@Harikrishnan Yes they do.Thats why India they do Namaste,Namaskaram.Not just a sign of respect of the other as God but not to transfer receive the energy. Yogis are very concious about this. They can as well transfer the power to uplift the conciousness. Slowly this became a social custom - untouchability discrimination this and that.Then later justified as health reasons not to get affected by contageous diseases this and that.But the reason is purely spiritual. Yes be cautious about touch. But is it possible to avoid that practically ? So do the cleaning work daily ???

Suffering and pleasure are both sides of the same coin. If one is after pleasure its quiet natural to suffer - thats my understanding so for. There shouldnt be any Impatience,anxiety,tension,restlessness, No aversion to good smell bad smell. No aversion to taste of food - like dislike. There shouldnt be any craving for taste. Equanimity,peace,calmness,tolerance irrespective of situations. Putting oneself to test of truth is the key. Begging as mendicant.No more than 3 begging at a time.If no response in all three accept that dont take food that time. No food no water on selective days. Sleeping in the road side.cleaning public toilets.Service to patients old people. Go for Service with out or little money. Service with out any expectations with out any expectation of appreciation or praise or any kind words.Accepting the results outcome of work,service as Gods will. Bearing insult with out any anger grudge. Doing the work perfectly mindfully with out any inner resistance,procrastination,laziness. Treating all work equally.Treating all people equally. Clear distinct between needs and greed,desires,pride,vanity. --- Emotions must not appear thats emotional mastery. This is my understanding so for. -- I am yet to awake and what I mentioned are sample practical instructions practices so let us see how it goes and to what extent I can stand for test for Truth - after Enlightenment.

@Angelite .lThere are no hell no heaven they are just stories - Terror,Fear,Guilt and Shame,utter slavery(submission) control mechanism - control of masses.If hell and heaven are there - there must be a purpose ? Punishing eternally for - not believing in the concept of Allah or a book after death ? Rewarding etternally for believing in a concept called Allah after death ? Why not let there be instantaneous rewards and punishments while living ? Why not annihilation of evil ? Why Allah created evil first ? While its a haram to consume liquor wine,music while living.Unlimited liquor after death for being a believer ? So being a kafir or kufr or non believer of the mohammed,book and allah - I am going to rot in hell and being a true believer of a book - you will be etternally happpy in heaven with unlimited wine and 72 virgins after death ? What if I dont have any desire to have wine or sex ? Body dies soul doesnt have any body and soul cannot drink wine or have sex ? What will be the reward then ? Why not the all mercifull allah instantaneously punish the terrorists who cause terror in the name of jihad ? An all merciful will be kind reward only if the follower believe allah ? Else allah will be wrathful on the non believer ? If you take a book and quote those verses as absolute truth (just your conditioning and blind belief ) thats not going to help. If anybody is unhappy about the book,mohammed,allah and question that - he will be rewarded with stoning to death or head will be chopped - truely all merciful miraculous ways of followers af allah isnt it ? - after all its allahs will isnt it ? Truely peaceful universal religion.If you dont believe the book you kufrs - you all are unworthy of living in this world. By killing you kufrs or by blowing myself with bombs I will be rewarded by allah in heaven isnt it ? Search is for God,truth all beliefs must be questioned for what it is. -------------------------------- To realise Truth God - it is said there are only two choices - Path of will and Path of surrender. Most of the practices fall under the category of path of will. Most enlightened say that surender is the easiest path.Though that may not be their path of God realisation. But Still I dont understand this surrendering business of surrendering a concept me to a concept god - an idea of God and how to practically apply the surrender concept in real life situations. @Truth Addict For a deeply enlightened Emotional mastery means simply absence of emotions no matter what in all circumstances. For other enlightened with lesser degree of transformation realisations insights emotions still appear and some react to that and some don't but at least enlightenment basic least enlightenment means not geting attached to emotions they are like passing clouds they don't touch them on the surface it will appear to others like that. Emotions are just appearences projections it appears to be appealing as real. The thought I hate Ralston consciously is an appearance projection which again is believed as real and the person truth addict is passing his judgements based on that. That's how ordinarily people believe judge act this is good that Is bad.This is the best that is the best etc isn't it ? @Truth Addict if you are attached to emotions you are vulnerable - you will be happy as well as suffer. Hence the enlightened are emotionally detached what I read from books - this is just my intellectual understanding.

@SQAAD loosing a hand means dependence on others for survival.It breaks the very confidence. The very dependence causes compulsary bondage.Its body is a burden on others. A bread winner is worried If I die who will take care of my family - my kids my wife. Mind is bothered about life - survival.Who will provide money food shelter even for day to day affairs. Survival is a problem even for the enlightened monk.No escape from that. Body is vulnerable Hunger disease shelter accident ageing. Fear is about survival not about death. Even the enlightened suffers pain but he accepts that with least resistance knowing what is supposed to happen to his body is hsppening. Death is inevitable.Yet every body lives believing that it wont happen to me today.

And where does it reside ? And after returning to us what the us will do to the soul and what the soul is supposed to do ? Why the soul requires a body ? Whats the purpose of Us to create the world and souls ? Why the Us is not doing anything to prevent all the evils good and bad ? Why Us created evil ? Whats the purpose of life of an ant to humans ? Experience implies an object something experienced. By defenition what you experience cannot be you isnt it ? The perceived can never be the perceiver. Find out who is that perceives ? Are you directly experiencing or through the senses ? If you perceive directly why are not perceiving the body world in deep sleep ? Do you exist in deep sleep ? I am not sure on this stand point by all enlightened - some after realisation take responsibility to do selfless service - education hospitals Yoga meditation centers ? Some just impart to seekers who go for guidance and dont bother at all to the "idea of changing the world" - because everything keeps changing why bother to change something which is allready continously changing.What ever change brought is going to change again.so whats the point ? The world is an illusion why bother to change chase the illusion ?

@Serotoninluv The practice starts from duality. There is a devotee and a God. Devotion is a Bhavam - state of mind of prayer surrender receptive mind set acceptance of higher power will what ever. Guru - let us say the enlightened mind giving instructions - if there is no receptivity and mind keeps rejecting what is said.The wisdom cannot be imparted grasped by the seeker-student. And some gurus add to confusion by saying there is no path.Because path is an illusion.What path ? This is absurd then the seeker can never begin. In other words You as Absolute there are no others then to whom you are interacting and discussing ? So all instructions practice path if dismissed from absolute standpoint (but who is dismissing ?) @atlanticgirl Nirvikalpa samadhi is the highest may be after stabilizing it said to be sahaja Nirvikalpa samadhi.But since you have experienced Nirvikalpa why you are interested in Yogic meditation programmes ? I guess Regarding why instructors are required to memorize and repeat what is said to them instead of expressing in their own words is - it will lead to confusion and misinterpretation.

@Schahin Karmic body is different from physical and subtle body.Its the Karmic body that takes repeated life.(This is what I heard and I am not sure what they mean subtle and karmic bodies).
