In any case that shit tastes fantastic. Man, a natural Ethiopian pour over. WOW. Rainbow fireworks in my mouth.

He mentioned his health doesn’t allow tripping a few months back. Maybe it’s gotten better I don’t know.

Every music for every chemical🤓

I’ll just leave it on the table, thanks

Nicotine is pure nausea for me. Coffee for the win.

Oh wow I didn’t know such an amazing resource existed. I am on the fence about pirating books for free but I am totally alright with getting e-book copies of physical books I own. It makes the annotation process so much easier on a tablet. I might even jump over that fence but I am battling myself right now🏴☠️

Google how to cook with stainless steel. You just don’t know how to use it.

Only the very best ones. I read & I go back for notes only if the book earned it. Depends on your goals I guess. Do you read just to know stuff or do you apply what you are reading to a field or domain of mastery? It makes sense to me to take notes for the later but I don’t take notes when I read a history book or anything that’s not specifically applicable to something I am working on.

Orchestration is probably a better term. I can’t hear anything digital. Crazy texture! Yeah that’s the term.

This is fabulous tripping music An homage to John & Alice Coltrane mixed with Indian music & crazy sound design. I mean all the little bells & whistles. Rich ambiance. I totally love that album.

I tripped yesterday & basically came out of it mumbling « I don’t have a fucking clue what’s going on with life ». -
I like to remind myself of that burning monk album cover from rage against the machine when I trip. The trip is the trip. You are inventing negative meaning around it to keep yourself trapped from realizing that there’s nothing wrong with those visions at all. You are afraid? So what? That being said, there’s no shame in stopping. You could never take a psychedelic again. That’s also an option. Or come back when you are stronger & can experience any feeling that can & will come up. Psychedelics aren’t fun. Although they can be. Consciousness & having a pleasant trip aren’t inter dependent. In any case, you probably need a long break. Work through your shit sober for a year or more.

You could actually listen to the music & stop thinking. When you are thinking you aren’t listening. You got a thinking problem.

I was born in a rural family of hunters & I can tell you that they would also say they “love animals”. There’s a sort of reverence for the significance of ending a life to sustain your own. It’s the brutal reality of survival. I think that is sound and I do appreciate consuming the result of that. That being said, I haven’t bought factory produced meats in ages. They are few and far more expensive but there are ways to source humane meat without killing it yourself. Plant world is fabulous in its own right. -
Do the exact same thing you would do if you weren’t bored.

What do you mean by neurodivergent? It could mean a million different things. Schizophrenia? Autism? ADD? OCD? Psychopathy? Bipolar? It’s way too broad of a term to give advice to you. I am amazed that people here are giving you advice without inquiring into your situation first.

Those people that make you insecure are probably also insecure in some other way & they don’t show it on social media.

Let me guess, you didn’t go to university? Plenty of people get plenty of value for plenty of different reasons. Also, some countries have a less shitty education system than US & don’t put you into thousands of dollars of debt.

Depends on the field. Some go for the people & networking opportunities.

Had similar experience with kratom, which isn’t an opioid per say but almost. What I gathered from it is that opioids are trash and I have zero desire to use any of them ever.

This is false. Mastery doesn’t have an end point. You will never achieve greatness. Yeah people that aren’t as far on the path will call you great but you yourself will never achieve greatness. There’s always more to learn. Forever. Fall in love with the process. You aren’t late at all. Go wild. Discipline yourself & do the work.

Learn to rap over recordings ahah! I don’t know french rappers but surely they must exist. There’s a book by Theodore Dimon. It’s called Your Body, Your Voice. I strongly recommend it to everyone that has a voice. If you want to be less monotonous, more resonant & have more range in your voice this is the book of all books. Very grounded & practical. It’s basically a thorough break down of the anatomy of the voice with diagrams & a few practices to slowly rehabilitate it in a full-body, holistic & functional way.
