  1. Realise that others and self are just characters in the Dream. Awareness of the Dream is Nothingness. Falling back asleep isn't the problem. It's the lack of wisdom you carried from that no-self experience. When you are in non-dual Awareness, it's worth training your mind with positive affirmations and reminders on what you are not.
  2. The Third Eye - Let-go Muscle The let-go muscle in mind feels like an eye which is opening. It's the feeling of widely opening or letting go of the the spot in mind to see perceptions with clarity. When you let go of this mind sensation you will allow perceptions to just be as they are. Can you see that when an eye opens there is a muscle involved in contraction? (Let-go Muscle). It's not a hard squeezing of focus, it's more of a dispersing nature. Realise that when the localisation of self in mind is expanded, it will feel like the sensation inside of mind is being opened and let go. Can you become aware that localised awareness is a total illusion? Please be aware this is all metaphor there is no physical eye, just a point of localised awareness (mind sensation) which can be opened/let-go to allow perceptions to be without a see-er.

  6. @Joker_Theory To know what you are, you must know what you are not. Do the practice of finding what you are then when you think you found It, let the 'It' go because the 'It' you're looking for is 'It-less'. You will know you found 'It-less' because you will have a massive shift in conciousness.
  7. @Joker_Theory You're not supposed to think it. You're supposed to run a self-inquiry proccess whether it be mine or Leo's. It's like you can study a bicep or you can do curls and build a body awareness. You are supposed to be building awareness of what you are not until a spiritual breakthrough.

  9. @DecemberFlower You fell back asleep because you haven't trained your mind to be a ruthless letting-goer of all Its. The main It that needs to be let go of is the sensation of self in the head. Once you are able to let go of that perceptions will be as they are with clarity.

  11. The Let-Go Muscle To let go of yourself you must find the perciever and realise it's not you. If it was you, you would be awakened, so let go of it. I call it The Let-Go Muscle because the nature of letting go requires an immense amount of focus on what you're actually letting go of. Sensation of being a mind Realise it's nature, a sensation Let go of 'It' (Mind sensation of self) The It you're looking for is really just 'It-less' (Empty, Sentient Awareness) You can actually see It-less (Eyes of God) Embody IT-less by unembodying self. Back to Actuality From the subtle letting go of mind sensation, allow perceptions to exist as they are individual of self.
  12. I am on the path to the ultimate truth, and I am training my ego not to be anti-spiritual or egoic to maintain it's enjoyment of God conciousness. I realize that semen is a sacred energy in the male body and must be treated as such. I recommend everyone trains their brain (like training a dog) whilst in a non-dual conciousness.

  15. @AlphaAbundance If I help you, then karma works in that I am helping myself because you are me. If I punch someone in the face I will be feeling that punch after this life as that person. Also to do acts of Selflessnes is pro-spirituality and leads to faster growth.

  17. @Jkris Pain is a total illusion, there is only sensation. Strong sensations will be felt but the higher the awareness, the less suffering is felt. I've had states where cold water feels lukewarm and hot coffee has scalded my mouth without me realising it. I've also gone long periods of fasting without any hunger pains. Clean eating is structured upon a whole foods plant based diet, but I still eat chicken and fish, however I don't trust red meats.
  18. @Peo You can't just put your finger on it right? It seems this thing is just itless? What does that mean? Let go of every single thing that you believe you are. It's like you find something, but by it's nature it's a thing so keep stripping until perceptions become independent of you. You're nearly there.
  19. How did Jesus turn water into wine? He put a red cloth infront if it. Water is mainly see-through so any colour that passes through it, it becomes. I think this is a beautiful metaphor to how something can be looked at in one way as something (wine), when it's really something else (water) Because water is so transparent it has no distinct colour properties. Because you are so empty you have no objective qualities.
  20. Feel that point where you are identified in your head. Put as much awareness onto it as possible. Realise this is not you but just a mind sensation, which you have amplified Let the sensation and image in your head go, and dispurse it. NOW in ACTUALITY! Allow perceptions to be as they are.
