yes most people don´t see it as a drug Is kinda 'easy' to reduce it to just one cup a day, quitting that one is the final hurdle for sure. i did it in the past, it takes about 3 weeks to feel normal and with energy, is crazy yeah, is nice, probably would be a good idea to incorporate it and reduce a bit the caffeine

Im playing some music on a bluetooth speaker while window of the terrace is open. Now...I live in a village 50km from a City, and im thinking of a park in that City where people usually walk their dogs. If Consciousness is non dual, and Infinitely United, a question opens Up. Could a person with siddhi powers or profound skilled in consciousness, receive the "music" or listen the music in their consciousness while sitting on the grass of that park right now? So basically the consciousness of the person on that park 50km from my house, is actually the same consciousness that is producing the music of the bluetooth speaker. So the person on that park is receiving a limited consciousness information, but lets say that person is a yogui with thousands of hours invested in complex and profound understanding of this dream and consciousness.
