  2. I am so grateful to find this forum in 2018. It's just amazing, who could think that life is a miracle? :)) My mam was visiting me, haven't seen her for half a year. Every time in the past I was triggered by some words of my mother when we stay together for a longer time. Now is completely different story - nobody can trigger me. I just can let go, amazing. Seems like regular meditation practice, psychedelics, sessions with Nahm pay off. Who could think you can just enjoy time with your mother? Who could think you can accept people as they are? Who could think you can be free? :))
  3. Just continue. It's okay to experience different thoughts, the only issue when you believe in thought which doesn't feel good. I suggest to have no expectation from meditation - like calming the mind. Just do it for the sake of enjoyment. Personally, I just sit with a straight back and put the attention on the deep breathing. Whenever I catch myself going into thinking about something I just return focus on breath, that's it. Meditation is who you are. It's about relaxing, it's about letting go the beliefs which don't feel good.

  6. That's the good sign that you are arguing If you are in depression - the best first step is to become angry on somebody. Feel free to be angry on me. Maybe, I should say more precisely, "everything is possible if you really want it". You create your own reality. Start to meditate every morning, start a dream board, let go of the ideas that don't feel good for you. Start tell the story which you WANT to experience. Believe in yourself.
  7. On the serious note, I think this video is a perfect example of showing that everything is possible. You can have everything you want. This story feels good to me and I don't see the person on the video in "bad situation". This is your own projection :))

  10. ? Whenever you wake up in the next morning try to be easy on yourself. It's all good now. Do not focus on what you don't want - "I should avoid drinking alcohol completely." Focus on what you want - what do you enjoy? I love making cappuccino semi-manually. If you want to stop drinking try to forget this subject. Tell a story you want to experience in your life. Focus on what you want.
  11. If you enjoy to drink alcohol and do it for a celebration of life - why not? Compare drinking glass of wine with beautiful woman at night and drinking bottle of vodka due to life desperation. It's two completely different stories. Doesn't matter what you do, what is important how do you feel about it. Is it due to lacking of something or due to abundance? It all comes down to "need VS want". Personally, I don't drink alcohol for 3 years. If I want to have 'state change' fun I can microdose acid for example ?

  16. @Demeter I smoke 5-MeO freebase using oil pipe and torch light. I have started from around 5mg (my one measurement spoon). 10mg is already a breakthrough for me. So, I enjoy to trip on the edge of breakthrough - 5-10mg.
  17. Uff, this latest episode by Leo is really good ☺️ To realise that every perspective is relatively true is the same as realising that there is only absolute truth. Self-realisation work helps to be more open minded to other perspectives, more loving, yourself.
  18. Feel you bro and wish you all the best ? I think making something good for no reason is really good idea. Start small. What if you make a present to somebody, with no idea to get anything in return? Or just hug somebody you was making boundaries with? Or just say appreciation to somebody with no expectations? And know, you are loved as you are.
