  1. Again, you are looking at psychedelics from an extremely contracted view. You simply won't get it unless you know what they are like. This an area you should leave alone on casting conclusions if you refuse to gain experience in it. A lot of your statements hinge on a flimsy notion of separation. Internal VS external, God VS not God. Drugs VS not drugs. Psychedelics for the most part are safe. Just use them responsibly and you'll be fine. That's coming from somebody who has done irresponsible dosages of lsd and came out fine.
  2. What's separating dream from dreamer? Absolutely nothing ? this human experience may cease to be but you are eternal. You are not just human experience. You are much greater than that.
  3. I'm an outlier being sensitive to weed but all it really did was make me couch stuck and sleepy with a hint of shower thoughts. I wouldn't advise weed as something to do every day. You won't realize how awful you feel until you sober up. I've know many daily smokers who take a break and just feel more alive and energetic after quitting. They didn't realize it because being high was their new default state. Daily smoking creates a habit as well that can be hard to break or create pressure when others do it around you. I use personally use caffeine and hoping to move to modafinil if I can only when I absolutely need the focus boost.
  4. Omniscience comes with the whole. Are you aware of the whole or are you just distorting these teachings through a solely dualistic lens? If you still identify "I" with solely human form you have more fundamental questions to be asking.
  5. I did answer it. I said it doesn't inherently. You don't even need to do ceremonies to take them though. The ceremony is mostly just there as a way to help the tripper have a positive experience. Setting the mood beforehand is a good thing to do.
  6. That's not demonization. That's just an observation on how far psychedelics can take you. He's talked to many masters who seem to not be aware of things he is. It doesn't inherently. Maybe I can trust that you are being genuine, but I cannot trust that you speak truth. That is something each person must discover through their own path. My direct experience does not align with yours. I do not fret over concepts like hell or punishment. Things like that play on egoic survival mechanisms. I am much more than this egoic perception.
  7. @Angelite Leo isn't demonizing anything. This is a lack of understanding of his teachings. Nobody needs psychedelics to realize God. It's just another path to do it. Natural psychedelics exist too. Just don't expect them to be around forever and appreciate them for their existence right now. Psychedelics have been used for God realization for a long time. You seem attached to your religion being the most true authentic path. I say there is no singular right path. God will lead you down the path you need to go even if it doesn't lead to God realization. The second you claim something isn't God, it does not come from a nondual perspective, most here won't resonate with that. You have no experience with psychedelics then I would advise not speaking on what you don't know about. Not trying to be rude, but you have no idea what it's like and how one trip can be the very event that God has set for one to be on their path. For a lot of people, there are a lot of thoughts, ideas, ideology, ego, all sorts of mental constructions that act as a barrier. Psychedelics are extremely effective at letting you see all of these survival mechanisms in action and deconstruct them. They aren't a golden solution though. They must be followed up on for integration with your usual practices. Those who have never tried psychedelics won't be able to fathom what it does. Telling anybody the psychedelic path is the wrong way to go isn't gonna go well when for many, the psychedelic path was the right way. Direct experience speaks volumes more than a person on the internet.
  8. Do you have any experience with psychedelics? My experience definitely does not line up with yours. There are many ways to have self realization. I for one would rather not take a bias beyond what I personally do. Psychedelics aren't something you need to use like a supplement. Any insights you integrate stay with you without the substance. It can be the catalyst to get one to do the work whether they have it after that or not. I could never do psychedelics again, be satisfied, and continue my journey, but why would I avoid using a tool when it is available to me? Using something that is impermanent isn't a bad practice. The issues arise in how you see the tool rather than the tool itself. Leo has suggested quite a few tools for everyone to craft their own path. If you don't resonate with it, then its just not for you.
  9. Thought experiment: If there was no life in the universe, who or what would distinguish the distinction between enlightened and unenlightened? How can there be a distinction with no distinguisher? You have to create a distinction for one to exist. This is what makes it relative. The distinction is a mind game. We are born in and have mastered the art of dualism for maximum survival, which is exactly why merging dualism in with nondualism is so hard. It takes a radical shift in consciousness to do this. Oneness includes distinction and no distinction. The relative perspective exceeds in the distinction realm, but its superset is no distinction. In this work it is all about deconstructing until you find the highest superset so to speak. Yes, this also means distinction = no distinction.
  10. @Mikael89 Yes and no. Be mindful of the nuance of paradoxes and dualistic limitations of language.
  11. Do more contemplation on what nonduality and by extension nondual consciousness entails. Warning: it includes the very thing you are trying to pick at. By becoming enlightened you would become what you declare extremist.
  12. @Mikael89 Language is dualistic so you have to inherently create illusory separation to perceive something you can label an enlightened one. You can call it spiritual extremism if you'd like, this work is already radical as it is. Using that as a dismissive tactic is just being dishonest with yourself though. Your mind is fabricating so much, sit down and observe its functioning instead of being so rigid about what you think is true.
  13. You don't need to invoke angels to speak to a crowd effectively either. I don't see a need to take a good VS bad moral bias here as long as you use a take what you want and leave the rest approach.
  14. Fixed, although this is quite a bit pedantic.
  15. This gets tricky. Fear and survival can distort this practice.
  16. Psychonaut wiki is a good resource. There are many others that complement it. https://tripsit.me/ https://www.erowid.org/splash.php https://www.dmt-nexus.me/ https://thedrugclassroom.com/
  17. Who is the one to judge this? What qualifications does one need to judge this? Under what ruleset? What decides these criteria? What decides the criteria to decide criteria? On to infinity. Its pointless to try and argue who does or doesn't deserve what. Its a fantasy to escape from what is. We can continue to grovel, berate and insult humanity, or inspire change to the world we want to see.
  18. Hitler is a pretty fine example for public speaking, for everything else..well..not so much. Even 'unconscious' people can offer a ton to learn from.
  19. Baby steps. As Leo said, if you feel you need to socialize, then do it. Its not wrong or inauthentic at all. Fake it until you make isn't a good way of explaining how setting intent works imo. Its giving yourself positive energy and love. Don't use it as a means to put a mask on. Learning to be ok with loneliness is a good step, its a much bigger step that takes time. Don't feel bad if you can't figure it out in a day, or even a year. Pushing yourself is great and all, but doing it too far too quickly will just hurt you.
  20. All these labels get tiresome, identifying as a male, female, etc whatever. The 'unconscious' aspect would be trying so hard to appear as a label instead of following your authentic self. Hormonal therapy doesn't really solve the dysfunction of not being able to accept your body. I wonder how much of the issues those with gender dysphoria goes through is due to things like gender roles and expectations, perceptions etc rather than just exclusively some disorder within themselves.
  21. My rule of thumb is if I am spending time asking these kind of questions in hesitance of accepting whatever it is to come, then no, I am certainly not ready. But this is someone who has already been put in their place by psychedelics when one is too cocky. Progression is important.
  22. @petar8p Overall it can be seen by asking the questions What is it that is changing from low to high consciousness? What is it that is shaping 'reality' ? How do these answers change when you shift from a egoic/relative perspective to a more universal/absolute perspective? Seeing how they change highlights paradoxes.
  23. Just to share. I've been trying to help my girlfriend expand her consciousness as she has a lot of issues. Well we started drinking which we do occasionally and I started talking about self actualization. She started hysterically laughing and said she felt like everything was one, that it was her. I was so ecstatic. She understood and accepted the universe and felt a deep desire to Meditate to harmonize with herself. I didn't think I'd ever be able to communicate my insights by talking but it seems she's finally got a glimpse. It makes me so happy. This is just to tell all of you, you have influence on those around you and you can help people raise their consciousness. This is the beginning for her and I will continue doing my upmost best to bring her and I closer to Truth. Our true nature. The divine love. ❤️?
