Well it takes time. For me it was 3 years of meditation before actual Self Realization. Everything else followed later. People meditate their whole lives without ever getting Self Realized actually not by beleiving some religion guru or philosophy. One tip Love Truth. Just Truth for it's own sake. Be curious about it. Lets say @Nahm recognizes your level of spiritual advancement so he is slowly building you up.

Be sensations themselves. Don't force yourself into anything. Just be still. If you notice toughts label them and let them go. Return back to pure sensations. Breathing ones. Or just sound. Sound will return you most easilly.

Why so much hate towards ?. Ever done you something wrong. ? is cool.

Breath deeply into diaphragm. Love breathing don't shorten it out. It's quite cool.

Short accurate answer. With Love. You are the Source of your Reality(Love).

Can you guys like take actual spiritual path. You know meditation, psychedilcs, yoga whatever. All your questions will be revelead by becoming God damn thing. Like all the questions. So you will know what "me" and "this" or "God is this way" really is. You are responsable for it and no else is.

@Leo Gura But it is possibe to return into your own infinity as limited form. You can make switch. Almost by will blows your mind. But once you get use to "Christ Conciousness" barely you would want to return to "God's ass" lol love that. Very accurate depiction btw both states. Many times I say there is a path because True State and false egoic state of Conciousness are completelly different things aldo everything stays the same.

Meditation has ability to heal you from everything. ?♥️ Just be with ordinary sensations.

Self inquiry is not about asking question who am I? There is no me in human body is answer ego gives. There is One, Real One which is Everything. That One is felt. So how do you really feel? There is a path don't dismiss it.
