What is specifically that you have to deal with? If they physically or emotionally harass you then by all means get away from them. If not then ask yourself: "what am I expecting from them?" "why can’t I accept them as they are?" then let go of that. -
Leo's booklist don't have the books on specific technical skills that you will want to learn for your propose for exemple.

This is key you are on your way already!

@fopylo I can understand that. Good luck you'll find a way somehow!

I used to put a timer like you said for my practice time when I was in college and I think it did help me to build a habit but the more I do it the more I realize that the goal:"I want to play 4hrs" is a lot less motivating than the goal:"I want to create something beautiful." <-- If you are dead set on that it won't matter if it takes 10years. At the time I would struggle to do 4hrs but now I just follow my inspiration and a while later I realize:"Oh it's been 6hrs already how weird is that." You gotta let yourself go. Don't expect anything from your music. Music is a deep deep DEEP field you need to be willing to suck a lot at first but if you LOVE the doing of it it's all that matters really. Ask yourself: What excites me the most right know? and go explore that. Learn other people's music <-- this never fails to inspire me.

Drop the corn flakes, sugar, cereals and eat more veggies and legumes. Do you exercise? Working out will give you more energy if you eat enough.

If you neglect your health it's gonna bite you in the ass. Consider taking out 1h of your work to eat nutritious food and exercise. 1h is plenty enough to cook something healthy and do 100 push-ups + running 10min or something. Plus you're going to be WAY more focused and productive during the remaining work hours. Your practice actually becomes shit if you are over doing it and you neglect the basic human stuff.

	What do you eat?
 -
	Good luck on your journey!

Do you not have breakfast? I have huge breakfast and then I go to work usually for 4hrs then eat some more and work 2 more hrs. It may be what you are eating? What's your diet like? Do you exercise regularly? Do you sleep enough? Do you drink plenty of water throughout the day?

I really enjoy your video man. But I would enjoy it even more with a better audio quality.? No necesseraly an expensive mic but just slap on a compressor in garageband or another free alternative to even out and increase volume a little bit! Keep them comin' tho!

If you were actually aware of what it does to your body craving would stop. Not what doctor or textbook or internet says it'll do to your cholesterol and diabetes.

I know mussels are a big no-no 'cause they're basically filtering all the toxins and heavy metals. Are there any seafood that is safe to consume? What about shrimp, oyster and other fish?
 -
But I will still try it ahah thanks @Leo Gura Good to know thanks

"My friends are really into roasting, but I'm pretty bad at it. So, what usually ends up happening is they all gang up on me and it's literal hell" Find better friends?

If by "spiritually minded" you mean stage green fools then yeah?
 -
From what I have experienced its not sustainable but like 1-2 times a week is probably healthy.
 -
