dude i cant imagine people who do that, so much on the body haha Im not sure, i ate bread which has a lotta vit B but not too much lol. i think this is a bit overboard... in some cases, like modafinil has HUGE atherosclerosis, plaque-building side-effects, its kinda true. But theres already 10+ years of science for most of the stuff in nootropics. And you shouldn't be dependent on nootropics, which he states several times in the video

okay. Asthma? Also all the pain that you experienced, have you resolved it? do you feel the symptoms listed above anymore?

@gilded_honour everything in small doses, cyclically. always primarily choose natural plant substances (the powdered goods). Its hard to overdose on natural herbs. supplements in pills and tablets form...you have to be careful with. Do your research, well. I 'overdosed' on vitamin B pills (super bad anxiety, my legs were so shaky i had difficulty walking down the stairs, foamy pee), even though i only took the recommended 1pill a day.

@Rilles my friend took Ginkgo biloba for better concentration and studying but had to stop because of intense hammer-pounding headaches it gave her, which is pretty common. Im not sure about that one, they say that if you take too much, your at higher risk for brain stroke

WHats difference with psychodynamic and analytic? Isnt both the type that heavily Freud based? Im not sure why but i dont really like Freud -

i dont get it, is this post supposed to be sarcastic? you say your not , but the above statement sounds like either your praising him or your suspicious if this is all too good to be true

i'm reading the Kriya yoga book and i started attending a yoga class (specifically the yoga-in-daily-life school) since im VERY in-flexible. its a bit confusing since the "yoga in daily life" is a brand that has schools/ashrams in many countries everywhere, its not Hatha/Kriya/Ashtanga per se but kinda a branch in itself. Its most similar to hatha but at the end of a session you do a pranayama thats very different. You have to keep two fingers (index and middle) on your third eye and then with your thumb close one nostril. THEN you KEEP IT CLOSED for 3 minutes! breathing slowly only through the left nostril. Then you switch. I havent come across any type of pranayama like this before. But i like the yoga class since it stretches my muscles and back. i want to continue with Kriya every morning, which has a complete different way of doing pranayama. Now im wondering if its safe to do the Kriya every morning, and in the evening do hatha-like yoga classes.

^^ this I have similar problem too. Here all the spiritual ppl are either ppl into yoga (most havent heard about nonduality) or the haru krishna/some indian devotee ppl. Those are the worst since they wont even allow discussion and only see their word as the Truth. I wonder if it would be a good idea to attempt to make nondual groups to attract people -
1.) the 34th one mentioned is "all identity is relative" while the 49th is "everything is relative"...how are these two different? 2.) the 11th... "quality of life/everything boils down to inner game" you mention all suffering is self-inflicted and we should perfect "the inner software of the mind because this is where we will unlock our potential in life"..., what are suggestions to help with this core principle,? are there any videos already on this topic?
