  1. @Leo Gura I've heard about This: Any number on the graph is the distance to zero. You "zero" can be anything. So number 2 can be 5 if our "zero" point was -3. Fully reletive. I say if there are Absolute numbers they either don't exist or they're not numbers anymore
  2. @Dodo I wonder about death all the time. Not suicidal, but just curiosity. I guess when you realize that you're dying and there's no chance to live you kinda let go. I was 9 years old when I experienced drowning. When I didn't find anything to grab and pull myself out of water i just told myself "well, that's it." The swimming gaurd pulled me out with a long plastic stick. I think at that point you experience something similar to ego death. I mean physical death
  3. Why does a goverment need spirituality? Tell me which one is better: A western secular gov Or Iranian gov right now (fully trying to be islamic but it is full of terrible curroption and filth) people here are becoming more and more orange but the gov is full Blue. Leo also mentioned "in a right way" What is the right way?
  4. @Leo Gura unfortunately I can't see politics with higher consciuosness. I consider politics as massive ego games. How can it be really spiritual?
  5. @mandyjw I hope she's ok Btw easter lily flowers are Hermophrodite (male and female at the same time.)
  6. @Mikael89 I've heard that some plants feel pain (but obviously (?) they wont suffer mentally) And some animals doesnt feel pain, like some fish. But usually the human who eats is feeling guilty. Why doesn't a lion feel guilty for eating meat? (Some might say human kills animals unnaturally) The self created guilt causes suffering for the human so some people stop eating meat and they feel great.
  7. @Farnaby I always ask myself "then why kill the poor plants? Lets just evolve into a high level creature who injects artificial nurtients and stays alive without killing anything that lives." It could be intresting.
  8. I call sadhguru the modern guru Great for starting spirituality.
  9. @Serotoninluv If green spirituality could be an upgrade compaired to Blue spirituality, what would be the upgrades/differences?
  10. Can a scientist become enlightened? Can an enlightened become a scientist?
  11. @Shiva the teachers are different because they have egos. The role of the teacher. Can one communicate without an ego?
  12. @Jkris I love science thats why. I assume that more awakenings will distance me from science. Maybe I want to be neuroscientist because I really like it but at the same time question that "is there a brain?" Or can it actually help with it?
  13. @Shiva a curropt dictator could be pretty selfish for that
  14. @David Hammond @Shiva @SoonHei What if science is too conceptual for non duality? Maybe realizations make someone give up science (like a scientist gives up his/her job)
  15. Never thought I could stumble upon such great oppurtunities. Sadly I see no matter how grey and nuance Leo and many wise people go, others judge and criticise. Maybe it should be that way
  16. I mean, I imagine nothing but its something in the imagination. Maybe the only way to imagine nothing is to not imagine it? Then how can one put attention on nothing which is unimaginable? No mind? Doesn't focus and attention come from the mind?
  17. Everytime I sit to inquire/contemplate I just realise that I honestly believe in a physical world and I am a human that will die and stop forever.
  18. @FoxFoxFox The mind is asking why here. I dont think mind is asking while in deep sleep. Who is aware of the mind? The mind itself? If not, I dont know.
  19. @SriBhagwanYogi Thank you for the video. I've never seen this rupert spira video on self inquiry before.
  20. @Serotoninluv Should we give up using words before having an actual experience in the first place? Can it be helpful?
  21. @Nahm i don't actually know why I say human being instead of just human. But sometime in my early childhood I vividly remember the day that I learned that I have bones in my body and muscles for moving them and I control them. I was touching all over my face skull and ribs to feel what are bones. It was very weird and terrifying to start to see I am a body?? That is kinda when it started. Around 3 year old.
  22. @Serotoninluv Thank you. What I see in actual first hand experience is just experience happening. There is no human. But when I do self inquiry its like my beliefs are at sake and being attacked. My counter argument is always that its all just human exprience that will end eventually. Why does it have to be immortal infinite intelligance with infinite love? Here comes the brains doesnt exist
  23. @David Hammond yes its a thought, but it seems pretty true. If someone shoots me in the head what is remaining of me?
