  1. I googled foods which are rich in calcium. That's great but they still don't have enough calcium, per 100g to get up to 700g calcium per day... How do you eat guys to make sure you get required amount of calcium? Why is silica the missing element? Calcium is not as important?
  2. In my experience, 1 hour meditations are little bit "more deep" than two thirty minutes one, but it also depends on the time I am meditating...Of course, quality depends on when I meditate often times..that's different for everyone.
  3. Is two 30minute meditation, equal to one hour meditation? If I meditate 30 minute morning and 30 minutes in evening, can I call that 1 hour meditation?
  4. Keep programming my mind with positivity Focus on being, rather than doing and having. Focus on doing what I am passionate about, without being attached to the fruits of my work.
  5. If I visualise, same thing every single day, with deep positive emotion, after how long do I need to stop visualising it and let it go? - This is not best wording of my question, basically what I am asking about is: How to apply letting go with Visualisation? when it is time to let go? After how long?
  6. As a result: My behaviors would be in my control and my own choosing. Not what society; circumstance conditioned in me. I created my life deliberately. Consciously. Not unconsciously. Life did not happen to me. I created it. Better version of myself. Either I program my mind or somebody else. Either I brainwash myself or somebody else. Brainwashing and programming will happen. For me, I would prefer to me do my own programming. I don't want to reprogram, to get something. I want to program, just to program because it will be program either way, I just want to set my own program and not let society do it for me. When average person stars watching porn, he/she is programmind subconscious. Porn websites are doing the program. When grandma turns on TV, media is programming her mind. I want to do my own programming. I don't want porn industry; media, my parents, etc... to do it.
  7. Subconscious mind is responsible for everything in individual's life. 90%, maybe even more, person's behavior is governed by subconscious. Subconscious mind directs person's life. It is important to program subconscious. Especially, before every time we go to bed. Neville Goddard's book: "Feeling is the Secret" explains this, in a wonderful way.
  8. Thanks. In my experience, it positively impacts veins. Can it reduce lactic? Soreness?
  9. To reprogram the subconscious mind. What do you mean by visualising experiences?
  10. Should I focus on more wuality of the meditation, than quantity?
  11. I think, overdose on repetition can create resistance... But what can I visualise, if not goals? Thank you.
  12. I thought I needed to visualise same thing over and over again...It's not about repetition? Is it about, stopping to look for the thing itself? Visualising once is enough? Writing it once is sufficient?
  13. Is parboiled rice good choice for not getting an energy crush, which happens when we eat white rice? Is parboiled rice healthy?
  14. What are best resources which talks about being animal-product free athlete? I am asking this because I watched Joe Rogan debunking Game Changers movie, what he said make sense. Also, I listened to other people saying exact opposite, what they say also makes sense... Joe basically said that athletes can be vegan, but it must be done the right way...So, what is the right way to do it? What is the best resource to learn that from? Also, what are some other best tips for this practice?
  15. So parboiled has same benefits as brown?
  16. Thanks. Very comprehensive. You know nutrition very well and I appreciate and respect that!
  17. I heard one guy on YouTube, said that parboiled rice has same benefits as brown rice but has a taste of white rice, he advised to eat it...that is untrue?
  18. In my opinion, it also depends on what you eat on the dinner. I still agree, that dinner close to bed is not good. Intermittent fasting (at least 12 hours) is good for sleep. Not eating after 8 is good.
