@Truth Addict i see, i choose to accept the truth and just live normally lol! its very peaceful looking at everything as an illusion, even though this is still duality. i think this is liberation

@Shakazulu its more like your playing, you just don't realise it, because you think you are you, it doesn't seem like it but yeah pretty much at the most fundamental level play is your nature, when your eating an apple your aware of biting the apple, your digestive system is aware of dissolving the apple in acid and your small intestine is aware to absorb and sort the nutrients and on and on it goes, everything is aware, your not aware of your body digesting food, only aware of the taste etc, but awareness is aware always and playing.

@Pouya yes you have to realise the mind is an illusion also, a mind creating thoughts is basically a self deception machine, creating self deception once you get past this your in the clear to realise awareness thats what all practices are tailored towards mainly, its the quieting of the mind whether you do: kriya yoga: intellectual understanding hatha yoga: in action, non thinking being meditation: do nothing: but on the other hand: this was a great insight and hope you enjoyed your realisation!

@Truth Addict btw truth addict, even though we may have figured it out, you can still delude yourself, hope you realise that. i've just come to realise either you become a fake person and live with delusions or you become a fully self-realised being and live outside illusion which one have you picked?

@Pouya you can not know what consciousness is made out of, you can only know of it. anything you say this is what consciousness is, is apart of the puzzle itself, consciousness is therefore consciousness, it is your very being, and the fact you are aware is awareness and the truth. can you close your thoughts and realise you are aware?

@Truth Addict because you have to go through a long process just to get here and even though the truth is in your face, how can you accept that everything is truth when you yourself are fragmenting it into pieces of information you are trying to understand, the only way to find truth would then be a) truth everything without conditionality b) let go everything without conditionality and then this is where your false/ true picture comes in transcend both, into it just is and even that, is difficult for humans, because they can't accept the way things are and therefore fall sort and segment back into true/ false conundrum.

being aware means being aware to me, the so called "process" that you think is occuring, you think the process is consciousness but really its just being aware itself. awareness aware of itself automatically is its very own nature

i think i experienced the complete death of myself a year and a half ago, before i knew about the spiritual path etc. so what is the death you guys are trying to kill? what does ego death feel like when i experienced my complete death, everything i knew about the world was untrue, literally everything, there was nothing left of me that i could call "i" is this the death you are talking about? i'm not really sure i can kill myself further , so i'm a bit confused when someone says they're trying to kill themselves . ofcourse this will naturally lead me to say, the i that is trying to kill myself is also an illusion at all times you are the awarness behind everything so death is an illusion also. death was the scariest moment of my life i experienced, i grounded myself back in awareness after realising the spiritual path. i wonder if i've just been backtracking to the truth this whole time. abit like eckhart tolle my death was i don't think the spirtual path i've taken was linear,

I just bought my yearly's worth of books in one go, my paypal account sorted and ill make sure to add that to my next years, just remind me. right now i'm interested in only one thing! and thats learning about how to think in systems!

@cetus56 do you have the book yeah i was gonna buy the book list, but my paypal account didn't have my new card details so i delayed buying it.

@Leo Gura my answer to the question is: they don't understand the benefits it holds, definately don't hold it religiously that you MUST do it for 4 hours a day, since it has become habit and you enjoy it, spend as much time as you like doing it. but don't forget there are still other priorities in life, like education and no you don't HAVE to pursue loads of money and sex, but it is also healthy at your age, to get some experience in those domains (not sex) but just with the opposite sex, like flirting etc. the longer you leave it the more you are likely to develop a fear if you want to do it some day. the key to life is always and will be: balance

notice that your fear is an attachment you hold to your friend, which your own very survival hinges on the survival of your friend i don't mean that its wrong the like the person, just its more than that for you and your underlying psychee, if you really went deep into yourself and your thinking you will understand why

@cetus56 we should hunt down some more books on non duality! i want to buy the yamoto romon one that leo said but i checked its 700 dollars like leo said and i'm not going to pay that much. all the good books seem to come from 12th century-13th century beings.

@fortifyacacia3 just development wise i am red, cognatively speaking i am in non duality, there are more nauances to the model which i have realised from watching leo video on insights non duality and enlightenment is completely seperate to these stages when you look at it but your right in saying it also encorporates it, just to understand it you have to create distinctions. i have changed from the time i wrote this post, i am no longer seeking. so i kinda get to happily work my way up the spiral of maya which my being is happy to do so. at the end of the day, enlightenment does not garuntee development, in fact there is no need to be honest unless you enjoy learning and still can accept that the illusion is also truth aswell. so i was torn before but not now.

currently it seems that overall i still have desires that lay in the red domain of the spiral scale, the focus on these desires is causing me to want to reach enlightenment faster to compensate for this gap in desires. i have not resided in blue domain actions but way of thinking i have completely covered, so there is the action part of experiencing a couple of years in each of these domains. enlightenment on the other hand, has nothing to do with this spiral concept as its concept rejects all notions of this ever having existed at the highest levels. therefore i believe i have two choices continue to move up the spiral level so when i move to an enlightened phase the tendencies of desire are long gone (healthy) or become enlightened and let the desires come and go and let be (unhealthy at this current period of time, as i am not enlightened) option one is more integrated as a whole, but it will mean that i will have to pick up seeking in about 10-15 years time for now, until i reach a fully integrated turqoise role, where i am able to pick up enlightenement again (note: non duality will always remain in both options, since i've gone past this stage) i don't think its healthy for me to continue the way i'm going at this point and dedicating all my resources to become awoken, so option two does not seem like the best move forward, however, it obviously is the fastest. what do you guys think ?

nah he just selects a few passages , i recommend you watch the video as to not misinterpret the text, it gives you an understanding of how to look at it too. definately watch the video first. just finished ordering the book can't believe it was just £12 for me!

@cetus56 i've watched the video and realised my spritual journey is over, it is a very good book if you have not watched the full video i'm going to go ahead and buy the book aswell, just to read for fun.

I highly recommend people watch this video, he does reading of some lines, but ultimately it is direct truths in your face and could even transform your life if you listen to it properly.

i've given up on seeking and trying to educate people because my journey has not been linear, the deceptions are infinite and i'm just going to stop placing more deceptions upon myself, its too long to then dig yourself out by creating another deception and then transcending both illusions. good luck to you guys on your journeys

The one who is doubting (at advanced stages) and the one who is seeking (at advanced stages) are identifications and positions that people can take when trying to pursue enlightenment, there implies that there is "one who is" doubting or seeking, this means you've gone one step too far, they are also illusions. you can not seek from subject/object standpoint you can not doubt because this means there must be a doubter and if there must be a doubter there must still be someone doubting likewise there must be someone seeking all the time something that has been there for eternity, that had no start/ no end.
