Spiral dynamics became useless to me after i had some awakenings. I saw how i judged people in lower stages even though i thought i wasn't, and it prevented me from being able to open my heart towards everything. The sooner you ditch this spiral dynamics system the better. But it's definitely useful for some applications.

It seems as many enlightenment seekers have been losing hope on this path. I urge you to stick to it and watch out for traps. Start Contemplating more. Meditate every day. Watch Leo's blogs and stay active there. Don't get stuck in the "watching videos and doing no work trap". If you watch a lot of YouTube, go out, exercise, eat healthy and do more work. Keep watching Leo's videos for guidance. And contemplate on them. ' ...and maybe get you hands on some psychedelics !

@Schahin Don't know about mental illness, but psychedelics for sure can heal the body physically. I have been having back pains for a month now, and after my LSD trip last night it completely faded away. They reset your body completely. All the tension the ego builds up. It wouldn't surprise me if mental illness could be healed through psychedelics and consciousness work.

@Shadowraix Maybe don't shut out deliriaats fully yet. It could be the same as with dpt, where you have to be prepared before hand, for example by going deep enough with 5 meo.

He answered my comment on one of his videos a week ago. He said he had an awakening on mushrooms, and also does the Wim Hoff breathing method.

I'll be dropping 180ug Lucy tonight. Do you guys have any practices when you trip ? Some ritualistic contemplation's, meditations etc... What kind of intentions do you guys set ?

@Chi_ WOW that's an amazing place, never even seen it. My first time tripping was in Heiðmörk, it's a big forest outside the city with HUGE trees. Was probably the most amazing scenery I've ever experienced. It was during November so it was dark, and we got fully starlit sky, like 2 hours of INTENSE aurora too. Will never forget it.

I've been falling out of the Actualized practice because I'm trying to focus on my survival (e-commerce marketing). I have a hard time finding a balance and seem to get sucked in fully in either of the two. I've been thinking on doing 5g silent darkness lately, also have a potent tab. But I'm afraid it will get my fully submerged again into the non duality study and away from my survival. So should i go fully into survival and come back to the actualized practice in a few months, or should I try n find a balance ? How can I help myself.
