  4. @Ima Freeman Are you supporting properly with the required minimal doses of the core 4? ACC Facebook group recommends to also support your adrenals, liver and even thyroid if needed. Sounds like you critically need some of this. I did some personal science at my own risk and I did a whole round with just the core 4 ( vit C, magnesium, zinc and vit E) . I pushed through but I felt miserable and my poop went yellow ( which points to lack of liver support) . After that I took ACE ( adrenal cortex extract ) and just one pill made significant improvement. I also take taurine, milk thistle exact and artichoke extract for liver support Also iodine and l-thyrosine helps out the thyroid aparently but i have not feeling the difference that directly. Everyone is different to surprisingly large extents. I advise you to chelate in a way that makes it as affordable as possible but perhaps you are one of those who needs a lot of specific organ support. Trial and error what works for you and throw out the rest. PD : check out the andy cutler chelation facebook group. There is a 123 step by step guide to follow and it sounds that something is really wrong in your case that you should ask experienced people to help you troubleshoot.

  10. @Tyler Robinson if you get that one that's fresh squeezed from the machine as we have here in the supermarket in autumn it's bitter AF cause it presses the seeds too hard. I made it diy version and it took me half hour for a tall glass and a half. Still can't tell if it was worth the work ?

  13. @SelfHelpGuy its okay to love food. Problem is your health will deteriorate if you don't understand proper nutrition. The factory chemistry processed junk food will kill you inside out with time. Períod. Why not fall in love with making your own amazing food? Spend a little more on the highest quality foods and cook them yourself. Master the process slowly, enjoy it with others, etc. Some ideas : homemade sourdough organic bread. Organic aged parmigiano regiano cheese. Air frier organic french fries, DIY fruit water kefir ( tastes 10 times better than fanta). All kinds of baked goods, even your own candy can be done your own ice cream... Food can be enjoyed plenty if you take the health aspect as seriously as the taste factor, and if you consistently do some almount of weight lifting and cardio i see no problem at all with this lifestyle. Its great to know what you love. You can leverage it as a reward for other more challenging aspects of your life. Here is a playlist with over 70 ideas . These ideas are good enough generally.   14. Really cool flow. I wanted to say it's somewhat genetics but sometimes when i wake up in middle of the night my brain temporarely lock in these different brainwaves that give you insane flow and allow you to rhyme forever.

The only way i found to incorporate coffee in a healthy and productive way in my life is no more than 2 times a week and never back to back to avoid feeling withdrawal, + take it 1-2 hours after L-theanine to avoid feelint jitters snd anxiety. It makes me feel blissful and super energetic and enjoy life more.
