  1. @28 cm unbuffed What about the basics? Good diet, sport activities, cold shower, Wim Hof breathing, good sleep, etc. If you really handled all of this well what about hobbies? I like biking, woodworking, singing, etc. What do you like? I would focus on the basics. Make a little step towards good feeling thought
  2. Yes, meditation is amazing tool, so I suggest to continue. Also, there are a bunch of other tools which you can explore. Have you watched Leo's videos? Leo covered the other tools for spiritual growth very well.
  3. Yes, there is such technique as feeling through the situation in the past and forgiving it, letting it go. During the exercise you may feel emotional but afterwards you should feel way lighter. The whole point of such exercise is to let go, so you feel better. Only Truth/Love heals. You can sense how deluded person is from the first session :)) If you feel worse and worse, what the point of it at all? Find a hobby which you enjoy, makes more sense to me
  4. @Seed My gut feeling tells me you have to feel better after each session. It should feel amazing, you should enjoy the session. Otherwise, find another tool.
  5. Thanks for sharing the story. First step is to accept yourself, give yourself a little bit of self-love. You tried your best, you wanted the best for everyone Next step is to talk to the female friend, to the trip-sitter friend in a casual environment, to listen. What you think people think is not what they actually think. I'd let go the situation as fast as possible by focusing on the good side of things. It's all good now.
  6. If you genuinely want to help your friend the first step is to accept the person as they are. There is nothing wrong with being deluded. Everyone has a unique path in life. Just be compassionate to your friend.
  7. Some time ago I was noticing a lot of synchronicity and I was asking a question on this forum. The response which I've got was along the lines: You are God, why do you give a meaning to synchronicity? Wake up.

  12. @corbenspears Microdosing is amazing tool. This is a totally different beast compare to macrodosing. I recommend to try both: LSD and shrooms, find what you enjoy the most. Personally, LSD microdosing if I want to dance more freely, shrooms microdosing if I want to have more empathy in conversation.

  15. I am so grateful to find this forum in 2018. It's just amazing, who could think that life is a miracle? :)) My mam was visiting me, haven't seen her for half a year. Every time in the past I was triggered by some words of my mother when we stay together for a longer time. Now is completely different story - nobody can trigger me. I just can let go, amazing. Seems like regular meditation practice, psychedelics, sessions with Nahm pay off. Who could think you can just enjoy time with your mother? Who could think you can accept people as they are? Who could think you can be free? :))
  16. Just continue. It's okay to experience different thoughts, the only issue when you believe in thought which doesn't feel good. I suggest to have no expectation from meditation - like calming the mind. Just do it for the sake of enjoyment. Personally, I just sit with a straight back and put the attention on the deep breathing. Whenever I catch myself going into thinking about something I just return focus on breath, that's it. Meditation is who you are. It's about relaxing, it's about letting go the beliefs which don't feel good.
