  1. You don't understand... you are saying that when you say that we are separated from God.
  2. Jesus knew he and God were one. Like you are one with God too. You only have to realize that fact. That's why he said "On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you." John 14:20 He didn't say, you will become one... he said you will realize. It's something that you are but now because of the trickery of the devil you cannot see. It's true, they were witnesses of Jesus being raised from the dead. That's true... but that fact doesn't have included that he died for our sins so we know can through him see God... all that BS was created by the church, to keep Jesus up there, far away from us. He is the only one! We can't be like him. When Jesus was very clear that we are one with God and with him. We all are ONE. If there's separated Elohim, how can you say that God is infinite? If God is infinite, then it is not possible to be two Elohims. Because he won't be infinite anymore. If there's one soul that is you separated from God, that means that God is not infinite, because you are not included in him. You are saying that God is not omnipresent and infinite and that's blasphemy. :-) Jesus is the small I am... Jesus is the character, the son of Mary and Joseph, the carpenter. That is Jesus. When Jesus received the Holy Spirit (he become enlightened) he become JesusChrist. The Christ is the anointed one, that's Jesus when he recognized that he is the son of God and he is also God, because God and him are one. Like you and me. You only have to see. I repeat: "On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you." John 14:20 You have to believe in his words, when Jesus said "believe me" he wasn't saying "believe me that I am going to die so your sins will be forgiven because I will sacrifice myself so you that are separated from God can now be again with him through me" No, there's no part in the Bible where Jesus says that, only his disciples say that. You have to believe his words that we are Gods. Right now, that we think we are separated we are sons of the Devil, because the Devil is the one that took the place of God. Now we deny him because we say I AM this and that... and we always were One with God, until the original sin where we wanted to become like GOD, that this is what the Ego/Devil is doing now. Taking the place of God, that's why there's so much misery in the world. When we recognize again we are in God, and God in us and that we have to deny ourselves (The Devil) we will see the glory of God and we will be one with him too.
  3. "“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. " In the context that's what he is saying... some things you cannot bear them now.
  4. Jesus realized he was God. He and God were ONE. So, he began to say what he experienced. I AM the way, I AM the truth. No one comes to the father if it's not through ME. The disciples didn't understood what he was talking about, so they began to create a story about how sins will be forgiven, because he was crucified, so he was the ultimate sacrifice, etc... etc... You can realize that they didn't understand because in the last supper he asked them Who do you think I AM? And Thomas said, Show us the father. Jesus said if he was looking at him, how can you say "show us the father"? If Jesus was in the father and the father in him? Jesus cames from the word Je suis that means I AM All Jesus messages is for us, that we can be like him, not that he is the only one that is the son of God.
  5. Jesus also said ""I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear." John 16:12
  6. It's not irony, it's true. It's normal that the "ego" will feel depressed. He is going to die. It's ego backslash. Just focus on awareness that is permanent, depression is impermanent. It will pass and awareness remains.
  7. Try reading the Tibetan Book of the Dead. It's free in archive.org
  8. There's a guy I know that he says he bless people with the holy spirit. He uploaded some videos to youtube. He put the hand in the forehead of the person and the person lose consciousness and falls to the floor. What do you think about that. If you believe he's blessing you with the holy spirit you will act as if that was the case. Same thing with these Sadhguru's people. IMO.
  9. All Things Were Created Through Him and for Him
  10. We are talking about something that can't be "talked"...
  11. Same here! Thanks for sharing @ivankiss
  12. @Flatworld Crusades It's like when you have a negative thought and you fight against this thoughts. Other thoughts arise like "I shouldn't be thinking like that" etc... that is the violence, trying to stop those thoughts from arising. The let go of the thoughts or surrender, is just observe the thought. Be aware of it and let it go. When you are aware of the thought you will see it lose its power. If you fight (violence) against it, you will see that it gets stronger (the negative thought).
  13. I think surrender is the only option, even if it doesn't work. My idea of surrender @Flatworld Crusades is just to be the observer and let the mind do whatever it wants. Just don't identify with the mind. But, it's just my idea, I never had an experience like that. So deep. I had some experience of losing my identity but I think this one we are talking about is deeper than that.
  14. What I am saying is that there's different kind of delusions. For example, the society agrees with what is normal and what's not. We decided that is Ok to go to work from 9 to 5, that we need an army, that we have to kill the enemies, that factories need to contaminate the environment. All this for me is insane. But, we all agree that is Ok. It's a delusion too, a collective delusion. The difference between becoming president, getting votes, going to talk to convince people, making campaigns, etc and believing that you are, let's say Napoleon. It's that there's people around you saying that you are nuts. And, on the other hand, being president is OK, because we all agree that's Ok. I believe that we adapt to anything. If being crazy or psychotic or think you are Napoleon or Abraham Lincoln or Jesus were "normal" we wouldn't see it as abnormal. I am pretty sure about that. Yes, I know... I am nuts.
