  1. I'm so warped in my mind at the moment that I completely forgot about my growth and happiness. Anyway, I'm happy for the fact that I exercised outdoors in the morning even though it was raining and it was more excusable not to.
  2. look into the wim hof method because I believe the benefits are related to that
  3. The point of life is feel good.
  4. Food and Porn. It's ruining my life, it's ruining my potential. I'm vegan, but still heavily addicted to whatever I can get.
  5. That would be really cool if you could do something like that. What are you thinking? Pogo style? Also, if you have music where can I find it. I'd love to check it out
  6. @Wasem really? whilst in the meditation position as it's happening?
  7. How do you guys do long sits without your legs getting numb? Because everytime I meditate for 30+ minutes or even less my right leg goes completely numb, I've tried so many positions and it keeps happening. I find it quite easy to meditate, my only problem is the numbness. What's the sollution? I've only been meditating for like 3 weeks so Is it something you get used to? Do I need to improve my flexibility?
  8. I feel that Leo has reached levels of consciousness where he doesn't even need to meditate, and all he wants to do is explore consciousness using psychedelics and rasise the consciousness of mankind. Is editation even necessary when life becomes seamlessly meditative & complete and all you want to do is explore DEEPER using psychedelics and so forth?

  10. @Enlightenment how do you know you can't be cracked open for good?

  12. "I rewired the fetus's minds to buy the life purpose course."
  13. @NoSelfSelf why do you assume it's going to involve such suffering? The hero's journey will obviously involve suffering, but it's more exciting than painful. Resonate yourself with the excitement of challenge and the possibilities that lie ahead. I know it's difficult but try not to struggle through it, be hopeful and mindful.
  14. @NoSelfSelf write down your goals go and acheive them then contemplate if you more or less satisifed and through consistency and persistency you will find and acheive new goals that are more authentic and you will become more integrated, stronger and wiser and you won't feel lost in your journey because you have a drive, and once you've created this awesome life for yourself then you can learn to be still and surrender yourself to the work of the universe, and become a leader so that you can help others walk the path and tell them all the times you nearly gave up and how difficult it was, but that you kept going and now that your on top of the mountain you can die happy knowing you've experienced life as maximally as you could and you're regretless. A jounrey of a thousand miles begin with a single step.
  15. @NoSelfSelf because it gives you strength and once you have strength you can enjoy things that much more because you feel likes you've earned your enjoyment. If I've challenged myself in one way or another (e.g. exercise, meditation, taking a cold shower, reading, challenging myself socially, contemplation, etc). I know I will be proud of myself at the end of day because I know I'm developing myself and being courageous instead of feeling stuck and purposeless. Also, you don't have to allways be doing the most emotionally difficult thing. It's about pushing yourself to be better everyday and allowing yourself to rest when needed.
  16. The emotionally difficult life is the emotionally rewarding life. It will get tough but you can't give up even if you want to. If you get tired learn to rest, not to quit.
  17. I just try to keep the habit, I usually go for an hour but if it’s unsuitable then I will do 20 minutes minimum.
  18. Has anyone got a good mirror exercises for enlightenment?
  19. I personally have been trying to install a contemplation habit before bed where I just sit down with a notepad and pen, and rigorously try to answer psychological or existential questions for an hour or two. I think that’s really helpful to habitually look at your questions and revise your answers. I use this as a sort of ‘metaphysical foundation’ which allows my mind to serendipitously find answers throughout the day. You might have an epiphany in the shower on how to meditate better, but you would never have had that epiphany if you didn’t set up the question. Answers are not forced they are organic, which doesn’t mean you shouldn’t question deeply and try to solve it there and then. More times than not you will try to solve the question and think deeply about it and find no approximate conclusion, but the next day, week you have a insight which changes everything and you understand it much better. Also, when I say ‘rigorously answering questions’ I don’t mean neurotically, because you’re desperate for an answer. I mean it’s more grounded in direct experience than theoretical speculation.
  20. You're fucking yourself, right? Does God find it kinda weird that its fucking itself during sex,. Does an enlightened person have sex and realize that they're having sex with themself? Is that more or less enjoyable?
  21. Stage greenish? Apparently he's a trump supporter now so I don't know.
  22. I would find it pretty awesome to have sex with myself as God; conjoining infinite consciousness.
  23. The greatest happiness, the greatest amount of people, which implies that I don't matter in the grand scheme of things. I can die if its necessary for absolute goodness. Is that God's scheme? Also If God is so unconditionally loving how would it judge absolute goodness, for example he would the view the extinction of humanity as leading to the ultimate good. But to the ultimate good of what? If goodness is happiness but there's no-one to be happy then what is goodness?
