I had a dream last night and I don´t know what happened but when I woke up I considered a radical possibility. The possibility of my POV as a person is being imagined. I don´t mean that my body is being imagined, I can accept that, But what I mean is the whole thing. This whole Point of View/Perspective is something is being imagined. You promise if I have a mistical experience this will be totally clear for me??

Yes, I have actually tapped into childhood memories, trying to heal with love and acceptance my inner child. You wouldn't believe the amount of shit you might have in your body in form of tension. When you start liberating tension and blockages memories from DECADES ago can arise, then in those high states you can let yourself accept, forgive, love uncondtionally this stuff, finally letting it go and tracending it. Make no mistake this is true healing. The integration happens in the same moment the blockage or "trauma insight" arises. In that moment you are conscious so you either accept it, love it, scream, ...etc This will happen automatically by the body, if you have done shamanic breathing then you know it's not something really you control. One word = SELF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!! Go for it bro!

It's interesting you say this phase pases in a few months, in my case I would say I've been in this "dark night of the soul" the last 4 years it seems it never ends, but maybe it's because I have a very strong ego. Thank god in between I get glimpses of the truth that I am a fictional character. That makes it bearable, that God takes a peek from here to there. Sometimes I wonder if really was a good choice to go out my basement playing videogames to know the world, since that moment I start becoming conscious of all of my demons, before I was so unconscious I was happy (ignorance is bliss?) But I guess this life was the one I was suppose to awaken from the dream, yeah. (Oh wait, now they say past lives are imaginary). Hey. Good luck with you processs brother! There are Kundalini Yoga kriyas which I´d swear they are literally just for purifying/healing shadows. I´ve been doing them intensily this last weeks and I´m discovering A LOT of shadows. Like I am amazed at the understanding I have discovering from myself this last weeks doing this stuff. Check out any kriyas which include breath of fire, and especially kriyas which include movement with hands and arms in combination with special/intense breathing. Also shamanic breathwork is pretty good for that kind of stuff, but I found my mouth gets so damn dry I can´t do it anymore.

Isn´t the ego just an idea of you? I wouldn´t say the ego happens in the brain, thoughts do appear which you pay attention to because you are maintaining an identity. But the point is identity is maintained with that attitude you are endelessly maintining, is not that there is an identity in the brain somewhere. It´s like you would say there´s a "you" somewhere in the brain. This is exactly what believes mainstream culture

The fundamental problem is assuming that all of this paranormal activites can be measured with the current scientific methods. For starters, you must be conscious in that moment, secondly, it doesn´t depend on you! It´s consciousness! So good luck wanting to make money or prove anyone wrong which are both ego-driven motives off an action which doesn´t depend on the ego.

It doesn´t work that way. Someone so conscious that can do paranormal stuff won´t be thinking in that time about wanting to prove anyone wrong...

Holy shit I can't seriously wrap my mind about this kind of examples, but sure they apparently exist. After my first psychedelic experience even if I didn't have any spiritual Awakening it changed me completely, so I had always had a hard time imagining how people can do high doses, lots of times, and still can use them as recreationally and still believe totally in the materialist paradigm...etc. One truly takes his own consciousness baseline level for granted.

Some weird shit happened to me too watching that video LOL I was taking a shower and he was talking about how you are constructing reality blabla and suddenly I felt I weird change in my perception. Maybe he has become so conscious he is doing shaktipat to some of us without he even knowing it Lol
