What worked for me was to stop forgetting about everyday life and rather try to embody Love even there, humble down (stop talking about growth so much) and doing the practices regularly, then it kind of feels like the videos are more valuable haha.

@DoubleYou Breath of fire has really helped me a lot It's sufficient for me to do it for 1-2 minutes a day and I have no cravings.
