I think is as Leo said, those guys get enlightenment but they don't develop the whole picture. So, they can use enlightenment to make devilish things. IMO.

It's hard to give an opinion, because if you see what happened with Mooji neutrally trying to be objective, if you see anything positive then you automatically are "supporting a Abusive Cult leader, blah blah blah" and if you follow whatever it is said in the article then you are risking of condemning someone without having direct contact with the community and know if those claims are really true. That makes me sad.

Ok, I am taking notes on my survival mechanisms... I am beginning to change them to some more holistic ones. And it is working much better than before. But I still have a lot of work to do...

Leo, thanks a lot for that videos. They helped me like crazy to understand how everything is survival. Really helps a lot to understand why ego does what it does. It's like looking at life behind the curtains, knowing what is happening under the surface. (David Lynch used to say that frequently ) :-)

This video about survival is so key to understand reality. I was needing that video, really eye-opening. I think all we do all the time is about survival, there's no one thing that we do that is not survival, even the most subtle acts are survival strategies. At least IMO

Yes @Shin but that's because Buddha was born in a society much more philosophical than Jesus. He learnt from the Vedas that they have some religious stuff but is also heavily oriented to philosophy. IMO.

He used metaphors true, but the problem he had was that he was born on a highly religious community. So, they called Reality God. That's how they understand it. And even having very deep epiphanies, revelations and understanding they always tried to interpret it the way they could. When Jesus understood there was a deeper meaning to those teaching a lot of people of God didn't. That's why they wanted to kill him and stone him.

I found that one on a blog and it seem they were talking about a movie called Stigmata and they mention several Jesus sayings with some modifications for the movie. http://users.misericordia.edu/davies/thomas/stigmata.htm I didn't know about that movie. Seems interesting.

Truth is horrible for the ego, because the ego cannot stand the idea of not being. He wants to BE but it doesn't exist by itself. It appears in awareness.
