  1. that is just the wiser version of you. that something deeper in which you want to tap in will also be you. i know what you are trying to say, that a higher power takes it over and then all is well... that can be done as well, as surrender but then it must be true surrender... not even having attachment to the process... for there is no process, there's only what's next and you must surrender it all... but before that can happen, you gotta carve your way there. it takes hard work but wisen up you will perfect. exactly and check out those videos i posted. will tie it up nicely for you. Roger and Gautum are both very good
  2. @Wisebaxter check this guy out nicely summed, 14 mins video another student of ramesh who is does satsang is roger castillio both are very down to earth and have a neat way of explaining and addressing you exact concern I would say check em out when you got time
  3. believing in free will vs no free will will truly do nothing for you @Wisebaxter it's just a belief or concept you will hold just like if i were to tell you today that scientist have discovered a cubed shaped moon of Jupiter... sure, it's one more piece of concept/knowledge you hold. what does it change for you on the day to day? so don't worry about free will vs no free will as far as your living of the life is concerned you always have felt you decide what you do or not do to think about and start this topic and what to write in it... sure you can also come to see that it's a natural flow but your living experience shows you free will and choice. so go with that with this, you can learn to always strive to do the best you can but not be attached with the end result. what is meant to happen will happen. as long as you're happy you have given it your best, then that's all you need to do. if you get what you want at the end of the day, good and if not, then also good because it's not meant to be... not destined to be no free will from the POV of GOD watching the play of Life but free will from your daily living POV combine the two as such and you're good to go

  5. @Nahm Thank you for the elaboration. appreciate it xoxo much love
  6. Was having a chat with a friend and he asked something... Posted below. im at a point trying to figure out how to overcome "laziness" and lack of "self-discipline". as they are the reasons I do not strive to complete the "goals" and "tasks" i set for myself to create a better life. the problem I have found is that passion (the fuel that drives the sudden energy to achieve such goals) is temporary. Usually originating from a place of anger and love, it fades quickly. Then I realize I need a new motivation every moment to keep striving. It seems inefficient. So i realize perhaps motivation is not what we need. As it is draining to find a new source in such short intervals where the self discipline fades, and the laziness persists. So i am looking for something to replace motivation. I way to practice smiling on the inside at every moment, and not falling victim to "laziness". Would appreciate any suggestions any of you can offer and would also be nice if you can suggest any of Leo's videos which I can send to him related to this... Xoxo.
  7. @Nahm the cause of it? the underlying root cause? any suggestions as to how? method/video? thanks.
  8. you're having a mystical experience 24/7 you're just used to the it and call it "normal"
  9. @lmfao it can also be like something that finally *clicks* Mini insight... Or something obvious you're not getting and then suddenly you get it and go.. oooooHh
  10. enlightenment is simply knowing that YOU are the Dreamer, dreaming your entire experience. and YOU are not located no-where and are NOTHING which can be experienced. you are the meta to experience you are the tool of experience the tool cannot apply its function to itself a scale cannot weigh itself eyes cannot see themselves yet you're a little more than that. you're like a sun that lights up itself as well as other things. self-knowing nothing which knows all experience which can be known is what YOU are.
  11. hey all tried wim hof breathing yesterday... did a few rounds of it... felt pretty relaxed... kinda like a body high with tingling in places and snoozed during that time too at the end also, was surpprised to discover that at the part where one's required to hold the breath, i was able to do so without much effort at all upto 2 minutes... could have gone longer but decided to breathe... it was incredible though anyone here experimented / tried this? any tips? also is this similar to some kriya yoga or indian breathing meditations as well? i haven't looked up much of that, can someone advise lastly. the cold showers combo is stated to go well with this. i haven't looked into that or done it yet... but are you supposed to do the breathing and then get up and go get a cold shower? or during the cold shower, one is supposed to do that deep breathing to clam the body down? also, what are some of the benefits if you have tried. want to get some personal experience info before i try that. thanks <3
  12. touche. that would be helpful i like epic music sound tracks should crank that up and vibe to it when i do it
  13. @MiracleMan lol wow. sweet. thank you for that and yes. i haven't done a full on cold shower. the gasping for air is automatic indeed, when ending my normal warm/shower... at the end, i often turn the tap slowly off letting the cold water hit for a few seconds before finally turning it off this shower deal is gonna be a good challenge. let's see
  14. @SunnyNewDay yes. agreed. breathing is a wonderful tool to keep the thoughts out
  15. Why is illusion necessary for God? your question assumes a necessity for it it's just a question out of the blue. you easily also could have been asking: Why is reality necessary for God? or Why is illusion not-necessary for God? ask any number of WHY questions... the answer given to your WHY question can also be questioned with yet another WHY
  16. @theking00 yes. your body + thoughts/feelings are one. when you're happy, you have an expansive jolly feel... body starts to vibrate when you're sad, it is a contraction feeling... your thoughts certainly effect your body. indeed. think happy thoughts stay happy and be happy and overcome things quicker in knowing that thinking about the "what if..." or "if only..." situations does nothing to change the current situation other than make you feel sad - which again effects your body like children, they are sad... the saddest they have been in life in the morning and next couple of hours if not minutes, they have got the biggest smile on their face that's truly living in the now... how quick you forgive and forget
  17. All labels. Indeed ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️☯️☯️☯️☯️
  18. Enlightenment in a nutshell... A shift of perspective. Re-contextualization. Going from the Dreamed character to the Dreamer OF the DREAM WORLD - all the while still living and functioning through the Dreamed character. Love. Love. Love Love is the answer!
  19. There is no other "real" than the real you think exists... But that very real, is actually unreal. Really. ♥
