  1. @Identity if you want, I could jerry-rig a flashlight for you. It would be like the batman symbol, but instead, it will project a third eye onto your forehead for better selfies.
  2. Could you take another selfie with different lighting?
  3. @snowyowl I like 'relaxing' but maybe even that's doing too much. It's more like a 'love letting'. Another good word would be flowing.
  4. @Vxvxen thank you! I guess I've kinda abandoned it for now, as I'm currently painting with words and sounds.
  5. Where will it rest, a bed? And what's underneath mean? ?Jk
  6. Social conditioning has an awful relationship with what's 'smart'. I'd bet your largest issue is thinking that retaining knowledge and regurgitating it at lightening speeds is much smarter than someone who works a farm and speaks slow, and cares for a large nuclear family with unconditional love and patience.
  7. @Kuba Powiertowski we'll skip the Turing test and just relish in what you said in the meat of the post... You found peace. I'm curious, have you ever felt a peace like this before? Are you creating that peace, or is it just...
  8. @Preety_India haha guess that's what I'm here for
  9. Enjoy, and don't forget to send a postcard. If you enjoy this content, please leave a comment on the youtube page. It will help inspire future guided journeys. Thanks!
  10. @Average Investor can I ask what microphone you used? Ok here's mine... I make guided visualizations /guided journeys as sort of full length spiritual entertainment pieces. They are targeted for the kid in all of us. https://youtube.com/channel/UCkVkhyGZGbAkLqDni-bHAmQ
  11. @Jacobsrw I love this idea Please consider the muse headband, since this can be adapted to other apps, I believe. If it's not muse then there's another inexpensive headset on the market that does allow app developers to use it. I don't think it takes strong readings, so the controls would have to be very simple. Check out 'mind music' on Google play. It uses the muse headband and you can control the tempo of the music with how relaxed you are.
  12. @Bazooka Jesus thanks so much! I did grow up in the 90's so I can at least rip a cd to mp3
  13. Perhaps you are just going into the wrong field. ?
  14. @Hulia there are some cows that I think would make great pets. Although I grew up on a limousine cow farm and they seemed as smart as a box of rocks.
  15. Hiding will never ever work. Sure, you could be a hermit and do your best to never interact with a human again--and then no, you won't need to face the fear of social situations. Hopefully you like yourself enough if you were to try it. ? But, who really ever benefits from such a closed feedback loop? (relatively) Alone time is great, for maybe up to two weeks IME. Or two hours.
  16. Do you doodle when you talk on the phone? I do, drawing and scratching on various symbols like triangles, circles or whatever... Kinda keeps the wandering mind busy while mostly focusing on the conversation itself.
  17. I think it's a good idea actually. As long as you can maintain the context that you are acting, and that the events which may arise in the 'negative' visualizations are not identifications, then I'd say let loose. It's a great way to face things that you wouldn't normally take the time to do.
  18. Yeah my next suggestion was to override your initial hallucination.
  19. Oh good ? let me know
  20. @blankisomeone@blankisomeone Next time you are talking on the phone, play this video on mute. Watch it nonchalantly while still focusing on the conversation.
  21. Haha too funny. Yes a fish bowl does sound appropriate in that scenario ?
  22. I present to you a fully immersive guided journey (guided visualization) which will take you to school in the astral realm. You will learn two useful spiritual skills, and also learn to receive inner guidance. Nifty, right? Headphones are strongly recommended for 3-D audio. Unlike many guided visualizations you find on YouTube, my guided journeys are crafted to be full length entertainment pieces. So these are NOT for going to sleep. Therefore it's important not to try these when you are feeling very tired. You must only be at rest and alert to the story to go on this journey. And of course, visualize the scenes as much as possible. Please leave a comment on the youtube channel if you enjoy your trip. Thanks!
  23. When you interact with people here on the forum, do you form an image in your mind (even abstract) of who you are talking to and who's responding? Does this happen differently for you from when you speak to someone on the phone?
