How do you knwo the love you feel isn't just egoic love from your limited pov? Maybe the love of god has nothing to do with you as a human. See my last thread about determinism.

I agree, although im open to the idea that there is more to life. I have a face, legs, arms... im human. But if you want to believe things and go in fantasy land it's ok.

See, let's suppose i am somebody who lives a normal life, and i get hit my a random disease. Now, if i am aware of the whole thing of reallity, and god, i can recognize it. I can maybe accept my pain as part of god's love and the whole thing. But if i don't know about those things, WHAT IS TRUE for me, is that life is shit! And since i don't have free will, i am destined by god to live that way. So yea, for your perspective everything is fine etc. But for this guy here, he doesn't know about this stuff. And since he does not know, he will never be aware of god's love. So this love that you talk about only exists for YOU. If god's love isn't biased, everybody would have the same amount of opportunity to realize this! Yet, although everyone is not immune to pain and suffering, there is still who lives life in ignorance and who knows about god.

That's so funny because i thought that my geniune caring for humanity or for people in suffering was something that god would do. Love, right? LOVE! Oh wait, im judging love from ego... im not getting it. Yea that's why i said that god seems so distant. It's utterly impossible to understand.

I never heard of this practices. But is very interesting, in fact, im going to do a research right now. I would try to answer you but i am so ignorant it's incredible. I don't know shit about god or reality. I have had an experience of depersonalziation where i saw i have no free will and i don't exist inside and that freaked me out and i am trying to pose some of your question to the guys here on the forum but they all say god is everything. God can't be god because god it's truth. God is love and he has no choice to not be god. So that's it man. There is no grandiose scope to life. It's just what it is an it's perfect as it is. And you have no free will to choose differently. At least they say so. In this journey you are alone. Those things nobody can tell you. Belive me, nobody. If you give your power away you will end up more miserable. If you wish go and discover for yourself. But if you are young don't even bother trying to discover what reality is. This is my suggestion.

That's fine. God can be infinetly loving as he is. This does not change the fact that he doesn't give everybody the free will to learn about god and love. Many people are close minded and suffer, because of life circumstances, (determinism), etc. And ultimately, because of god. So if the point of life is to arrive at this higher truth, i would say this is not correct. @Leo Gura God himself does not allow himself to have access to him. It is a contraddiction.

So those people are suffering their whole lives because god cannot be god. And god is love, so, he loves even that. The intelligent creator that you say god is cannot give this beings free will to do something about their life. It is what it is, cannot be anything else, and god loves that because it is it. This man can even be a good person, and struggle his way through to try to change things, and fail miserably. And everything is predetermined to be so. But hey, it is what it is and god loves that also. yea this god is so distant it's incredible. You say i need mystical experiences and it is true, but i don't even want that. Fuck that. I am unfortunate to be in this position to learn about those things, while other people are not. By pure determinism. Everybody at least should have access to truth. Ironically, you are saying no, it is not like this and it is fine to be so because god cannot be god. If god were this intelligent loving being leo talks about, at least he should give the chance to everybody to realize the truth of god. But he can't even choose to do that. And leo says in his episode that this is the point of life. So @Nahm , you see.

Beautifull words. I don't know yet. I will work on that. For now, whatever the grandiose scope is, to me seems just cruel. Yet people will tell me cruel it's just my ego, it's dualistic concept, bla bla bla.

I do feel bad, but even if i didn't and recognized it is still god's will and love, that being is still suffering and he has no free will to choose something else. Why does god choose that for him?

I would feel bad because it's god's will. Because god gave me the opportunity to learn about love and the universe, and did not gave them the same opportunity. Thank you for sharing.

I would keep suggesting the same thing, i would do my best, all i can. But i will watch them make the same choices and this would make me feel bad, especially knowing that their decisions are god's will... Yeah the assumption is that everything is god's will and we have no free will in human form This is particularly true for me since i saw that in first person. Probably it's called depersonalization. I became aware that i have no free will. There is no self and the past is an illusion of the mind which happends in the present. It was a terrible experience, but i know i am not that spiritually developed and i miss so many insights probably, That experience is gone now. It was like taking a dissociating pshychedelic substance. I feel better but this question about free will has remained...

@Victor Mgazi Yea we have certainly misunderstood each other at some point. I agree with that. I do trust you! ahaha. I agree that to be aware of universal love is a really big deal... and it can transform your life for good, this without a doubt. I didn't know where you live, so i actually am a little stupid about keep mentioning it... I thank you for sharing your story, and no, i am not in a bad situation right now, i think the worst i have already passed, but my question was just geniouine question. This is real. I thank you for being so honest. And perhaps the question of suffering will remain a mistery to me too. "God wouldn't be god if he didn't" makes somewhat sense... But i still don't get, if he is capable of infinity and everything, wouldn't he be able to make everyone realize enlightenment? Or to have free will to change things? I don't know, lot's of questions remain.

@Serotoninluv Ok, if i will be able to transcend that, i was predestined to be so by god. So now why does god decide to predestine some people to never be able to transcend, or to ever know about him, or to live a life full of suffering? Why does god allow that?
