i think it's good leo likes to challenge his viewers to reassess their current paradigm and to constantly question and explore what they think to be true vs what he shares. It's only when we start turning the focus back on ourselves that truth may be revealed

indeed! @Kushu2000 What are you looking for dude? To adopt someone's beliefs about reality? To seek self reassurance of your faith in Leo as a speaker of "truth"? Leo doesn't tell us to believe him, but, to be open to any possibilities, explore what we think we are/know and learn to think for ourselves by questioning everything we thought we knew...

@Natasha Corey Wayne was like the beginning of my personal development work in my early 20s. You're right, he's good. He knows how to help people understand how most woman think and change their own mindsets, a huge obstacle for most guys. It's probably been at least 4 years since ive seen one of his vids, but i remember reading his book too. I wonder how i might perceive his work differently

Are you referring to taking the stigma out of the labeling? I wouldn’t tell someone who’s overweight that they have a skinny body...

I see your point. Only the individual knows if they are pretending...what I’m asking is if you can see why someone (meaning you) could be authentically caring/loving/compassionate, and what value this may hold for others

should we really try to recognize authenticity in others? Is it not always going to depend on our own interpretations? Maybe it is wiser to reflect on why we resonate with certain teachers more than others and why see something as more authentic than something else

@Zec if someone’s going into self help it is because they do not feel satisfied with themselves. Why would someone who’s not happy with themselves be able to participate completely within their community? They won’t be able to because there’s so much in themselves they don’t/can’t accept, it’s all going to reflect on their reality and what they see in others. It all comes down to the work on themselves, and their level of responsibility for how they cope and face their fears just my thoughts

Why do you think that is? I have some ideas but I’m curious what you think (and no I don’t do life coaching)

@Truth Addict connection will lead you to share and expand your wisdom in one form or another. At some point there may be the desire for awareness of politics, but you’re definitely right in not forcing it

@Truth Addict it is not convincing that you need, forget obligation and should statements, it’s more of a why not? Less suffering in the world. Participation in society is simply an expression of your love, respect and gratitude for existing

This is my worst day of the year thus far. Got my grandmas car stolen today out of my own stupidity and it’s really traumatizing. I wasn’t expressing my shame or suffering much, so I question if I’ve fully processed it. I’m having troubles letting go of thought as this post suggests ?
