Is it ever possible to feel what awareness is? Meaning whats it feel like to be in void? Is void and awareness are one and the same? Or void is the one awareness is knowing?

@thesmileyone is popping to void and enlightenment are synonymous? Or popping to void is just awakening? And the ego must vanish for enlightenment? ?

@MM1988 yes preserve the energy that's the typical traditional advice all yogis say. Don't give in to the urge it will just pass away. Once it becomes a habit of not indulging that craving will never come.

@Iksander Imo Leo says 5meo gives the ego death nothingness experience and saves lot of time for the seeker in progressing as otherwise it takes lot of time to understand believe the teachings and do the practices sincerely. It clears away the doubts inner unwanted resistance mechanisms of mind of the seeker. Most of the people in the forum who used physcadelics agree upon that. And more than that leo says its the deeper non dual insights which 5meo gives. But 5meo by itself cannot give one enlightenment. This is my understanding about physchadelics so for.

@TeamBills repeated usage of physchadelics like 5meo will cause permanant brain damage. I read somewhere.

@Highest Yes i understand that. But what do you mean by i for you previously? For me i means i feeling. It is almost constant. So i dont understand what it means to find the source of i feeling?

@tsuki They don't say there is no such thing as God but say the Totallity the total universe is God.It is not a poetry or art. One master said try seeing every thing as good.It may be bad but you should see that as good.I didn't ask how to see bad as good.so kept quiet.

@MM1988 Suffering is un deniable reality. Though we may never get the answer why creation is not perfect. That's the reason hinduism and buddism say get self realized and be free from this birth chain.

@Dodo You are not the only person in the world who is having financial problems.There are many who are poor jobless in deep debts disease deaf dumb blind with out hands legs.Life doesn't care.So instead of cribbing here and blaming god imagining in some miracles go and work and try to get rid of your financial problems. May be u can move this topic to serious emotional problems than posting in spirituality.

Very interesting.Not sure why so many enlightened people replying this thread.I used to visit ashram of an enlightened master.The rule is no questions regarding worldly problems.Strictly spiritual questions allowed.

@Joseph Maynor You say you experienced ego death but at the same time read somewhere saying ego can only be transcended meaning ego will exist but will seen as un real. So which is correct? Fullfledged ego death is possible or not?

@thesmileyone Bhuddist First three fetters only intellectual not non dual. Remaining fetters are purifucation of mind. Not absolute non duality Truth. @winterknight
