  1. @EternalForest You can't actually read other people's mind but if you're a highly sensitive person, you can very well sense feelings and thoughts even if it's just very subtle. Listen to your intuition.
  2. @Leo Gura Nice to hear you're back again, Leo ? I like your new approach, it gives me good vibes, it seems like taking a break has had a positive effect on you! Keep on the good work✌?
  3. We are one step away from the zombie apocalypse, just wait and enjoy the show. Watching TV increases the chance of getting infected, so be careful.
  4. I think I've experienced the same thing last night, I was suddenly awake but couldn't move my body. It lasted only for maybe thirty seconds but it was a terrifying feeling to be trapped inside my body without being able to move it. Fortunately I fell asleep immediately afterwards as far as I can remember. Still I'm not sure if I truly was awake or if it occured during a dream but it felt very real. I wouldn't have remembered it if I hadn't found this thread here. Crazy...
  5. @Sizeable Oof Don't beat yourself up if it just happens occasionally, let's say one day in a week is fine. Let it happen and observe your urges so you know how to prevent them in the future. @Thought Art By the way, I like to have your ice cream, wouldn't that be a perfect sin for a lazy sunday afternoon?
  6. I ask myself that all the time. So @Leo Gura, will the long-awaited video ever appear? ?
  7. White bread is not healthy in the long run, but you are totally exaggerating. Or you're trolling, too.
  8. Yes, it is healthy, just remove the bread, the meat and the sauce lol
  9. I'm just wondering, but didn't you lately mention that you try to avoid too much sweet foods, especially fruits?
  10. The question is, would you talk the same way if you met each other in public in real life? I don't think so. It's easier to say things like that on the Internet. In the end Leo is running a business and enlightenment is the product he's selling. Of course he needs to portray himself as a convincing and truthful person in order to be successful. He is successful with it, so why should he change anything? Ultimately, you shouldn't care about his behaviour, it's more important that you don't allow yourself to be influenced by it and go your own way.
  11. What many forget is that generally the attitude to life influences a large part of the state of mind and health. Regardless of what diet, if you have a poor self-portrait, for example, even the best diet will not help you have the energy to experience life to the fullest.
  12. I'm not afraid of dying but rather of being alive and feeling dead. It may sound strange, but I try to live healthy to be happy and to be mentally and physically comfortable as long as I live and not just to stay alive longer. When I die, I die, but I want to feel comfortable during the time I have. Edit: Maybe I just fool myself and will change my mind when I'm about to face death...
  13. I fear we don't have a whole lot. Maybe sometimes you are free to do what you want, within limits. I go through a period of time feeling free, then a synchronicity pops up, and I am startled into thinking my life is governed by fate.
  14. @VeganAwake I am he as you are he as you are me And we are all together
  15. Wouldn't that decision also be based on another thought which we can't control?
  16. I tried CBD and it didn't work for me unfortunately.
  17. Well said, thank you. In general, where has the open mindedness gone? That applies to the whole forum, regardless of which perspective is true or not. It seems that one special opinion on reality (non duality) is preached and every other opinion is not really welcome or considered. Besides I'm not claiming to know the TRUTH, but it's a pity and I'm probably not the only one who thinks so.
  18. I've tried some nootropics and know only a little bit about this topic, but dude... That's a huge amount, way too much in my opinion. Don't make yourself dependent on it.
  19. @arlin Exactly, thanks for saying that. It's better to think for yourself and important to be open minded instead of getting brainwashed and believing this teaching and taking it for granted complelety. In the end you are the only one who creates your reality. Believe whatever you want and it becomes YOUR TRUTH if you are totally convinced of it. Another, in turn, can live in a very different reality, so you should not brand that person directly. You recognize these people who claim to have THE TRUTH directly because they will always immediately contradict you and never consider other views.
  20. The ego is part of your being, appreciate it and see it for what it is. Only a spiritual ego wants to kill the ego which eventually leads to more suffering.
  21. @Leo Gura, do you experience any synchronicity in your life, especially when sober, but also while tripping? I wonder that you have never been talking about this phenomena since it's a great example and proof for the ever existing oneness around us in my opinion.
  22. I would recommend you to watch this guy's channel about synchronicity. Really interesting.
  23. Oh yeah, definitely. Whenever I give full control to the universe, I experience rows of synchronicities. When I'm searching for them, most of the times I don't experience them. Just go with the flow and surrender the egoic need to control things.
  24. Yesterday I started taking ashwagandha to get rid of brain fog, to be able to think more clearly and to be generally positive. The recommendation says that I take three capsules of 600 mg a day with enough water. Since I have no experience with this substance, can someone tell me from his experience how much and when you would take it? Before or after the meal? What else should you pay attention to? What does KSM66 mean? And at least does it really work?
