Why did leo say that even enlightened people still have shadow problems. Like for example young enlightened people wanting to change the world. Ego is a collection of mini sub egos that are linked to attachment and identity. To completely dissolve individual sub egos requires specific work on each of them. I initially thought that becoming enlightened would automatically dissolve them but it seems more like a bypass because you see them all as illusions. So what is the actual reason. Its similar to how wintersolider always says one should use psychoanalysis combined with spiritual practice as a seeker. This would be the letting go of mini sub set egos, until it becomes easier to focus the mind and surrender.

@Leo Gura @outlandish I enjoy thinking about the randomness of psychedelics. However there is an intent mismatch I’m beggining to see. The psychedelic pathway is relatively new. However if you look at non duality masters their intent is the same to rid themselves of ego. For the student, this is also the same. So their intent aligns. However, there is a clear mismatch between Leo’s intent with psychadelics and the students. Leo’s is discovery, the students is death. I’m not sure what your old intentions were early on in your psychedelic path. Maybe you could check back to look if you were going with the intent of death?. Still, it looks like the pathway is really chaotic, maybe you should do a video on your blog about what you do whilst you are in deep time. So the student can mimic in their deep time. Otherwise your going to get varying results with everyone and what you need is reoccurring repeat experiments of the same experience.

There’s a rule of thumb I use: it’s this your whole life itself ,every action you make, anything you do. Is caused by a trauma. Like if you judge others and you turn inwards you will find that it established from a subtle trauma. Justifiable actions are good traumas, I.e success lol, undesired traumas are bad traumas such is the nature of the duality good and bad. Collective egos = collective traumas = collective fears = collective delivery as a result, certain traumas are hidden within devilry and deceit. Whilst other traumas are scrutinised which threaten the collective ego. just the circle of life

@Tom T Yes but we reduce the damage by understanding the absolute. Which is 100% of infinity. Therefore is 100% of infinite understanding. To put this into perspective, to study a subject like science would be 1% of infinite understanding. Because science is a red herring subject. It’s creating its own infinity forever. Science will not finish imagining things and digging up things because it’s imagining into being directly.

All fear boils down to death of an ego you’ve created for yourself as part of your identity. The trauma itself is one of your egos, a memory based segment of your life. Traumas from my studies are linked with shifts in your reality. However, they are unplanned or spontaneous. An example would be the death of a love one due to unforeseen circumstances. The fear is , the fear of killing that segment of your life or the fear of killing that particular ego you’ve created unconsciously. Ofcourse, the major question is how to kill that segment. Majority of people suppress traumas because it is not practical to daily life. i haven’t read up much on how to cure traumas because scientific explanations are not deep enough. Traumas at the level of ego are different to what it is you actually experienced. It is rather, what are the metaphysical implications. As I mentioned before the reason being because they are reality shifts. Im not really sure how to get rid of it at the level of ego, because we’re talking about identification here. My only current solution is to raise your consciousness, to the point where “I” is not real. But this would be enlightenment itself. Overall, to conclude: it seems enlightenment is the only way or around 7-10+ years of cognitive rehabilitation therapy, where you sit there deconstructing and recontextualising the issue. Psychotherapy by my understanding is a matter of identifying the root egoic separations that have occurred in your psyche. Hence it is the quickest for to get to ego level root cause. However, I’m not sure what it does from there.

So I apologies do some enlightened beings still have psychological problems they never worked out by doing shadow work I.e psychoanalytics. And have instead bypassed it all together and become merged with being. Therefore in a sense, skipping the need to actually collapse a specific type of egoic trait, by collapsing the whole thing entirely
