I think that most of the time is a not acceptation of reality, not surrendering to reality. I understand it logically but there's some shadow work still to be done to accept reality completely IMO.

@andyjohnsonman I sigh a lot and it's like @Moreira says... I take life too seriously and I am always worried something bad is going to happen. Don't know why, because I know that I am not the person, I am the one who is aware of the person. But... maybe we need more meditation and contemplation.

Totally agree with that. If we continue the path of destruction of our planet for the sake of a "strong economy", nature will slap us on our faces and who knows, maybe if it is necessary it will extinguish us with some kind of virus or other event. Nature is protecting itself from the human race craziness.

Thanks Natasha. How are you doing with all these lockdown thing? I always had trouble following what the world forces us to do and be, this lockdown is helping me a lot to think more and take a pause. My life will be completely different when this lockdown finish, I am pretty sure about it. In times of crisis new opportunities arise. Not sure what, but big changes are coming. I am going to watch it an I let you know what stage I think he is, but... that's a difficult one because a lot of people (me included) don't like to talk much about more spiritual advanced stuff because "normal people" tend to judge a lot and don't accept truth. It's too harsh for their egos.

I am a designer and I follow his youtube channel. It has good design stuff. I am going to take a look at this, sometimes I don't have time to watch all their videos, this one seems interesting. Thanks!

When the truth is seen you will realize that there's no better or worst word, in reality no words can be used to describe the "I AM" any "label" will be a finger pointing to the moon.

There's something that includes everything. That something is what we call it God. But, it is not separated from Us. What is the problem? All idea of "separation" is done for God or consciousness to experience multiplicity. But is not true. So basically ISIS being separated from everything is not the ultimate truth. Just an experience. If there's something that is "separated" God, or reality... then, there must be something bigger than those... and that will be GOD. There's no scape. Mind try to scape looking for arguments, but there's no way out, only surrender to that idea.

I wanted to share this video, so powerful in my opinion. Alon Geva must be one of the best masters that is totally underestimated and ignored. So, that must mean that he is good hehehe... this is the video. It explains how the mind thinks he has to do something to achieve enlightenment when is really the contrary. There's nowhere to go. He uses the idea that mind and ego are separated. While nothing of this is really true, we are talking about concept I find it useful to understand what we have to "do" to BE. (In fact we do nothing... I know, hard to explain :-)

You are welcome Natasha, take a look at his channel, he has plenty of great videos about the nature of reality. He's really good. And he teaches a lot using Ramana and Nissagadarta techniques. Really good stuff. :-) Awesome. Our more difficult lesson is to learn to surrender.
