  1. @Matthew85 @JuliusCaesar I absolutely loved Dr. Dispenza, the book has arrived, "supernatural", will read today. Watched 3-4 videos with him, loved it, who knows, maybe I will become witch soon after his book and course.
  2. @JuliusCaesar @Matthew85 Thanks so much for putting an effort and replying back, thanks for your time and feedback. I really appreciate it. I will have to explore this manifestation concept in depth. ?
  3. @JuliusCaesar @Matthew85 Guys, I have ordered these two books " Becoming supernatural" and "You are placebo" What courses would you recommend starting consciously manifesting? I am having hard time to understand this. If I/as God chose this "Galyna movie" and all the events, why would I want to go against my will? I do not see the whole picture, therefore, how do I know what best for me? I have become consciously aware that chain of events in my life that happened in this life, meant to be there for a purpose, even a little detail mattered. I am entering into this special state of consciousness, but I practice surrender. I truly started to love my life as is. Also, I see that there is no "Doer" how can I attempt to change the scrip if there is no 'me" there? I have realized that everything happens spontaneously, I do not plan any more, I do not even stretch the story into the future. Even planning for tonight is silly for me. I see duality here, you kinda have to let go and become free of choice, but at the same time, you are playing by ear, in the moment, as you go, spontaneously. But again, when I am at that state body does things on its own, I am watching the movie. Who is there to manifest? Manifestation = will execution. How to jungle duality here, knowing that I am free from choice, and everything will be arranged here on its own? Thanks for the feedback.
  4. I felt joy without any reason for about an hour today. I had these joy moments before, but it was rear and did not last long. This feeling is familiar to me. Joy of being without this monkey mind that determines, separates, and judges all the time. I have recognized recently that there is no separation truly, and every time mind wanted to make any assumption, I stopped it there. My main practice was in keeping awareness on itself all the time. I am constantly observing thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, but I do not get involved. This is my meditation, LOL. This state has become so natural to me that now I feel like my body does things on its own, I actually am observing my body in motion and various processes, and I do not make any volition, it does things on its own. Guys, this is the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced: mind is always late, first body does something, then comes the registration of the fact, post factum. As I cook dinner even right now, I do not register “Oh, I need to reduce the heat of my boiling water” Body goes to the kitchen, and as I get up from the chair, registration of the fact happens afterwards. There is literally no “doer”. Thought is always late. First motion. Also, I have this love and compassion toward "other". My sexuality is on the rise, even a coffee table seems sexy to me. But even this feeling is a bit heavy compared to the bliss I have experienced. This feeling of blissfulness comes sporadically, does not last long. I am just happy because I am conscious. The closest description would be pleasure, orgasm, deliciousness, peace, joy and unconditional love toward Being. Guys, I used a lot of “I”, please do not be judgmental here, I realize that awareness does not have any individualized quality, but I am using this “I” for a purpose of understanding. I can not pin point this “I” anymore, everything became like a big movie on the screen and is seen now holistically.
  5. @Reciprocality I got you, you are taking about ego-mind. My take on it: consciousness is infinite and there is no need to cry for one mind to cease bc it will create millions of minds similar to one you are experiencing right now. Even better. We are in infinity, my friend ?. Your mind itself has an infinite numbers of ramifications. You are going to experience all of the ramifications of this mind, on top, you are going to experience infinite numbers of other beautiful minds similar to your philosophical one. It is never going to end. Why worrying about one facet of this l, when you will get millions of other? Loved ones? But they are a projection of your mind? If you are an illusion, so they are as well. Consciousness will create other different variations of the experience for you to have. On the death bad of your mind, all the attachments will be irrelevant.
  6. Watch as the thoughts arise, don’t go into the direction of thoughts. I agree no need to make a conscious effort to stop the thoughts process. Becoming aware of all the thoughts and how they form identity and reality is a great tool to not be sucked again. Just pure observation.
  7. @Taus Evolution needs contrast for the sake of growth and experience , paradise cannot be known without hell.
  8. The more “you” dive into a life, the more a death becomes your meditation. Thinking of it all the time, not as a means to the end, but rather a new beginning. My existential question: “ Is there a death after life?” Not life after death. What mysteries life and death, as being one, bring/add to this never ending Being. ? Death will Never happen, at least the way mind thinks it should happen.
  9. Guys, How can you explain this interesting phenomenon: as your understanding of reality evolving, let’s say as you get more “deeper into the awakening” process, the universe gives exactly that block of information that is needed at this particular time for “your” evolution? For ex: now, everywhere I go, every YT video I watch, everything screams that there are no others. I remember 3 years ago, I was desperately searching for this info everywhere to confirm and could not find. Like I could not find, I was asking desperately. Now as I’ve become directly aware of this fact, I have been receiving this info from every corner I go. We can call it “Synchronicity”, but are there any other explanation? This is crazy.
  10. Being has all the rights to express itself as it wants to. And each individual on this forum is unique, and we need different people here, because from such people as @Reciprocality we can learn and see things from different perspective. If it is hard for you to decode his message and it triggers you, does not mean he should write the way you wish to. Enjoy the variation and see the beauty in it. @Reciprocality It is hard to understand your writings, but I appreciate the style, something very academic, thanks for teaching this community and brining more wisdom.
  11. Not really, because there is no other game in town.... I am not offended, I did not criticize you ever, I was trying to help.
  12. Absolutely not, it is not your senses, it is your mind. Mind creates time, not your sense, senses have nothing to do with it. Your smell does not know about sun, your eyes do not know about music. Please listen to the music with eyes, is it possible? Do they know what time it is. There is no such thing as a human body, it is a mind construct, a concept, a thought. You do not know this phenomena which you call "I", if you do not have a human language, you wont call this experience a "human body" you wont see it separately from the other objects, it would pop in front of you as one picture. LOL, it has to do everything with it.
  13. I see it as a thought but not reality. Memories are just thoughts. Actuality is always in the present. Infinity gives birth to this falsehood every moment, individualized awareness grabs it, identifies with it, and based on prior memories creates illusion of I.
  14. Absolutely agree, in a way, if we don’t have a capacity to decode the message, our perception, using selective feature, just bypasses it. So true!
  15. God damn it, Sommie, you won’t reincarnate, time doesn’t exist. Liner perception is an illusion, for Gods sake. As infinite potential you hold everything, all reincarnations at the same time. you are not a human, waking body is just an object in sensory perception. Human is just an illusion. Mental construct, what would you be without a language, still human?
  16. @Michael Jackson @Someone here this is further form the truth. You still think that there is a primary “I” and now you argue which “I” is more “real” . No one, lol, both “I” are illusion. You are in separation, my friends ?
  17. @Inliytened1 What? Ofc not. I am nothing, Literally. I do not get phenomenon how from this nothingness arises everything. Awakening is a process when you can find that "space" a "silent observer", yes. I found it many years ago. Is it enlightenment, ofc not.
  18. I can relate. I forget so many things, nothing holds in the memory anymore, bc I do not think/perceive it when it is not there. Mind fixates on something right here and right now.
  19. I would say that time and space is a mental construct, yes, quality of consciousness to reflect upon itself. Who are you calling "we"? Isn't nothingness serves as a "ground" for everything?
  20. @Reciprocality Thanks for nice feedback, however, I cannot understand some of your sentences, it is very hard. You wrap the idea in a nice text, by I do not get your eloquence, for ex, you're saying: this is the reason we identify with who we were in our representation of the past in memory. It is super hard for the reader to understand what you mean; the word 'representation' is not necessary, confusing for the mind. Sorry if I am rude. It takes time to decode your message and to understand what you are trying to say.
  21. @WelcometoReality has your perception of time changed? i don’t get it, sometimes time is so fast, literally, one hour is like 10 min, sometimes it is slow. i don’t want it to be so fast.
  22. If you see any blind spots, please feel free to tell me. Except, I cannot rely on your answer either, right? because you are not separate and a part of "my" experience? Unless Being will give me a hint through your answer
  23. I am questioning that too all the time. I found the "seeing", call it "space" but this understanding deepens. Impersonal awareness.
  24. Nope, my serious meditation was an inquiry: " Who am I?" "What is this reality" I have been asking this question since I am 12... Actually, "I love watching" my body doing its own thing, this is hilarious...It amazes me how body does something, and I register this post factum. Kind like when you drive a car...your body drives it You do not give any commands to it, it just does on its own, same thing.
