@Chew211 I think the easiest way is always to have some reason to talk to a girl. If, let's say, you want to ask for a destination and you don't label it as pickup or approach, you just do it, because you know, all you want is to find a fucking destination point. Or talking to a cashier about some nonsense and see where it goes. Like - never treat talking to a girl like an approach - they can subconciously sense that and will automatically label you as a guy that approached them just to bust a nut. And sometimes it happens that you meet a beatiful girl that way, which you already approached and now you can keep the conversation going. Just look for an opportunities everywhere in normal life and don't force anything. Go with the flow, do not stress about the process and follow kaizen principle - small steps to success.

About being practical - I'm on a stage of my life where I broke my spiritual ego - I realised, that I'm sitting in front of computer screen all day, watching self-development videos, reading books and not taking any action on it. My profile picture? Need to integrate that second part of me, to get best of both worlds from life, I reached spiritual awakening, so my spiritual ego is fed, now it's time to feed materialistic, animalistic, lizard brain part of mine. Joe Black takes over control, I feel like my souls swapped after awakening. Or that was always my true self.

Yeah, it's not, but still - it's something. It's like having a cheat day once in a week or smoking a cigarette once a day. It adds up in a long run. And removing it completely and replacing it with sex is fucking great. And replacing sex with karezza (no ejaculation) sex is fucking godlike.

@Joel3102 Feeling like trash aka feeling guilt is just your ego mechanism. You shouldn't feel guilty ever, about anything. As long as you do, you keep the train of addiction going. Only when you let go and accept "the evil" you can look at it and decide, if you want to continue or not. Have couple of proud faps and then see, how your attitude changes.

Healthy perfectionism and seeing patterns in reality is useful, but sometimes I'm just forcing them myself, which is destructive.

Small steps, you can't go from eating 100% unhealthy to eating 100% healthy in one day / week / month. And you can't ever eat 100% healthy in today world. Eat the best of your ability but when you'll fail, don't judge yourself - that's the most important thing. Small steps. Also - instead of cutting - try replacing, it's easier and also healthy. Like - I'm going full vegan now (+eggs, which are not vegan, but I don't care - they are the best source of protein in the world) and instead of pasta I started using groats, instead of sugar - honey, etc. If you want to stop yourself from backsliding, you can schedule your backslide, what I mean is - f.e I'm going to do 1 day a month of cheat day. Eating whatever I want, even meat, sweets, ice-cream etc. That way YOU are the master, not your mind.

And after that stage you are back to your old - new self. Also - I see fucking ravens everywhere lately (with my intuition / third eye / awereness) - there's a lot symbolism to that.
