Good question. I don´t know how far. But I sense it can definetely can be taken further. You definetely can abide as nothing, while functioning in material world. To develop this mastery, it takes time. But it seems to be worth it.

Sex becomes a problem when it gets mixed within the mind endless comparison games. Where it seems we are most of us engaged in. I was just thinking about something similar yesterday. I could be wrong, but i think people here are assuming you "have to" have physical sensations of your body While maintaining/resing a human body, this IS incorrect. There is a reason why there is such a tremendous work in the field yoga to make the body as 'light' and effortless to carry. If suddenly the body is not a burden and dissappears as a part of your awareness, reality becomes an endless joy to admire and experience. But i know, i know... enough with my bs... ...in this forum are not interested in joy or pleasure!!! Are interested in A-W-A-K-E-N-I-N-G 🤫 You can leave it and visit. Just like you park a car. Ive done It. Just for a few seconds though. More than that and 'reality' might reclaim It as something with no owner and take It back 😄

You are assuming I am talking about a no-mind Zen state. You haven´t explored enough states.

What is the point in abiding in a blissful nothing? In an empty bliss wave? No point. But sure as hell feels fine. In fact probably is the last step before total non-existence or Mukti (mahasamadhi). Is easy to want liberation when want is stuck in body and mind suffering cycles. But what if you have tuned into a certain energy attunement of Blissfulness? Is difficult to want to abandon that. As a side note, I remember a phrase of my father, now rest in peace. 'When there was good stuff going around (he was talking about Heroin), I would smoke it and just go look at the wall for hours, completely satisfied'. So if you want an answer to your question, the point of raising your awareness and inner well vibrancy is to enjoy looking at a wall for 3 hours straight. But do not take this as drug-encouragement. Bliss from drugs is just a simple falsification which doesn´t come close to inner Blissfulness. The point is, there is no point when inner well being is at is maximum. You will not want to abandon that. It doesn´t matter if the outside world makes sense or not. But my suspicion is, there is something beyond Bliss (and ecstasy): complete non-existence. Mahasamadhi. Conscious death. For ever. Then you'll have your show "ruined", as you wanted.

If you Connect with the source, nothing can be denied to you. Only those things that are in corcondance with the purity, light, love, and infinite power Reality IS. If you ask for 1 million dollar out of necessity, of course that wont be given to you. Because that is a very selfish motive. There is nothing powerful or loving about having 1 million dollars. Look around. There are depressed people with 100million dollars. Alcoholing themselves to sleep to run from their own mind. So money does not bring true power. What is true power? The power within...if you ask for that. Make no mistake, reality is absolutely capable of delivering It. In fact, since there is direct connection with Reality (source) to you, IS just a Matter of arranging your system right. Is like when the internet technician comes to put your Fiber optic to your home. Just some arrangements. So a high quality, stable connection can be stablished. Power within, means power of being able of tuning your own Life (human system) how you want. If you could just know how to manage certain channels, energies of information...etc this human machine IS capable of being elevated and stablished at mystical and pure states of being at will. It we just tune the right bandwith within...

Oneness, no-oness is desirable. Awakening? I dont know.

Heres my definition of Spiritual success: Having such a direct connection and refined perception with reality that a mere 20min walk around your neighbourhood, becomes an intense experience. You dont have a single moment of boringness because everything IS so active, alive, sacred, every being IS playing the game. The stakes are high. And you flow and open your eyes wide. You couldnt kill a fly in this state. Because It all IS mystical. Sacred. Intense. Is all fireworks. It might seem boring, people walking. Talking. Cars moving. But is all quite an incredible experience. Only if you are fully connected with It. Why people get addicted to drugs? (Not including psychedelics here) In part from running away suffering, that one reason, but other is to make the mere common experience of Life more profund, intense, exhuberant. But drugs usually do this in a very paleolithic way. Very simplistic. Yeah, they might activate some chemical receptors in the brain, so your perception is increased. But at the cost of some other things. Is not TRUE connection, is not really INTENSE Alive perception. The human system is capable of amazing things.

Because God might not know how to handle himself. People assume Reality just is and it knows itself 100% perfectly. Well no, it does not happen like that. Is an evolution/discovery of each embodied energy in each being. You have to water the seed of intelligence

Back to the oxy. Today I had to go back to work and I didn´t have any motivation to be dealing with mild wd while sitting for 8 fucking hours in front a screen. I´ll kick this stuff on christmas holidays. Enough time off work, lethargic times and season of new propositions. Will be the ideal time. And no pseudo comfort meds. I am realising they just make the process so much longer and confuse. If one is detoxing from a chemical is not coherent to be popping more chemicals at the same time. It just confuses the body. Lyrica is not a problem for me in terms of addiction because I really despise the dirty high it has. I would truly would never do that as a recreational thing (I know some people really like it, not my cup of tea for sure). But actually, I have decided I won´t even use that. Last time I used it for Kratom It helped me to get through the WD, but now that I recall, it made the wd muuuch longer. Other times I wd from oxy with no meds, I swear in 5 fucking days I am absolutely clean as nothing happened. So that´s what im going to do. No meds, only turmeric, force myself to walk and exercise, and before new years eve I will be happily free from the boring ups and downs of this physical dependence. Duh, I swear I truly I am more high as a baseline nowadays with my yoga practice and good habits, but I have to end up taking at least as little as 5mg at some point during the day because I start getting uncomfortable wd symptoms. This is the moment where literally it doesn´t have any reason for me to keep doing this stuff. I am confident is time to happily let it go

That´s the issue. You think you can 'think' through reality. You guys are not getting you are just lost in mind games. Good-positive mind games though. So I am not saying is neccesarily 'bad'. Is just limited. Definetely better than having negative projections towards reality. You know depressed people that´s what they do. They brainshwash themselves in a negative way towards reality. That´s the power of the mind. Now you want to substitute actual Experience or Knowing by a set of beliefs, mind maps, ideas. Well, like I said, is better than depressing yourself saying reality is a cruel game by god like some of other forum users have done. You can tell yourself whatever you want (as you said, think this through, "sort this out", etc...). But that is not Perception. That is not Reality. That is not Experience. What the hell matters what you think of Reality? There´s another 8 billion like you imaginating whatever reality it is. But little people actually interested in direct Perception or Experience. What you are saying with that is 'Right now here is not quite Perfect, but somewhere there, at the core, is perfect'. Notice 'at the core' is a projection and belief of this such 'perfect reality' you talk about. Notice there is only One Reality, Your Experience. Where is this core but in your own mind? How you dare to assume 'the core' is Reality, when 'the core' is literally a thought in your mind?

Well, I definetely not sure if I follow you, yeah. Sounds to me you are projecting a concept of 'perfection' towards reality. That´s fine and might give you a certain sense of stability on your mind. But is very different from experientially experiencing perfection. You can not experience perfection while withdrawing from alcohol addiction. But you can surely brainwash yourself that as a concept reality is perfect. Who cares if you come to the conclusion that reality is perfect, if experientially you are puking yourself out in suffering because you are withdrawing from alcoholism? What is Real? Concepts or Experience? Ideas or Experience? Imagination or Experience? Experience is King. Is all that you have. Rest are just mind games. They can not be substituted for actual Experience. Well, it wasn´t my intention, I was just taking OP example, he mentioned 'famine' in his first post.
