  1. So when I was a child I had a love for trippy, weird, and mind fucking shows. Just recently have I become more aware of how me being attracted to spirituality, Leo's work, and psychedelics had already started early on. Here are some examples. #1: Yu-Gi-Oh: "Is this all just a game?! " In the final season of Yu-Gi-Oh the protaganist realizes that him trying to save Egypt was all just a game he was playing against someone else. And the world and people within it were the playing field. The moment I watched this scene I was mindfucked and shocked and loved it: This show had some more mindfucks I loved. #2: Pokemon: Address Unown! Didn't watch much Pokemon as a kid cause I wasnt really into it. But I kept rewatching this specific episode. I really loved the weirdness of it. In this episode a strange alien-like Pokemon Unown sent Ash and his friends into the mind of a traumatized Pokemon Larvitar. They then explore his mental world to try and find the root of the trauma. I couldn't find a short clip online but you can watch it here at the 8-min mark: https://www.pokeflix.tv/v/05-address-unown. Or else just enjoy this cool image of the the Pokemon Unown. #3: Courage The Cowardly Dog (His Nightmares) I actually didn't love this as a child. I was scared to death. I was 4-5 years old though watching this. And then I kept re-watching it until I loved it. Nowadays it also reminds me of bad trips on shrooms and weed. This show had plenty more scary and bizarre shit. It seems nowadays they don't scare kids with things like Courage anymore There's more I could share but this is what I'll share for now. Took me a while to remember and find some of this lol. Feel free to share some of these yourself!
  2. 1. Don't expect too much in the short-term. The game is still long-term. The principles of Mastery still apply to psychedelics. 2. You can't always avoid bad trips. Even if you're careful. Be prepared to face hell. I've had my worst bad trip on weed of all things. 3. Beware of Paranoia. "Have I lost my mind?" You might believe you've lost your mind after a difficult, destabilizing trip. The more you believe this to be the case the more evidence you might find and the more it seems to be true (paranoia). In reality when this happens take a break from psychedelics and allow your mind to stabilize. 4. Professional help can be great. It can be nice to talk to a mature professional who has experience with psychedelics. Especially if you're a beginner. This excludes most psychologists in today's world, sadly. And this is quite rare on the internet too but we're lucky to have someone like Leo giving advise for free. Thankfully there are more and more trained psychologists who have and give psychedelic therapy. Research your options. 5. On distractions and intentions. Some things you might want to do when tripping is only a distraction and waste of the trip. But ultimately this is relative to your intention for tripping in the first place. And sometimes you'll end up throwing your initial intentions out of the window when tripping because you realize there are higher possibilities. 6. Be open to try different psychedelics. I expected shrooms to very similar to LSD based on what I've read. But in my experience they affect me completely differently. In all honesty, every psychedelic I have yet used has affected me completely differently. Don't expect your experiences will be the same as you read the average person has. Especially if psychedelic A doesn't do for you what you want, try B, then C, and so on. 7. Not only fun and games. You can't hide and suppress your wounds and traumas. They will all be revealed and if you resist this process it can get nasty. Psychedelics are not about escapism. It's not alcohol, it's not sedation. But in the end this is a good thing and will improve your life. "Everything is brought up to be exposed to the light, and whatever is exposed to the light itself becomes light."
  3. Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (with MDMA specifically) with someone who knows what they're doing is gold. There are some great guides here in the Netherlands. But such great resources might not be available elsewhere. Otherwise finding a great trip sitter will work too. Especially when dealing with difficult trauma and if you're inexperienced a trip sitter will be helpful. Also consider breathwork and the various types that exist to release trauma from the body. Potentially with a guide as well. I also have an old post about releasing trauma from the body long term which might be helpful: Wishing you the best! <3
  4. Basically anyone can do it, using your def. Answer: LANGUAGE! It's a technology not outside our biological brain. Other than that, basically any organism with mirror neurons can do this to some degree. As far as we know this includes humans, songbirds, and macaques. Interesting paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3510904/ But I do believe humans are capable of channeling more complex information from other humans and higher beings. A very small percentage might be able to pull it off without psychedelics.
  5. @Leo Gura Is it similar to being mindfucked by a paradox or strange loop? Not being able to make sense of it and yet witnessing it?
  6. In the first few years of middle school I was terrible at maths. It was my weakest subject. Then I got a maths teacher who gave me a Rubik's cube and I fell in love with it, competing with my best friend to get our times under 10 seconds. We also bought very strange Rubik's cube variant puzzles, like shape-shifting cubes. Playing around with many such puzzles and creating mathematical riddles for myself and this friend of mine slowly turned maths into my best subject at the end of high school. I love intuitively understanding maths. But I'm horrible at writing proofs.
  7. Valuetainment has always been a rather low-consciousness medium but lately they've gone very far to the right and conspiracy theories. Their recent guests have been Andrew Tate and now Alex Jones: They not only give a platform to these people but spread their insane ideologies and conspiracy theories to a large audience... Talking about immaturity...
  8. @Jowblob I'm curious. What was your intention for the trip? What is the biggest lesson you learned from that trip? Or what is the deepest insight you had? == For anyone planning to do MDMA: Really make sure you have pure MDMA and know the dosage exactly. I would also never recommend such a large dose for a first time. And read this, MDMA is not the safest psychedelic: https://rollsafe.org/ ._0 Please don't <3 Also: For a first time I would recommend a small dose (75-100mg). Perhaps a booster dose that is lower after (50-75mg), never higher. Especially if you have a low body mass or are sensitive. MDMA is powerful stuff. =
  9. Perhaps the deeper insight here is that none of this really matters much. It's a forum. It has people. People are peopling. It's like a human zoo. But how infinitely boring are these endless discussions about the social dynamics here? Leo runs this business basically all by himself. You're all free to be here or not be here. The man wants to teach about Alien Consciousness and Absolute Infinity. And instead of entering the rabbit hole of wonder and beauty you're all entering some social shit hole. <3
  10. @Leo Gura Have you ever accessed Alien Consciousness without psychedelics? Or only a memory of it? Have you ever accessed it without weed?
  11. At the end of the day I don't really care much and move on. They're free to do what they please. But it does make me sad to see it happen. They're poisoning people's minds. They could use their platform for much greater things. Such a waste.
  12. When it gets real and you face ego death
  13. https://www.reddit.com/r/benzodiazepines/comments/fpdau8/ill_eat_a_bar_for_every_upvote_this_gets/ This entire subreddit. And all irresponsible drug use encouragement on the internet.
  14. @Leo Gura How often have you tripped with a tripsitter or with other people? I don't remember you ever mentioning tripping except solo. And in general I think people who have not done deep psychological and emotional work (most people, here too) should not even touch salvia.
  15. Andrew Huberman recently released this video on MDMA: He mostly talks about MDMA from the perspective of neuroscience and addresses questions about neurotoxicity, (trauma) therapy, risks and benefits, etc. Thought you guys would be interested.
  16. In a sense we're all sexually biased O_o I'm glad though that my sexual attraction doesn't extend beyond humans. But I do wonder if one can consciously change their sexuality or if it can change over the course of a lifetime.
  17. Kurt Godel Georg Cantor Richard Feynman
  18. YES! That statement is so much more radical indeed. I was contemplating just that on a recent psilocybin trip. What we take for granted is so magical. Vision and color are magical as fuck!!! I closed my eyes and imagined I was a blind man who could see for the first time in his life. The entire universe of vision opening up to a blind man. It's not ordinary it's INFINITE FUCKING MAGIC! And that's just 1 "ordinary" sense opening up an entire infinite universe of vision. Just as hearing opens up an infinite universe of sound and music. Then imagine infinitely more senses just as profound and more than vision and hearing...Couldn't do that with my mind but could imagine Consciousness being "capable" of imagining that.
  19. Interesting share. But please all be careful with this substance. From what I've read so far it can potentially be very dangerous.
  20. Solution: Stop using weed. At least for a year or so
  21. I think many of you have heard of Dr. David Berceli's TRE's (Trauma and Tension Release Exercises). If you don't know about this type of body work: "TRE is a series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma through neurogenic tremors." This can be a powerful body-centered approach to heal trauma and release chronic stress and tension in the body. It's also easy to learn, unlike some other types of body work. So I recently came across the fairly new subreddit longtermTRE. They promote a method of using these TREs in a long-term, consistent practice to go beyond just healing trauma to releasing all chronic stress and anxiety. I thought it was very interesting and wanted to share. I recommend reading their beginners's section first: https://www.reddit.com/r/longtermTRE/comments/t61dgv/beginners_section_read_first/ And then their practice guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/longtermTRE/comments/102biwk/the_tre_practice_guide_read_first_before_starting/ An interesting video on TRE:
  22. I discovered this YouTube channel a few months ago. They have some great guided breathwork videos! And you can just follow the rhythm...
