dependence on technology, you don't need this to meditate I've tried lucid dreams with application on smartphones, and I know that it exist devices such as glasses that recognize REM sleep and send signal to our brain as we are sleeping, and various sleep tracers... but in the end, it doesn't help that much (statistic says that external devices do not work very well). Practice is not easy.

Zane : a lot of stuff you have mentionned in your post is accessible without 100 M.

Here is some audio experiment I've made with Leo's visualisation speeches on awareness and vision for an actualized life. I though this would help to have more impact on the subconscious, because of the emotionnal trigger that music brings. Awareness : http://clyp.it/h0pryvwm (Sam Hulick - New Worlds) Vision : http://clyp.it/tv13ful3 (Jeremy Soule - Wings of Kynareth) I found that using an inspiring music as a morning alarm on your phone, helps with re-programming the subconscious mind.

Wow, latest Leo's video is fondamental, and tricky for the ego (my ego would say^^). Nice track !

Your journal is inspiring, I admire your efforts in self-actualizing. You inspire me to do more meditation, and maybe start a journal someday (I keep trace of my dreams, doing the same with self-actualization is definitely worth).

These are not documentaries, but animated short films (pessimistic or not)

A friend of mine had problem with being afraid all the time about dieing, and sometimes had panic crisis with no reason. He found a way to manage by doing extreme-sport, to make the rest of the day "softer". A fashion sport these days is slackline/highline :

The life purpose course will makes you think your goals 10 or 20 years from now, help you discover your values and strengths, build a skill, work with the subconscious mind... there is so much informations ! Like you, I did a list of my hobbies (before doing the course) and figured out which ones was the most important, and how could I manage them in time. Today I have finished the course and I'm still not fixed, because I didn't had the courage to see deep into myself, and figure out what are my REAL passions (I know that it is related to spirituality, but music is like just a distraction, or a crooked way to achieve something I don't have the balls to assume for now -> something like meditating for the rest of my life). On the other hand I know that even if someone is actualized/enlightned, there is no way he/she won't do anything with his/her life. It seems more possible to me that someone who have nothing more to acomplish in life, will live now his/her full potencial on a practical plan. So I don't try to achieve enlightment or self-actualization (I meditate but I don't take it too seriously). I let my weaknesses and fails happens, and consider that it is just part of the game, without resistance (we says "letting go" ?), and meditate all day long, before and after a sitting meditation practice. - Doing something that bring real satisfaction to you. - Targeting a specific niche. - Master the art of something. You figured out by yourself a lot of things Leo talk about in the course^^ About mastery, read "Mastery - George Leonard", it's a nice appetizer, in the waiting for buying the course.

I'm not skeptic about numerology, but I think this is a hoax (foot-in-the-door technique, about how it ask step by step, your first name, then full name, then email adress and marital status... I stopped here).

If you are stuck in sleep paralysis, and want to wake-up, just hold your breath for few seconds, then your body will automatly wake-up. -
Sorry, my explanation wasn't really clear. I meant that enlightment is not something that can be "learned" or "acquired". Sure all the informations and exercices in the course are very valuable, for every person.

Instead of "I" say "it" -
Yes, this course is great ! If you are interested in spiritual enlightment, you don't need this course. But if you are interested in living a great life, this course is for you (you will learn a lot about yourself, and "how to" in details).

I don't try to perform reality check anymore, but i tell to myself "what the matter, if I'm dreaming or not ? Awake or asleep, it's about experiences" so I try to live as vividly as possible. "wind is rising, we must try to live" -paul valery -

I though it was pertinent to post this here, to bring awareness around how circumstances/society can influence our choices. Sure, it's pervert, and victims of the experience could have emotional sequels, but Illusionism/prestidigitation is crafted to make you "tilt".

I was skeptic, before someone who did Ayahuasca gave me a clue, that our reality is not the only reality, and that our senses and thoughts as humanbeing, are limited, and a part of this whole "energy" thing. Leo, what do you think of Carlos Castaneda' books ?

Social pressure, this person needed help. It's sad, but keep compassion (I guess blocking your reactions to this event is not the right way, the family should be supported).

Damn, you'r right !

lucid dreaming is a myth, reality is a dream it makes no sense seeking for lucid dreaming, it's the same as awake -
(Dynamic link of the track doesn't work in my browser, so I'm listenning on your soundcloud page). I like sound design at beginning, the tune remind me some Mr.Oizo' soundtrack in movie "wrong cops" but with a touch of chiptune.

@Leo Gura Is that true that you want to start a music festival ? Or it was just an exemple ? (in life purpose course, video #80). Maybe it was inspired by one of your client ? I'm interested to know more, because making music (especially electronic produced type of music) is related to my life purpose. Did you coached people in this field ?

I've been vegetarian for 6 years, here is my tricks : - Almonds (calcium) - Linseed oil (omega 3) - Quinoa (iron) - Brewer's yeast (all sorts of vitamins) - Wheat germ (same) - Sprouted seeds of all kinds (fenugreek for proteins) and sprouted bread. - I occasionally eat shellfishes, for zinc and iodine (b3). I would prefer to kill an animal on my own, when it's for eating, but I don't have fishing skills. B12 is the only thing that cannot be found easily in vegan/vegetarian food (this vitamin lies in the ground, when herbivorious eat grass and transform this vitamin, then it can be assimilated by carnivorous). The only way for vegan/vegetarian is synthetic B12. (Be carefull : Spiruline is a hoax/marketing, it cannot be assimilated). Eat soy only if it's fermented, as tofu of miso. Never drink soy milk or unfermented soy products, because of estrogene. If you'r vegan body builder : loaf with lupin flour and fenugreek seeds (a friend of mine who's vegan and fight at MMA told me this, there is 20 times more protein in there than any meat). Eggs are important ! Cheese is ok, but milk is unnecessary, after you growed up. Rice : ALWAYS the whole/brown thing, or there is not point eating it. Some people says that avoiding gluten is good, even if you'r not allergic to gluten (see acid/alkaline). I didn't given a try yet, too lazy. Black radishe is good for liver. Don't over eat milk products in all cases (many diseases start here...) As Leo said in his video, best is organic food, but depend on where you live on earth (it's probably easier to eat heathier if you live in a hobbit house, than big cities). Even if it cost more, think about giving your money to local farmers, than world wide companies). Sometimes the food we eat travalled 3 times around the world before we eat it.
