  7. Psychedelics is a very useful tool but ultimately the experience is triggered (so to speak) by you, not psychedelics. The goal of psychedelic is to realize that you are the ultimate psychedelic. Just start a daily morning meditation practice bumping the duration to 1 hour over time. Sooner or later the call will be answered. πŸ™πŸ»
  8. 1 hour daily morning meditation & psychedelics occasionally (?) --- investigating of the direct experience solely. Imagine you are holding to N beliefs. By discussing "other people don't exist" idea you are making one more spiritual belief stronger. The spiritual growth comes from letting go the beliefs. The goal is to hold to 0 beliefs, then you (relatively speaking) can truly appreciate the present moment. This pointer is golden:

  10. Read your own post. Imagine it's written by some well-known author. So, this is the post about a person who is suffering, let's give it a label - 'I' or 'me'. For lessing suffering you have to investigate the nature of 'I' in your direct experience. How? Watch some non-dual teachers on YT, Abraham Hicks, read Nahm's 😁 posts on the forum, etc... that's from a theory part of things. From practice side of things - start meditating daily again, as a first thing in the morning, bumping duration to 1 hour over time. Personally, I recommend a sitting meditation, focusing on a slow deep breath. Good luck 🀞🎊

  20. @Vynce Try to meditate right after waking up in the morning - when there is less thought activity. What's the duration of the meditation practice? I'd aim for 1 hour daily. Meditation is about dropping expectations - don't expect the miracle - miracle is right here.
  21. @Sonny Imagine ONE screen plays infinite amount of movies simultaneously...say, one movie shows the scenery with souls, in another movie there are no souls at all. If believing in souls makes you more at peace, there is no problem with believing it - the movie is the point of the screen. You are not the movie though, you are the whole screen, that's a self realization. To realize yourself there shouldn't be clinging to the movie, trying to push the movie away is also won't work, just let the movie play as it is. Oneness means One. 'To get oneness' there should be 'YOU' and 'ONENESS' (that's the idea of twoness), but 'YOU' 'ARE' 'ONENESS' already, 'ARE' (oneness). ...
