@Nahm thank you. So, "how my birth is imaginary" is separate thought since it's coming from the place of rational mind (or fear). About differences between the experience of my birth and seeing other people being born, could you provide more pointers to contemplate? Obviously, I am not aware of the experience of my birth, it's just a thought (story), but I was seeing in 1 meter distance how my daughter were born. I experienced only Love related thoughts in that moment. I basically can't compare these two things since I don't remember the direct experience of my birth.

I have a story in my mind that God is everything and nothing. It's formless from which all forms are created. The form world (or Maya) has been created in order to know itself through itself, in order to experience what You really are. What I don't understand is why? Why God needs to create everything in order to know yourself? The popular answer: you can't know yourself if you are the only one. You need to have something to compare with. Something which seems like not you, so you can know what is you. Yeah, it kinda answers my question from human's POV, but we are talking about God here, God who created this magic Reality. Why It can't know yourself without creating Maya? Just to know yourself by some God's magic which can't be fathom by a rational mind. Why God needs this dream? (just trying to mental masturbate here )

Hey, I am back again. I was doing micro dosing for months. I was stopping for more than month. Yes, it does not stick. In the same way as full dose does not stick, or meditation does not stick. Nothing does stick forever. But at the same time I feel it helped to change my little self in a better way forever. The same as full trips or meditation. Look, what I learnt after meeting Leo on internet is practice is important, Leo gives best tools out there, tools work different for everyone, direct experience is everything. So, I would suggest you to try it for a month or so, then stop and decide for yourself. Nobody can answer the question how micro dosing is going to work for you except you. Have a good day.
