I thought we talking about biases. Ofcourse draw boundaries for serious issues. But when it comes to loving a crocodile you definitely can by not putting a dick in it. -

Survival to plainly put, is food on table and roof over your head. Quite simple actually for a highly enlightened person. -

It's not that big of s deal to wish well for everyone and everything. Or maybe it is. I know several philanthropists who are quite selfless who live a very very simple life. Let's just agree to disagree. For Leo to die, Leo will have to read the New Earth or Power of Now by Eckhart tolle to find out what the ego is and how one can operate outside the ego. -

Apologies that I am cutting into the conversation but I beg to differ with you on this. One can have biases but one can learn to love the other side of bias too with respect. Life is infinite love, this is your teaching. It is about total love. To love hitler is to love your mother. Just because you can't make love to a crocodile doesn't mean you hate the crocodile. You can love it for its survival mode of living and for how its ancestors have lived. One can be angry yet the moment one realises it, it can be changed to a place of love, loving the feeling of angry is love too. It's about living the experience. One can love an old woman just as he loves a model, showering with all good intentions for that person. To make love definitely has bias but that's natural, don't think can be applied to every part of life. -

@Leo Gura This episode was amazing! I felt tears building as I was lying down listening to the self love part. I am feeling that vibe in my life righ now. I would enjoy a guided release similar to your guided meditation. The energy took me to my healing space. The realest I have seen! -
OMG it's been a while! Can't wait to see what you got in store for us ?

If anything the sensation is a wonderful distraction from all your fears and every other feeling. All the demons and any perception you have at that point would fade away if you could just drop everything that's happening and just focus and dive deeper into the sensation. I would recommend you take few deep breaths and sit through the fears and face it head on, once and for all so you can get over it. That fear is not real A lot of people have their third eye open and all I have heard are good things from it, wonder how you were mislead. What ever happens only happens for the best. If it's good then appreciate it, if it's bad then just remind yourself that you will only come out stronger from the episode. -

Lowering heart rate will do wonder for the body and mind as lowering heart rate relaxes the body and reduces the intensity of thought. Lowering of heart rate can be achieved by a longer exhale compared to the inhale, 5 mins of this prior to your meditation sit might change the outcome. Time is a system created to bring in order and understanding to human mind but in reality doesn't exist as all we have at any given point of time is the present moment. This is how the game is designed. We are not in the present moment all the time as we are conditioned by birth to relate ourselves to the voice in our body. Once the identification with the voice becomes less, the more we ll be able to ground ourselves in being. -

I think we both are on the same page, absence of the monkey mind's voice and just feeling the present . I think your thought process on this is on point. I feel daily life would be even better if the connection to being is strong. ?
