Things didn’t end well and to release myself from the stress of a bad memory I wanted to send her a message to say goodbye in a healthy way. It could create some closure and remove any regret or negativity we both might hold towards the break up. I don’t want her back, we both moved on, I’m looking to free any negative emotions we might be holding onto and allow for healing. Deep down I want her to like me and I feel like that will give me closure that we are on separate paths.

I’ve decided not to do it and the reason is she is the type of person who doesn’t like to relive the past. If I were to bring up the past it would be for selfish reasons and not a reflection of love towards her. It will only hurt her. So the loving choice is to let it be. If there was a possibility she would receive it well then I would do it but I don’t think that Is the case.

Forget all the spiritual and metaphysical stuff it’s basic psychology. people are going to treat you better and they’re going to be more friendly to you. That will impact your state of mind for that day and overtime impact your worldview in a more positive direction. We could rephrase it that 20-30% of problems are caused my the negative perception of aesthetic choices. That includes the design of buildings and architecture or the things we surround our homes with. There is high value in aesthetic intelligence. It’s systemically interconnected with everything.

Fantastic im happy for you . Im not sure why but ive seen this exact thing happen before. If you where in a loving relationship when this happened it likely would of destroyed it. Now that your in this new independent stage it comes with its own strengths and weaknesses like all the stages before it. What ive seen from this stage is it doesn't want to receive anymore and doesn't want to give. Its happy alone and doing its own thing with out the noise of the world getting in the way. Its a important stage we all get to, to transition away from communion and into agency. Then later on we transition back to communion (more consciously) and back to agency (even more consciously) until we find a balance. Protecting doctors form malpractice. Maybe if they had a fire up their ass and we’re held accountable for their imbecilic practice of medicine we would have higher quality doctors. Its because there are large gaps between dates. If you where dating more often then the feeling wouldn't come, it would be natural. To calm my nerves i normally exercise for 2 hours before the date.
