I know what you're saying... To me God is boundless Infinite Energy with no Rhyme or Reason no meaning or purpose whatsoever just pure free Boundless Energy form and formlessness everything and nothing real and unreal. -

Well according to that theory the Materialist Paradigm would be God as well... so what is there to break out of? Hmmm ? -

Yes you would feel the pain whether you believe you are God imagining it or an evolved great ape ancestor from The Big Bang. -

Well the 'I' is the illusion... And the 'I' that thinks it needs to get clear about what the 'I' is, is that same illusion. Recognize the 'I' is just a compilation of beliefs perceptions ideas thoughts and labels you have allowed yourself to believe since a young age. When this becomes recognized there can be an energetic shift and the 'I' can fall away and its energy seems to fall back into the infinite energy source. -

There's still a human body here that can hear, speak, feel, taste etc... Nothing in that regard changes... The sensations are no longer owned by anyone(they never were, they just felt like they were)... they are just happening. Personalization is removed from the picture. -

There is a conditioned human body that will turn its head if it's name is called or jump out of the way of a train to survive. It's basically running on conditioned autopilot. The 'I' illusion comes in after the fact and claims that it's doing it, and that its the human body itself. But it's not just the human body, it's the most important human body that ever existed. It's all about me me me I I I. And then of course this 'I' energy feels separate and lacking and goes on a quest to find completion of itself or Liberation from the constant feelings of lack. The problem is the separation never occurred and it's all just an Illusion of separation... so the 'I' energy is seeking something that it will never find because it was never separate to begin with. The Big Cosmic joke...(hey everyone let's go on an exciting never-ending quest to find something that was never missing yay) When Maya the illusion of self is completely seen through it's almost laughable and I've heard some people do laugh for quite a while. ? -

Yes I agree he is a great teacher and explains things very well. I used to believe it was important that I helped people wake up... like it was the destiny of the human race to all become awakened. I no longer hold these beliefs... if Awakening occurs it occurs if it doesn't it doesn't either way it does not matter whatsoever, there's no meaning purpose or value in it at all, but simultaneously if someone wants to help make the world a better place or help awaken people that's what is happening...why not. The neo-advaitist's as everyone else is calling them, are saying that you cannot awaken the separate individual because the separate individual is an illusion and any attempt to awaken it is futile and ridiculous. Awakening is the disidentification with the illusion. In my experience once I turned my seeking energy 180 degrees within I recognized the ME that I thought I was was the illusion itself. When this energy and illusion fell away, it was simultaneously recognized it never existed, the line dividing duality and non-duality, subject and object was completely recognized to have been simply an illusion all along. The oneness that's always been the case was clearly revealed. "The separation never occurred" - A Course in Miracles Have a good day my friend take care talk to you soon ? -

Hehe...nice. In your opinion is it referring to staying in the present moment or does it mean this life is all there is, or both? And could I ask what led to that belief? -

Wow that's a lot of fractal action... I like this quote: "Nothing happens next. This is it." ❤ -
I almost forgot ...have you ever heard of the fasting mimicking diet for Health and Longevity. Some very interesting research going on there ...they believe they will already be able to get people to live to be a 120's on this diet... look for Dr. Valter Longo...

I remember what caused the most suffering during seeking is the feeling of incompleteness or lack of some kind. Like I wasn't whole and needed to find something that would complete this 'ME' character finally and I would understand everything perfectly. To seek It is to move away from It. You are already enlightened spirit. There is nowhere you need to go and nothing to you need to do in order to be that which you already are. The only issue is that you believe the thoughts that say you have to do something to get “there,” and that’s why you suffer and have “problems.” The mind says you’re lacking something, you’re inadequate in some way, that “there” is better than “here,” and the second we buy into the mind’s story, is the moment when peace ends and suffering begins. In a sense, seeking kicks us out of heaven and plants us squarely in hell. The only difference between Tolle, Kiloby, or any other master, is they don’t believe in, pay attention to, or identify with the endless mind-chatter. They, instead, pay attention to the empty space in between the thoughts and rest as THAT. Like watching trains coming in and out of the station, so they watch thoughts come and go in awareness. They don’t get on the train; they don’t try to put the train on different tracks, they don’t even try to stop the trains from coming. They just don’t care about the trains. Thoughts are empty. They pop in and out of awareness. Who knows where they come from and where they go. Therefore, why care? They’re as unstable and unpredictable as the weather. Why take them seriously? If the spiritual masters believed their thoughts, their identity would change from moment to moment. (Pssst: That’s what’s happening in the lives of us seekers. Who we are is our latest thought. “I’m unlovable…I’m a nice guy…I’m not good enough…I’m the best…I’m enlightened…I’m sick with cancer…I’m right…I’ll never get “there,” blah, blah, blah. Endless. Pointless. Useless.) Spiritual masters rest in and AS the peace, joy, bliss and completeness of the present moment—no matter what the thought-stream is saying. And we can too. We just did it for a few brief seconds and notice how contented you were! For that brief moment, everything was perfect even though nothing about life changed. In that moment you experienced your definition of awakening and enlightenment. Nothing to seek. It’s Here. Now. Completely. The only thing that stands between you and enlightenment is seeking. If there’s an enemy (and there’s not), it’s seeking. Enlightenment is not a place to reach, it’s not a thing to “get,” it’s frankly not even an experience. It’s the nature of the moment. Always. Only mind-chatter obscures it. -
I thought this was a great interview worth sharing... the communication seems to be explained quite clear compared to other interviews.

As a prior hardcore Seeker I understand a lot of it. Constantly seeking takes a huge amount of energy and then it can be very frustrating when we do not seem to be getting the results we want. This constant seeking can cause huge amounts of suffering because not only does the individual feel incomplete, can start feeling like a hopeless Quest that may not bear the promised fruits being sought after. What is being sought after starts subconsciously turning into the enemy without it being that noticeable. Basically it can stop becoming fun after a certain point and turns into a vicious taskmaster. What makes it even more difficult is most don't even know what they're looking for. See Enlightenment or Liberation is the cessation of the self. Everyone tries to bring the separate self with them. They believe there is going to be a ME that experiences Enlightenment one day.(hey everyone look what 'I' attained) Liberation is quite literally the falling away of this seeking energy and the belief that there is a separate individual that can somehow attain something called enlightenment. Just like Leo states quite often this stuff can be very tricky. It's hard enough just getting a solid grasp of what Liberation actually is and even then those are just words pointing to it. The validity of the whole enlightenment paradigm starts being questioned as even being a real thing. And then you go onto a forum and there's some arrogant sounding asshole(me) that sounds like he thinks he knows everything leaving closed ended blanket statements about the very thing that I'm struggling like hell to even grasp. This jerk doesn't understand the struggle that's happening over here, he lacks compassion and could not be liberated... he's probably just making the whole thing up anyways. When the very mechanism that creates suffering is exposed its easy to understand Behavior. Awareness alone is Curative... Jesus and Buddha were both true Masters in this area. -

It's difficult when it's trying to be perceived through a subject object perception. Subject(I am here and I know I'm real) Object(everything else is out there and I know it's real) Duality won't collapse because it's constantly being perpetuated by the belief that there is a separate self here experiencing everything out there. Any attempt by the separate self to rid itself of itself is futile because it simply doesn't exist. Sometimes what can happen is something other than the separate self hears this message and the illusion can Fall Away. This is what Liberation is ?
