@Shin yes they are talking about the YOU - the only REAL YOU DEEP DOWN is what is 100% complete and fulfilled. but tell that to someone suffering on the streets as a homeless person - it does not make sense. for that homeless person is living out of his ego / associating with his body+mind while the association of the body+mind happens - unconditional happiness cannot be realized. once again, to make it simple, it is indeed all about happiness and fulfillment - but a direct way of grasping what is being said is 100% Acceptance of What-IS -
SoonHei replied to Mafortu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Shin no. dont think so. i think that is the place from where they are speaking from. from their perspective it is all love/unconditional love (directly translated to complete acceptance of what IS - 100%) -

@Mafortu indeed <3 and if you've got an open enough mind then these are all also equally beautiful: war, torture, rape, murder etc... and of course, it is the case when the point of view is that of the TRUTH the one getting raped or tortured would very strongly disagree with you and I here, and rightly so -
SoonHei replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@MM1988 in my case and manifestations I didn't read the LOA that everyone reads .. the "how-to" aspect of it per-say for me, it was looking back and seeing that so much in my life i had attracted and done that way by truly desiring it and wanting it so maybe that's why it is easy for me to see the mechanisms of it. i don't know what the "by the book" version of the LOA says. very key point to note is this. LOA is working in the background AT ALL TIMES - that's what gets overlooked often. it's not like you go into a LOA mode by thinking about it... what you get in your life is what you attract / are at the deep subconscious level. -
SoonHei replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@MM1988 i suppose you could yes. but what's essential is your belief in it for the one believing that LOA will not work or does not work. It will never work. you see how this goes? -
SoonHei replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@MM1988 yes you are right what you also have to understand is the "probability" in my case. it was my aunt. i was an 8 year old boy. so manifesting a random meeting where she happened to stop by for something in my city the day after i had said my final good-bye before leaving the country wasn't so difficult with a little bit of wanting but in your case, you broke up with someone wanting them back for weeks sure, no matter how strongly was not fruitful maybe because the probability of that happening was very very low? for example, there is a non-zero chance for anything occurring in the next moment say manifesting a goddamn goat in your room by thinking about it so hard - chances maybe 0.00000000000000000000001% for example... you wishing and desiring it would need to be 10000000000000000x more to cause it to happen vs manifesting and hoping to do good in an interview you have prepped well for and get the job for which the probability might be 60-70% p.s. throwing random percentages here to illustrate the point. but that is how it works. -
SoonHei replied to MM1988's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@MM1988 you have to think/feel/be simultaneously how that would feel like and then your reality will shift into that happening the desire has to be so strong that it cannot be extinguished as a birthday candle it has to be an inferno the intensity of your WANT is what will cause it to happen for you here's my little episode which happened - looking back, I now realize it was LOA - me being a kid might have also helped since as a kid, it's so much more simpler to wish up and get something but even so, i did wish quite deeply. also. the way it happened was this: i did not wish for the end result to occur. i just wanted/deeply loved the end result itself. not wishing or wanting it to happen. TLDR of the thread below is that i manifested a meeting with someone I deeply loved after saying a good-bye which would have been for like 2years+ my longing for not being able to see this person again and my love for that person alone just brought upon a random/ unscheduled / full on by chance meeting with that person once more before I left the country LOA is there. your mechanism for it wasn't "done" correctly. -

@Tistepiste thank you for the feedback i have always wondered about it myself but kept it going as i never got a feedback i have a tendency to press the enter key (use whatsapp web a lot and MSN from back in the days LOL) noticed that i kept pressing enter in this post too haha pressed it yet again, but only to be mindful of the fact that i did and am now smiling to myself @Nahm yeah... maybe so. had some deepening insights into the structure of the absolute and these questions/thought came about. thank you for nudging me past the illusions -
SoonHei replied to SoonHei's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm is that a belief or known by you in your experience ? if that is the case then the the wholeness/completeness which is felt. is that what ALL KNOWING implies. KNOWING that all which occurs is myself modulating as various energy forms within myself? not knowing the specific experiences as knowledge/information itself? the totality of them all? i think in its simplicity it may very well be the case unless i just cannot grasp this in my current ego mind state... to keep it short and simple if there are only 3 Tv shows for example of 3 protagonists and their life story / event all 3 are living in a diff city dont know each other etc... i watch all 3 tv shows. all seasons then I ask the watcher and know-er of these 3 tv shows KNOW ALL OF WHAT HAPPENED/TRANSPIRED in each of the 3 character's experience those characters from their respective point of view had direct knowing of ONLY their own experience but I ask the watcher of all 3 knew them so u mean to say, it does not work that way? that there isnt a single HIGHER INFINITE being knowing all the TV SHOWS OF HUMAN/ALL-ELSE's existence in all it's infinite possibilities? or IT DOES NOT NEED to know in that sense, for IT IS ALL THOSE EXPERIENCES itself being it = knowing it i guess i am using/applying the word/phrase "knowing/knowing of experience" in human terms but it means/implies something greater and non-comprehend-able for a human mind <3 bless -
SoonHei replied to Mafortu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mafortu yes you're right and it is there without bound there is no limit to how positive or negative one can feel what is scary is that you can really be at any part or level within the INFINITE so be thankful for where you are, what you have, how you are that you are not born blind, disabled or whatever and for those born blind, be thankful you are not deaf or can't talk or are missing an arm the list goes on that's why being every deeply thankful is so important it keeps your vibe energy up and keeps you happy and accepting of WHAT-IS - especially that which you cannot change yes. truth has nothing to do with happiness/fullfillment - except that it does. what you have to see is that when you say happiness - you automatically think only happy human experieinces (sex, money, food, freedom, no struggle) but the happiness that TRUTH does have something to do with is the Happiness with a capital H - which really truly just means ACCEPTANCE OF WHAT IS that is what happiness is normally, when we as ego-humans are normally happy it is usually for normal happy situations a human ego-mind imagines again same examples as above (sex, money, food, good life etc...) but how exactly does that emotion arise? deeply? if we investigate, we realize that we yield that emotion we call "happiness" when we are FULLY ACCEPTING OF WHAT IS Laughter for example is a great way to see this. you hear a joke or see the funny side of something. you laugh, you are fully in that moment. accepting it so deeply that for that split few seconds in which you are laughing you do not exist but as laughter ! no past, no future, no worry now imagine being in that state and INFINITELY MORE POWERFUL release of this happiness emotion - FOR NO APPARENT REASON! that's what full awakening is. no matter what the story/your experieince... you are accepting of it. (truly happy) if a family member dies. sure you are not "happy" as in laughing and smiling (you may very well be) but happiness of that moment yet again would be full acceptance of it. no resistance to that fact that one has passed away. no resisting the ISNESS of the moment and being completely accepting of it, therefore no suffering <3 -

<3 you being an atheist does not change the truth does it? and there is nothing wrong with the ego you just need to bring about changes in your life so that you come out of that depression otherwise what is there about your ego to like... if you arent happy in it? i guess you mean to say comparing that state which you happened upon, you would choose your current ego-state life but once again, as per what you said, you have OCD and mild depression... ACCEPT IT AND DEMAND FOR CHANGE DESIRE FOR CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE TAKE ACTION TO GET IT BELIEVE IN IT the meditation is the other side wherein you destroy your ego completely and are then living the life from TRUTH in which ALL that happens (without exception) is accepted and is okay. -
SoonHei replied to Buba's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Buba yes I had this too I didn't know about spiritual work or enlightenment then but I didn't get the feeling of the screen However I saw the life in the now All meaning lost It was quite different and shocking But look, both in mine and your case, that episode ends. It will because you and I are resisting to it very intensely in that moment Kinda like omg, what have I done / wished It basically saw us for what we really are, torn from all the sane civil human beings that we think we are Mine happened after I had taken a mild convinince store synthetic weed . Took a shower and as I was getting out of the shower my.whole view changed. Saw myself in the mirror and was like wtf is this? I have body parts a penis n effin balls. I drive a car n go to work n deal with people, customer service blah blah and here I have this effin penis, I use it to pee have sex etc In a nutshell, that was all that my mind was exploring in that state Aka, all will/hope for future lost. Didn't know what to do or how I will get up the next day go to work or whatever But yeah, after a sleep, that ended They key is to surrender in that moment and accept it All of what you think of your life right now that you wanted so badly is something you have created a story and are clinging to it. When it was taken away from you it was as If you don't exist any more and u were dead That's why someone who is going thru a very negative patch of life easily surrenders to it and will enter that state not unknowing you and I did For them, it's an infinitely better place and full of peace if they were in a depression a moment ago and now it's gone and replaced with this. Their old self has died and they say wow And that's their new born state They don't want that old self you and I wanted because we (thank god) aren't living a very horrible life in our day to day Meditating with the goal of slow personal improvement and them BAM a glimpse is seen which shakes you up and u want it to end and want ur safety net of accepted reality back Although , in my case. I still associated with my body n felt n walked in it. So unsure if I had what you would call a "glimpse" I recall it like a well remembered dream I didn't see I am the screen or full non dual but all of the meaning of what I thought life is was stipped fully My knowledge about what things are called, my name, my memories were there but I was like wtf is all this Hopefully that was a glimpse and all I had to do was the opposite which would be to surrender and accept the moment fully (easier said than done from what I hear) and I say this now since I didn't know when it last happened what Non-duality / awakening / glimpse of truth were. So had nothing to work with. I recall reciting religious verses to try and calm myself and bring me back . Telling that I am on this synthetic weed, and it's just a temporary high But what was scary was this. I was like sure. I am high and what I am experiencing is pretty trippy and fucked up ATM but how can I unsee this! It will still be the truth when I wake up the next day and am back to "normal" but at that time I thought I just couldn't get back to that old normal.. because again, how can I unsee or unlearn what I am seeing right now Yet when I woke up the next day. I was back to 'reailty" still shaken up but then I was like Woah, that was a werid high state Started seraching online for similar experience of people from weed and here I am today -

Random thought: This is not even freeeeeeeking close to what real Awakening/enlightenment feels like But here's a good example It's like if you have ever pranked someone, you are playing a character to trick or prank them, you maybe yourself acting crazy, crying, screaming, dancing or acting goofy or what not but deep down inside you know that you are playing a prank!!! So after the little prank or whatever, u tell em it was a prank and it all seems ok! So yeah, to an enlightened / awakened person, it is like that 100% of the time! And they are able to have clarity of the highest degree. Will explain further, can't write more Abbi TBC -
Holy shattumz On weed Understood that say if I am in a room, theb that is literally all my experience! It's like if you still that room It is a single substance made of thought/consiouness!!! It's like if it were to be shown in a computer software that gives you a blank black sreen as default start. That is what you are, that default start. It is fully consiounes and aware of it's self. you are it. And you fill that nothingness with "experience" as an objects to it. So what your experience is LITERALLY 100% represented by what you are thinking including your past and future!!! And which next frame or object of experience gets placed in the next second of your experience??? What you expect to happen! What you are projecting and thinking about the future! That's what happens! I am.in no way awakened I am just Sharing a deep insight! This can be used to change your life around!!! Literally. You are what you eat! Except "eat" fucking means... You are what you THINK OF YOURSELF TO BE! You get what you EXPECT TO HAPPEN Finding it very hard to type at the moment But thank you leo for your what is love video! It effin showed be this beautiful insight Thank you ME I AM THANKING MYSELF! FOR SHOWING THIS CURRENT SOONHEI UNIT TJAT I AM OPERATING FROM HOW TO TURN LIFE AROUND AND LOVE YOUR FUTURE INTO EXISTENCE WILL IT INTO EXISTENCE BY LOVING/WANTING IT TO HAPPEN SO DEEPLY THAT IT DOES This is great insight to how to lead a ego life And manifest what you want . So sure u can live a great life and be at a better place However main thing is loving it. Each and every moment because otherwise you will be drawn to attractions like money, wealth , sex etc only Those cannot be the only things which give you "dopimine" Each and every moment of your life should be and IS CAPABLE OF DOING THAT!!! LOVE IT LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Eternal heaven = their version and description of what heaven is. A Muslim heaven, a Christian heaven, Hindu / Sikh heaven etc Now when a religious person dies they end up in what their teachings tell them heaven would be like. Whatever version of trial / judgement is would be experienced and created by their subconscious and it would play out Now Muhammad gave an Excellent way to heaven post this hunan-body death Just have the scale of good deeds out weigh the bad and you're thru to heaven Furthermore, he gave good deeds 1000x amount the weight compared to the bad ones In short, made it so simple that one leading a pretty fair good life will end up in heaven fairly easily... With pilgrims also in place which wipe ur slate clean and give u a new scoreboard and then you can be good and live a good life That's for those repenting Ultimately a soul/ego-body which is guilty would have a "bad trip" post death as per their belief... They would know deep down they have sinned as per their teachings and based on their beliefs they would get the according judgement - created and played out by their sub-consious. So yes, let me be clear that is not what awakening is. Nor is what's being asked in some religions is to directly awake. I know definitely not in Islam for the common majority... And it can be interpreted to be a call of full enlightenment/awakening also, doesn't. Matter. But what I am saying is that even from a tied-in ego point of view, an eternal heaven in which they can now never die and enjoy with thier 72 or however many virgins would all actually be experienced and happen for that particular soul. A lot of people of Islam lead their life like this, that we will pray to God, follow his rules now and stay good. Just faith in God and wait for afterlife on day of judgement... And hopefully land in heaven This point is a certainty in our part of this world/reality judging from what people who have "near death" Experiences report And near death vs death experience is the same thing. Many report going to heaven and seeing their version of Jesus/Muhammad etc only to return back to earth cuz they had unfinished business... Wasn't their time to die yet etc When u die physically of old age and illness the same Experience would follow, u could return back to your body but who in their right mind would wanna leave heaven n return to their barely alive body back in the hospital slowly dieing anyways.. to live a little more then? They can choose to return and that's what the Experience would be then Lots of stories of people of near death experience returning to bodies when they said I couldn't leave my kids behind.. or it wasn't my time to die yet... Etc.. There are all possibilities after "near death experience" in which someone who say in our reality returned chose not to in another version... Etc Anywho, random insights for my ego-town self

You're always aware Letting go allows you to see thru the tiny self and realize you're everything in your experience. You are all of IT. It is your body so to speak. And best way it can be said is that the letting go that needs to happen is kinda like how we go to sleep We all have had those nights when we TRY to sleep... Try to "let go" our waking Experience and try to sleep but no matter how hard you try you cannot sleep that way The sleep comes by slowly letting go... Slowly falling... Falling asleep Just like that, you let go of your attachment to your experience... Without "trying to let go" byt by the opposite of that ( and that's the trick) its not an "action" It's a non-action so to speak And trying to find this non-action acts as the way to keep the serach going and the self alive and the "attempt to awake" futile Let go and fall AWAKE! -

now see post # 1 of this thread that;s the real deal. this post number 2 here is merely a pointer to the TRUTH to see the truth and the only way to talk about reality - press ctrl + A ("select all" on the page and look at post # 1) its kinda like that cannot be directly pointed to and this is what words do post # 1 is the true form of what IT is -

@Leo Gura hmmmm Damn lol -
When I say "I am not my thoughts or my mind". Then this initself is a thought which appears in the mind and it is observed. What I ultimately am does not and cannot "talk" or "think". I can only witness, observe and UNDERSTAND. I think I'm correct in stating that "understanding" is not a thought or an object or a function. It happens in nothingness. Something clicks. It's a realization. A deep psychological embodiment. I just KNOW That's my only quality, to know - I am the knower of ALL phenomena. That's it.

@Blissout @Adam M Not suffering in my current day to day life circumstances. (Thank God) But no. I didn't mean to say I am living in an abiding Non-dual state or anything. I also didn't mean I (SoonHei/my ego) Understands. I mean what I am deep down just "understands" / is aware / witnesses I know any intellectual grasping of this knowledge as pretty much infinitely far from the truth. But these are mini insights I have had thru my journey thus far, making "my" intellectual understanding progressively deeper. This was the latest. And again, the "I" in "I understand" is referring to my deep / true / absolute nature. Not my ego/ samll self. My ego self however understands this quality of my higher/true self, yes. Thus the insight Bless Up -
SoonHei replied to No-Thing's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura a genuine insight is a deep understanding? Like does one have to do a logical deduction to distinguish it from phenomena? Or does it happen and one is sure of it, without a doubt? Kinda like that punch in the face example you gave a couple of days ago. ? -
SoonHei replied to The Don's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@The Don no. The brain does not create consciousness or intelligence Consciousness is fundamental It is in which all that is appears, including the brain
