  10. @Source_Mystic and i was aware that you said "back to my cave to do my work please do not expect me to respond as my withdraw from this forum is deliberate so I have more time to do what needs to be done on my path." on your post earlier? WHy do you keep coming back to argue, people obviously arent going to drop this just because you keep commenting...
  11. shamanic/holotropic breathing report WEEK 2 Duration: 20 minutes (last week was 15) Experience: -first heat in my head, then tingling in the middle of my chest area (4th chakra area) and tingling in middle of stomach area (3rd chakra area) -squirming around started earlier (around 5 minute mark) -was kicking off the blanket/reaching my hands toward the ceiling/rolling over to my side -random sexual urges that last a minute -saying i love the world over and over RECOVERY: much quicker than last time, took a total of 5 minutes. -I first saw my 4 year old self and had a random inner-child healing moment there saying stuff like "i love you so much" and even talking back in a toddler voice saying "thank you" i started hugging myself -afterwards i got a very scary sensation of fear mixed with sadness around my heart area that lasted about 30 seconds -then i got up and drank water and typed this up
  12. for stress was the biggest factor. Back in highschool i had some acne on my chin but nothing bad, then when i moved abroad for university my entire face broke out from the stress, really reaally bad acne allover cheeks and forehead. fast forward a few years to today & my skin is clear, i just have a few scars on my cheeks. WHat i did was manage my stress levels and my eating. Dairy & sugar are the main 2 factors for acne. Make sure you check the label of something before you eat it, because i guarantee its stuffed with sugar. They put sugar even into bacon these days. Make sure you eat lots of greens. At least 2 cups a day and your skin will start looking better.
  13. proactive works for a few months but acne is known to come back, plus it doesnt treat the root cause. Whats your diet like? stress levels? sleeping habits? all of these are important to getting rid of acne.
  14. i feel like this is just a practice of denial, it might work for people who are mentally sort-of stable, but for people with traumas and deep issues, its just going to mess around their mind/thoughts more.
  15. i think there would be a big obstacle in just how to get in the pyramid.
  16. theyre trying to do something similar with the bosnian pyramids. I still cant decide if they are legit pyramids or not, i went to the seminar where semir osmanagic presented himself, and they talked about how women would actually try to conceive a child in pyramid, because of the pyramids transmission powers, the baby born will become 'enlightened' much more easier. Not sure how much i believe this, but there certainly no doubt is something powerful about the giza pyramids. Why hasnt someone tried to replicate it else where, exactly how they made the giza ones (with the limestone cover&all), to test theories out?
  17. @abrakamowse wowowww his work is amazing, thanks for finding the artist
  18. "life changing foods" by anthony williams is incredible
  19. My mom tried it but always on and off along a sorta unhealthy diet so its hard to tell whether it yielded any results. Any experience?
  20. nothing is safe. But if you really want to know, id say relatively safe. Deep divers do the same thing regarding oxgyen levels to their brain. And id say theyre very healthy. Again the only bad thing is one can pass out during a session, which happens if you go in for a long session having never done the technique before. Id just say to not start with 30 minutes, but start with 15, then 20, then 25, 30, 40, 50, and i'd stop at 60 for at home, alone, sessions. More than that you should have a sitter.
  21. hahaha thank you no i did not (I WISH I DID) i found it scrolling down tumblr and thought omg this kinda resembles me
  22. i put this in my journal on here but i will repeat it here: "Jesus warned us about the folly of putting a patch of new material on an old garment or of putting new wine into old bottles.--> “Positive thinking” cannot be used effectively as a patch to the same old self-image. In fact, it is literally impossible to really think positively about a particular situation, as long as you hold a negative concept of self." -Mawell Martz
  23. is the list in alphabetical order by author?
  24. Forgive me if this has been asked already. Does anyone have some good recommendation on shadow work books/videos/sources.
