism. The living organism has survival needs which are somewhat brutal and thus the suffering and egoic state of consciousness.
  13. @danton Realistically it’s not a good idea. In a modern society what’s more valued is high skilled jobs, in the fields of Science, Maths and English. In my personal opinion researching a cure for aids will be more than a yogi ever could. Just my opinion.
  14. @Leo Gura Who's Dumber?
  15. You can clearly see the Muslim man say at 12:30 that it's impossible for universe to come into being from Nothing. He has totally shot himself in the foot. That's what the miracle of Allah is! Coming into being from Nothing! He tries to use mathematics to validate his claim claiming 0+0+0 cannot = 3. This is dualistic nonsense. Absolute Nothing doesn't contain dualism, thus does 0=3. There is no separation from form and formless.
  16. @Thewritersunion You don't build chakras, you build consciousness. If you become aware of some strange experience of chakras arising then great but focus on actuality.
  17. @Loving Radiance You submerge yourself under water, open your eyes and breathe in through your nose. As you come out the water you blow out the water from your nose. It will make you very alert and aware. From there, you focus on an object of meditation, my personal favourite is the beauty of a candle light in a dark room and you focus on that mystical actuality to the point where appearances seem almost alien to you. That's when you'll begin to understand the godliness of consciousness.
  18. I made a post a long while ago called the drowning baptism and I thought I was deluding myself. I tried it again today and I had an awakening again! I am combining the drowning baptism with Candle light staring in the dark and it’s unbelievable. As self righteous as it sounds, I feel like I’m discovering the truths of Christianity unknown fully by the church. If you look into Muslim culture, they do a water cleansing process which I believe ties into it, when the water goes deep up your nose and you blow it, you experience some type of catharsis.
  19. Can someone help me make sense of this?
  20. I was watching a Russel Brand podcast with some controversial biological scientist type figure. And they were exploring the idea of the collective unconscious almost being like a giant mind that you can tap into. The claim made was there was an apparent rat study that once one rat learned a trick, all other rats studied thereafter would be able to learn that trick faster. What are your thoughts?
  21. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.buzzfeednews.com/amphtml/natashaumer/cats-eat-your-face-after-you-die The black pill of reality is that survival is the highest priority for animal life. Without survival security even your own pet won’t hesitate to consume your physical flesh. The beautiful fantasy of happiness and rainbows is quickly turned into the dark bleak reality of survival.
  22. @Osaid You see what I mean?
  23. @Rasheed Go to an A&E unit and explain your situation.
  24. @Leo Gura After death is there cessation of consciousness?
