Do I have to accept the matrix or can I escape it?

I want to improve my self and my life but my mind is very negative and tricky.

A girl told me that I have no confidence. Maybe I need to improve my self esteem.

I care what other people think about me. How can I stop it.

I tried positive thinking but it did not work.

When I go to nature my suffering goes away , just saying .
