  1. Who would do it? Is there an actual doer of those apparent actions? This is obviously a thought, but what or who is thinking it?
  2. Palm Flipping Exercise 1. Hold a hand in front of you; palm turned down. 2. Now turn the palm up. And down...and up and so on. Watch like a hawk. Don't go to thoughts – examine your direct experience. Do this as many times as you like, and each time inquire: How is the movement controlled? Does a thought control it? Can a ‘controller’ of any description be located? How is the decision made to turn the hand over? Track any decision point when a thought MADE THE DECISION to turn the hand over and the hand turns over immediately. Who or what chose which hand - the left or right hand for the exercise? Can you find a separate individual or anything that is choosing when to turn the palm up or down?
  3. I posted a much safer exercise!! ❤ Maybe give it a look-see ?
  4. Here is an even deeper investigation of the body. Please follow each step, don't leave out any. Take your time. Don't move to the next step until the previous one is clearly seen. Repeat the exercise several times. Stand in front of a bigger mirror. (1) First, close the eyes and feel the sensations labelled ‘body’. (2) Then open the eyes and look into the mirror while still paying attention to the sensations. Is there any connection between the felt sensations and the image in the mirror?
  5. Sit with eyes closed for about 15 minutes. Paying attention only to the pure sensations, without relying on thoughts or mental images: Can it be known how tall the body is? Does the body have a weight or volume? In the actual experience does the body have a shape or a form? Is there a boundary between the body and the clothing? Is there a boundary between the body and the chair? Is there an inside or an outside? If there is an inside - the inside of what exactly? If there is an outside - the outside of what exactly? What does the word/label ‘body’ ACTUALLY refer to? What is the ACTUAL experience of the body? Look very carefully, especially with the last question. Take your time, don’t rush. You can look several times during the day while doing other things (like washing hands, showering, having a short break from work, walking, etc) before replying.
  6. This definition is from a website that I follow and happen to agree with... In the context of Liberation Unleashed, liberation refers to the clear, unambiguous and direct realisation of the absence of a separate self. Because not everyone, perhaps no one comes to the Gate without at least some degree of latent tendencies, what we refer to as liberation may not be what you expect of it. Seeing self for what it really is - a story, does not mean that your life is suddenly upgraded in every conceivable way. Old habits, beliefs, programming and conditioning will very probably remain in place. Awakening from the story of you allows old patterns to drop away quickly. The foundation upon which these patterns were based is gone. In this sense, liberation is just the beginning.
  7. A Prejudice stage Blue Monk who awakens might just stop staring at the wall during meditation there's no telling...?
  8. Now, I’d like to ask you to explore this SENSE of self very-very thoroughly. Not by thinking about it, but by FEELING it. Keep the focus of attention on the sense of self and inquire: Does the sense of self have a location? Does the sense of self have a shape or a size? Does the sense of self say or communicate anything? If the answer is yes, how does the sense do this exactly? Does the sense of self have any characteristics or attributes? What is the sense of self ‘made of’? An image? Sound? Taste? Smell? Sensation? Thought Arising? If not, where is any Direct or Actual Experience of some sense of self?
  9. I would recommend checking out "A Course in Miracles Made Easy by Alan Cohen" it's honestly an incredible book and at the end he goes through a list of questions and answers about the overall course.... here is the book's description: A Course in Miracles (ACIM)—the self-study spiritual-thought system that teaches the way to love and forgiveness—has captured the minds and hearts of millions of people, and delivered inner peace where fear and pain once prevailed. Its universal message is unsurpassed in its power to heal. Yet many students report that they have difficulty grasping the principles, or encounter resistance to the lessons. So, even while they yearn for the spiritual freedom the Course offers, they put the book aside, hoping one day to get to it. Alan Cohen, ACIM student and teacher for over 30 years, takes the Big Picture ideas of the Course and brings them down to earth in practical, easy-to-understand lessons with plenty of real-life examples and applications. A Course in Miracles Made Easy is the Rosetta stone that will render the Course understandable and relatable; and, most importantly, generate practical, healing results in the lives of students. This unique reader-friendly guide will serve longtime students of the Course, as well as those seeking to acquaint themselves with the program.
  10. You are in a good place and you understand things very well... The further down this path you go, the more you will recognize how futile practices actually are.( running on the hamster wheel) there's absolutely nothing wrong with decorating the prison cell or making the dream more comfortable Once things are seen clearly, it's literally like a ghost practicing for the Olympics... it becomes a silly non applicable goal for No one. This is impossible for the illusion to understand... But when the illusion is completely seen through, it makes perfect sense.
  11. If there is suffering involved with the whole situation then maybe adjust accordingly... If you have transcended beyond the apparent suffering there is no issue.. ❤
  12. "When Everything being Everything is Everything, You will be home" -- VeganAwake
  13. Tier two forms is also your God... When everything being Everything is Everything, You will be home ?
  14. I always pondered this when thinking about God Imagining it's Egoic self... Is God just imagining this apparent evolution of the ego along with dinosaur bones and things of the past that science shows. Would God be this deceptive or could it be an evil entity having us run around for entertainment? Or what if were just evolved Ape like ancestors running around trying to figure out something that has no reason!
  15. THIS "This doesn't need anything else, this is already all there is. Whatever is happening—whatever feelings, thoughts, experiences are happening—that is the wholeness that is looked for. It's not the wholeness the individual's looking for. It's not the wholeness that the "I am" is looking for. It will always be dissatisfied with this. It's a wholeness that's beyond the personal seeking, beyond the personal need for something more or something else"-- Jim
  16. @JumboEukaryote What does 'I' look and feel like? What is I? Its not the body... What is identified with the present moment? Not talking about Consciousness either...
  17. @Ibn Sina What is looking for an answer? Is there an actual ME in the body. Who or What is seeking? What does this apparent ME consist of?
  18. @actualizing25 there is a body and a sense of ME in the body. Forget about the body for now.. What makes up that sense of ME? What does it consist of?
  19. Nobody knows this because the one that thinks it's a dream... isn't real.. Its unknowable...
  20. Thanks brother ? ❤ very appreciative of all you guys.
