  1. @Space @The0Self Thanks for getting back to me guys, really appreciate your time and effort @space, did you notice any significant changes in your cognitive function/mood? If I remember well, you did quite a decent volume of chelating rounds @The0self, the facebook group seems to have more info and depth than Leo's video, there are loads of people with chelating experience, and volunteer dentists reading test results, and detal x rays to check for hidden amalgams. The guidelines and people in the group strictly recommend to not do a provoked urine test, so If that is true, it would actually be dangerous that Leo has that in his guide, if a person has hidden amalgams, the provoked test can lead to distribution with serious consequences. But then again, I doubt Leo wouldn't be aware of this, he seems to take his studies very serious, but of course he is not immune to mistakes... Anyway regardless of all this, I've decided I am going to do the hair test, and post the results in the FB group as they suggest, and then do 10 rounds of chelating on a low dose. on top of that, If I have a negative, or positive reaction, both would indicate that I have heavy metal poisoning, so if that's the case, I'll commit to doing alternating rounds (with a progressive build up in dosage of course, not gonna blast myself) between DMSA + ALA & DMPS + ALA untill I don't feel any difference in mood between being ON round and OFF round. Curious to hear from you @space, did you start feeling the same ON round as you do OFF round after doing many rounds of chelating? Because that would indicate that you got all heavy metals out of your system right? Have a great week guys!
  2. To find out if you are toxic in heavy metals, Leo recommends doing the Provoked urine test. However, the official website + Facebook group from Andy Cutler claims that this actually is dangerous, because it can redistribute the heavy metals in your system, so they recommend the hair test. But Leo says otherwise, he says that hair and blood tests are unreliable, and the provoked urine test is the way to go. I am likely to believe Leo does his homework deeply with high integrity to himself and his viewers, but the official Andy Cutler group seems legit too. So now I am confused, and I am hoping to find clarity on the forum from experienced Chelators Thanks in advance
  3. @Aaron p i know how it works that was not the question
  4. Leo has a video about the do nothing technique Where you literally dont do anything but sktting. You dont observate your breaths like a controle freak You dont force your thoughts away You dont do anything You just sit and allow everything to be I tried it a couple of times but evrytime i think, how can this be benificial to me? Alot of people do this automatically, like people in jail for example But they dont get enlightened anytime soon i quess I must understand it incorrect Any insights are welcome
  5. Hi Doobz I am very surprised to find someone who is doing fifo in australia on the actualized.org forum Moste people in fifo are living so uncounscious its ridiculous There is a heavy alcohol culture and ok their time of they just buy toys with the money. Moste off them have no financial plan and look to do fifo untill they are 60 without having anything saved lol I probably dont have to tell you However if you're smart with the money, the oppertunity is massive. I never earned more money then here I love it where you say, needing the time of to recover, because thats exacly whay you have to do indeed Where do you work? I am in kalgoorlie based. I am looking to save up for retirement aswell but idk if my soul can handle fifo for 5-10 years Feel free to add me on facebook @ Robin Bogaerts
  6. @Sahil Pandit Thanks i am goin to read the book. What is the list with positive words for?
  7. I was watching Dr.Phil in the Joe Rogan podcast. Dr.phil said something in the lines of "You can only achieve what you alow yourself to achieve". I feel like there is some truth in this. I find this exiting and scary at the same time and i dont really know what to think about it so i am hoping to find some people with knowledge to find some insight. Does this mean that i live the life i am living today because thats the maximum i am allowing myself right now? Will i never have more in my life unless i become aware off my mental "blockades" and break them? It makes me wonder and worry, what if i am not capable of seeing my own mental blockades? Holy fuck will i forever punch the clock in jobs in dont fully love untill i fix this? What if i cant fix it? Is this even true? So many questions which trigger fear. Any insight is very welcome.
  8. According to the guidelines of Leo's video on nutrition i follow the rules. Meanwhile i am doing more research because i dont want to do things just because he said it. 2 things that i overlooked or that he just does not cover : -What about fried stuff? The obvious fried stuff is not healthy offcourse. But what about fries, fried in plant based oil for example. -What about the grains. What i do now is checking the ingredients for GLUTEN and WHEAT. If it doesnt contain those then i consider it as legit. For example the label says : "Whole grains" it does not say Wheaten or Gluten. Is it legit now according to leo's guidelines? PS : Offcourse not long shelf life stiff mixed with chemicals. Im talking about those fresh sugar free bags of granola with whole grains, raisins, seeds and nuts. I would love to have those as breakfast with almond milk but idk if i should. Someone be my hero please, Thanks, Robin De Muyer
